This location in Denver Airport was a nice suprise. The Menu had everything available minus the pizza which was not a problem. I chose the breakfast burrito and my love chose the BLT and fries. All was freshly made and piping hot which is always a hit or miss at any establishment at the Airport. We didn't do any special drinks just water but our waiter was very attentive in refilling without being overbearing. All in All a great place to stop and the quality was wonderful. Lunch time in Denver International Airport while waiting to board my connecting flight. Chicken Shawarma Pita caught my attention. 21 herbs, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, mixed in tahini sauce with chicken exudes spicy. A well balanced, light meal for those on the go. For airport grab and go food this place is my favorite so far. The pricing is very fair and comparable to avocado toast at a restaurant however I have had other avocado toast at the same price point outside of the airport with less avocado and other toppings. This toast was loaded with thick avocado mash piled high with arugula, onions, radish's, and tomato's. The price was $14 which is about the same cost as many other places in town. I really enjoyed the taste and it was the perfect healthy lunch I was looking for. The service was fast and friendly I had my toast in less than 5 minutes. I generally have very low expectations for airport food. I searched up and down for something healthy and considered the ahi tuna salad here. The server Rae was friendly and welcoming and I asked her opinion of the salad -- she raved about it, so I went with her recommendation. Service was quick and a good portion size. I got the Jalapeno Turkey sandwich for $9, and when I opened it up I found it to be fresh and actually tasty! Probably one of the best airport meals I've had is from this little cafe. Obviously, the ambiance is loud being in an airport. But this cafe/bar offers inside seating and a quick fast service to-go lane. We opted for the to-go line since our flight was coming up. The salad was pricey, but well worth it in my opinion. It was filling, delicious and fresh. I loved the seared tuna and sauces they give to dip it in. Tangy, but with a kick. My fiancé got the Cuban sandwich with fries. Quick layover in Denver, looking for a decent meal. Decided to try Etai's Bakery. I ordered the burger and fries. They told me it would be 10-15 minutes but it came out in 5! The burger (5/5) reminded me of Culver's, fresh off the grill, but the brioche bun was excellent as were the pickles and onions. The fries ( 4/5) were a generous amount and quite good! This morning i flew into Denver International on a connection flight to Calgary on to Concourse B. With a two hour layover, I decided to get some coffee and some breakfast. I went to Etais Bakery close to our gates. I understand that you are suppose to be a premier bakery and cafe. We ordered the Avocado Toast, eggs, Danish and coffee. The Avocado toast was a total surprise. When they brought the avocado toast, I saw a thick layer of arugula. I had to dig further down and saw just a thin spread of avocado with a few cherry tomatoes. The Ciabatta toast was okay but seems to be a bit stale. The avocado spread at best was a thin layer of it. I was expecting some fresh avocado slices on it. In Southern California that would not even pass. To be truthful, you should change the description to a wilted arugula with a thin layer of avocado toast. If so you will sell at best three order of toast a day. This order was a TOTAL JOKE. Sitting next to us was a few customer that order the Avocado toast. They were as surprised as us. Their facial expression was priceless. The scrambled egg came out like what you order from a cheap diner. The scrambled eggs looks like what you poor from refrigerated egg batter from a supermarket. The coffee was a bit better than normal diner coffee but definitely no where like a wonderful cup of delicious coffee from Starbuck. I would give your coffee a 5 out of a score of 10 Now let look at the cheese Danish. The Danish was literally very hard. Come on, you guys are a bakery and could do better than that. Going to a cheap supermarket and buying a cheap package of Svenhard Danish would have been more palatable. The Danish was so hard I could fling it like a frisbee . It was difficult to saw through it . I told the waitress that the Danish was quite hard and if she can warm it up. I got it back, it did show a bit charred on the bottom but still hard. I had to use the butter knife to saw through it. I am totally surprise that you are a bakery. Did the baker on this location die and you found a worker off the street? It would have been better to run to a supermarket and get some Pillsbury refrigerated Danishes and threw them into an oven and claimed this as your own. To top this off, you charged me over $30 for this quick meal. My niece with one of those kids' bake oven could do better than you. You should be totally ashamed that you serve this type of quality to unsuspecting traveler. For traveler looking for a bite to eat between flights, go elsewhere. This bakery cafe is a total joke. The food is horrible. Their Danish is good if you want to fling it across the concourse to have a game of frisbee to take the boredom from waiting to board your next flight. read more

It was one of those horrible nightmare travel days with weather delaying flights and the Denver International Airport was not excepted. It was, truly a mob scene in Terminal B where we had to roam around for two hours for our flight. And we were starving. So we wandered all over the terminal looking for something that was not fast food. And there was Etai's. Initially we thought it to be just a bakery, but we were delight to find that it had regular food, in addition to sweets. They had breakfast, Gyros, Shawarmas, Falafels, sandwiches, flatbreads, burgers, soups and salads, burgers and nice selection of sides. And they served wine, beer (most on draft) and cocktails. We had found a comfy oasis buffered away from the madding crowds. We sat, ate, drank and were satisfied. Look for it in Terminal B. read more

Their hours say open until 9pm but today they quit serving food at 7:30 and quit serving drinks at 8pm. She sites that employees have busses to catch and can't stay until 9. Not bad for an airport meal! I didn't have much time before boarding, so I chose Etai's mostly because it didn't have a line to order. They do have a dine-in option, but you can also just order at the counter on the lefthand side. I got an Avocado Toast and it was ready almost immediately. It was slightly messy to eat but tasted fresh and filled me up. Although it's on the "shareables" menu, I'm not really sure how you would share this, since it's just one big piece of bread - definitely better for one person. I had a quick layover in the B concourse of Denver last week, and found myself with about ninety minutes to kill and hungry for lunch. Looking for something on the lower-calorie end I opted for the ahi tuna lettuce wraps, and they were a good choice. It wasn't the best tuna I've ever had, and it wasn't cheap at around $17, but the fish tasted fresh and the veggies were nice. I liked both sauces but would have loved something spicier too (even if they just had some sriracha on hand). It kind of fell apart so I ate it more as a salad, but that's fine. I wish they kept their bottled drinks colder. They had a lot of salads and sandwiches that sounded decent, and I wish I would have gotten there slightly sooner for the breakfast options. As an aside, apparently 10:30 is hopping at B at that time, so I decided not to wait for a table and just do the pick-up line; it was a 15 minute wait for something made-to-order. As it turns out, the concourse completely emptied by around 11, so I should have just waited for a seat instead of awkwardly trying to eat at my gate. If you're looking for something healthier and willing to pay for it while in the airport, not a bad spot. read more
