Came back 6 years later and Park Hill Hub is still great! Really do love the decor and homey charm. This time I came with a book and posted up on the couch by the door which was perfect. The have mostly smaller tables but a few couches - always an A+ for me. No food, but the pastries look next level. I deviated a bit from my normal latte or drip coffee and splurged on their "golden coffee": a beautiful cup of coffee with Nutella, steamed milk, whipped cream, pistachio and sparkles. It was a bit pricey at $12 but I regret absolutely nothing. The only thing keeping me from full marks is that it's not super stroller/baby friendly and these days that's important to me. Seriously though, a fabulous spot and I'm planning on returning for a little me time in the near future. The food looks so good I need to give it a try! read more

We walked in at about 12:30 and we were the only ones there. The place is charming and very cozy. Not sure if this is typical but we had to wait for one of the waitresses to come into work to place our order--we were welcomed to sit but waited about 40 minutes before we ordered. Once the food came, it was fantastic and we also ordered a couple of specialty croissants to go-- they looked like works of are and equally tasted delicious. Highly recommend but make sure you're not in any rush. read more

The most charming cafe ever! I stumbled across this hidden gem while getting an oil change - it's located just off Colfax in South Park Hill. The space is decorated so cute with several tables to choose from, there's a cozy couch to enjoy, and even a bar space to sit all. There was one gentleman working while I was in, and he was very kind. I ordered an iced coffee with a side of oak milk; the coffee had a good flavor. For food, I ordered the egg and cheese bowl. This is not your average egg and cheese bowl - it was stacked with specialty cheeses like mozzarella and iberico! Plus, some devious spices. The bowl was served with ciabatta bread, topped with olive oil and herbs. I didn't have a pastry, but they all looked scrumptious and will definitely try one when I come back. read more

This place had such great reviews and I love a little neighborhood spot like this but was SO disappointed. I couldn't even finish my latte - tasted watery, burnt, etc like the equivalent of a McDonald's latte or something. The croissants were tasty and really pretty but overpriced for what it was. Great find! Just off of Colfax, on a side street hides this neighborhood gem. We had a great breakfast (I had the crispy potato and eggs bowl) and a top- notch latte. This place is cute has a ton of decor to give you coffee shop "vibes". Stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee. The coffee was fantastic, the have a wide array of special croisssants like a kanafeh croissant and kinder chocolate. Gives off middle eastern vibes with some of their sweets? Me and a guest both got the breakfast sandwich it came beautifully presented and was pretty good. What shocked me was the price tag, for 2 sandwiches, 2 special coffees and 1 cinnamon roll the bill was $57 and change. I was kind of shocked so I asked for an email receipt so a mocha was $6.50 with a $1 up charge for chocolate- like isn't that what a mocha is? Why would u charge $1 for the chocolate on top? The sandwiches were $11 each PLUS additional $2 each to add sausage? So now they're $13 each. Then the cinnamon roll was $7!!!! Like these prices are a bit outrageous $2 each upcharge on avocado, tomato and sausage so a regular $8.99 breakfast sandwich is what, just egg and bread? Wow! I am all for small business but this was outrageous for cost and overall wasn't like amazing sandwich. I've eaten across the way at La Fillette for less and gotten amazing coffee and Benedict or omelette. Don't see myself coming back. read more

Cute coffee shop and bakery on Ivanhoe. It's behind Colfax, so easy to miss if you don't know it's there. Also means there's not a huge crowd for better or worse. I ordered a chocolate, caramel croissant. I didn't realize they were made to order, and there was just one person working, so it took a while to receive, but overall it tasted good. Coffee was reasonably priced, pastry was expensive. Also the person working seemed a little aloof, but that might just be because he was trying to manage everything himself. Not a bad experience, just not a super welcoming feeling. Overall, I think the quality of their products is good and it's worth a venture into. read more

My sister wanted to check out this cute neighborhood spot while I was visiting & we loved everything about it! Friendly service, high quality drinks and pastries and fabulous food. She tried a specialty chai that was beautifully spiced & not too sweet. I had a veggie burrito that was filled with delicious veggies & toasted for a nice touch. It was more like a quesadilla still (not bulk) but still filling. She had the mushroom egg skillet which came with a lovely side of bread. Cozy vibe, coffee house jazz playing. The Turkish coffee is smooth with traditional presentation and they've got lots of tempting pastries and gelato (note to self to come hungry next time). Denver Hidden Jem! From the food to the environment to the owner is amazing. When you first walk in this place hits you with a zen feeling. This cute little coffee shop has cool jazz music playing, with plants greatly placed around the cafe (non which have triggered my allergies), and the food!! We were in search of a new breakfast place on Sunday morning, and discovered Parkhill hub, which apparently opened in April 2023 I think. It has a really nice assortment of really different and yummy breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, though I would call them more wraps, an insane assortment of customized croissants, and some incredible coffee options. I actually had a crispy potato and egg bowl, which was really good. The potatoes were delicious and the scrambled eggs were perfectly done. The bowl had a generous amount of cheddar cheese sprinkled over all and it came with a warm soft ciabatta role that had some kind of yummy herb butter on it. My husband had a really delicious looking breakfast sandwich that had egg, cheese and Turkey bacon on it. It was awesome that they offer Turkey bacon! Both dishes were very pretty in the presentation as well. By the time I was done taking a picture, my husband had already eaten half of his sandwich so I decided against getting a shot of his. The person who made all of our food was very sweet and attentive and obviously took pride in his facility, which is very warm, and welcoming. We will definitely be back! read more

My girlfriend took me here because she was looking for a place with good coffee. What we found was SO MUCH MORE! The food was excellent and the coffee was incredible. But what really made me write this review was the presentation and personality of the owner. The only one working, he was gracious, kind, and fast. Unfortunately not a great spot if you are looking for a coffee shop in the area. Iced coffee while cheap (3$) was very burnt and had a super bitter flavor. The one employee was not very friendly either when we attempted to order which was made more challenging by the odd setup they have for to go. I spent two hours at this cozy cafe working on my laptop and enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and a raspberry pistachio croissant. It was quiet with lovely background music, and my food/drink was brought out to me on a cute serving tray. I was expecting a regular coffee shop, but was pleasantly surprised by the lovely decor, place settings on the tables, and wonderful service. Everything down to the coffee stirrer sticks were in beautiful containers. I will definitely come back here to try more of their food, the pastry was delicious.
