The menu leans into lavender lattes, Vietnamese iced coffee, and chai, alongside croissants and breakfast burritos -- a lineup that reflects the shop's AAPI-owned roots and a clear point of view on what coffee can be. The Vietnamese iced coffee in particular earns its reputation: rich, layered, and grounding in a way that a standard cold brew just isn't. The lavender latte is a regular on people's standing orders for good reason. The seating situation is worth noting -- swing chairs and limited spots mean arriving early on weekends pays off. The person taking my order was very friendly and welcoming. I got a lavender latte with macadamia nut milk (which I highly recommend) it was nice and creamy and paired well with the lavender.
