Gave Waldo's a 2nd chance and I'll say they redeemed themselves! Their collard greens are sooo good but omg do not skip out on those onion rings! They were huge, crunchy and delicious! He hates onions with a passion and the white beans had a huge mound of raw onions on top. They were so stout, neither of us could smell anything else on the table. I scooped them onto a paper towel and rolled them up. That helped the onion smell greatly, so we were able to eat. My salad was good, no complaints at all, but I would rank it nearly identical to Zaxby's buffalo chicken salad. His chicken was fine, not bad he said, but comparable to "grocery store deli chicken". We also got a side of banana pudding which was made with real bananas. We ordered the tender sauce and the rooster sauce as the dips. The tender sauce was very similar to canes sauce and the rooster sauce reminded us of a better version of Wendy's sweet and sour sauce. Good amount of fries too.
