It's a Filipino cuisine, but they have a special menu "kambing" (goat). They have kilawin, sinampalokan and papaitan those thing they don't serve on the counter, you have to ask the for it because they have it inside the kitchen. But they have adobong kambing on Tuesday and kalderetang kambing on Thursday, both dish are so good the meat is tender, if you craving for kambing recommend to try this spot. It's a small dining area and cozy.

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2018 - PART 2: 99/100 It's not one of those places to bring a party of, let's say, 20. No. It's a really small place. They only have 2 tables inside that can seat no more than 3 or 4 each. Didn't notice if they had any seating outside. Their turo-turo for meal combos isn't made of a vast selection either. But that's not what I came here for. I came to pre-order their famous Vigan longanisa to take and prep at home. There was that sudden craving for it and as most family members have learned, this is THE place for it. Came through early Saturday morning, I asked if they had any available. Cashier apologized saying they have some except they aren't up for sale as the casings keep breaking. No biggie. I asked if I can pre-order for pick up "tomorrow." She apologized again saying if I were to pre-order, the earliest I can do a pick up is on Wednesday. They are THAT popular! $8/dozen, I put in an order for a couple. I've had it before and I can attest that it is one of the best I've had outside of the homeland. Don't let the ones sold at groceries fool you - I've had my share. Some were okay, most are subpar if not just downright NASTY. So, if you're lucky enough to find yourself in this area and have a taste for it, this is the place. I just wish they served it along with their breakfast combos because that would be AWESOME!!! Cashier was nice. Service with a smile is always a plus. I might just come back and try their combos sometime... in the meanwhile, looking forward to having their longanisa for dinner soon!

Pork Adobe was okay. Wasn't a fan of the beef stew. But, food was very affordable. Ask about what they have that day before going!

My partner and I have had our eyes on this place for a while because the concept of…read moreAfrican-Filipino fusion just sounds delicious... but dragging my partner out of bed early on a Sunday to head to the farmers' market in the Redondo Beach Riviera has been a struggle. Today I was able to make the near impossible happen and we got to the market before it got busy (around 10am). I ordered the goat stew whereas my partner (who is Filipino) just wanted to check out their food. As such he got the salmon. The goat stew reminded me of a flavorful and creamy, Indian curry and the meat was very tender. The owner said to be careful of bones but I encountered none. Meanwhile the salmon was well cooked, soft and not dry. The sauce itself had a pleasing sourness to it but the hot sauce on the side really kicked up the flavor. It reminded us of a creamy Tabasco with a myriad of other flavors like garlic and onions. Ironically, the salmon had bones. The side salad was sweet in a good way with quartered grapes providing the main sweetness. The rice had a nice flavor profile rich with tomato--it reminded us of a cross between a creole rice and Spanish rice... but also not? We don't quite know how to describe it but it was good. If I'm ever able to get my partner up early again on a Sunday, we'll be sure to go back! I hope they eventually open a brick and mortar store. Tip: Buy a bottle of the hot sauce if you remotely like hot sauce. If you buy online, the shipping alone is the cost of buying a bottle in person.

My boyfriend was stuffed and I could only eat half before I was too full. The star of the show was the mango float ($5 each/2 for $8 if I remember correctly). We finished it in no time and immediately regretted not getting 5 more. It's so fresh, simple, and not too sweet that it's addictive. Will definitely be stocking up next time!

The restaurant is tucked into a corner of a busy parking lot, but I was able to find a spot easily. The outside has a charming look that reminded me of a little island hut , with beautiful trees and green trim that give it a welcoming feel. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the aroma of food cooking in the kitchen. The staff welcomed me as I approached the cafeteria-style food counter. The menu hangs above, making it easy to look through the options. I asked about their veggie egg rolls, which were displayed in a separate case along with lumpia and other tempting treats. While learning about their veggie egg rolls and other dishes, I decided to order the egg rolls and was also drawn to the cantaloupe drink. On a warm day, the thin slices of cantaloupe floating in the drink looked so refreshing. The prices were very reasonable, and the egg roll itself was a great size. It also came with a dipping sauce that paired perfectly. I sat down to enjoy my lunch, and it did not disappoint. The vinegar-based sauce complemented the egg roll nicely, and the sweet cantaloupe drink balanced everything out for a great sweet-and-savory combo. Before leaving, I even bought another egg roll to take home. The staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed my lunch. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

The food was good and met expectations -- no complaints there. However, I was very disappointed with the $60 delivery fee to travel just 5 miles to the park. That charge felt excessive and left a negative impression. While the food quality was solid, the delivery cost makes me reconsider ordering again.

I've purchased them three times (each) to make sure I didn't just get a weird batch so I can attest that they lack in flavor, they're just sweet. Sylvanas are decent-crunch is great, not a whole lot of flavor, overly sweet. I suppose I only enjoyed them because it reminds me of my sansrival birthday cakes when I lived in Manila. Nostagiaaaa from the actual texture! Calamansi loaf- fave because it tastes good overall , but lacked calamansi flavor or tartness from the calamansi juice I guess Ube pandesal- I used to get this 3 times a week- just tastes like regular pandesal with a small slice of Cheez. Again, zero ube flavor Regular pandesal- can't go wrong here. Bibingka- decent. Doesn't have the traditional chewiness of bibingka, but just okay in actual flavor. I doctored mine up with slices of Cheezewhiz and salted egg at home. I think the names of the pastries are deceiving because they lack the actual flavor that they're named after. Stopped coming because I felt like I was just paying $20 per visit for something sweet that didn't have depth in flavors. Also, after reading the clap backs from the owner on IG/Yelp reviews towards other patrons, it has turned me off and made me more hesitant to support her business. The guy though (sorry I don't know his name) is always at the counter and super nice!
