I haven't been to a Cheba Hut for years and have obviously been missing out. These subs are amazingly tasty! When I arrived I was in line behind one couple. The bartender called me over and I was able to order at the bar. Great customer service! The marijuana themed sandwiches are a great concept. I loved the interior decorated with posters from The Sandlot, Beetlejuice, Top Gun and a number of other classics. I loved the giant mural of all the favorite cartoon characters getting high on a flight. The tables and floor were clean and the service was quick. Plus, all the staff was wearing a mask. The bartender knows that jalapeños are my homeboy so he puts a ton of them in it, as a routine... so if you can't handle the heat, get out of my trough.
