Came here for graduation lunch/dinner - they gave us an estimated wait time of 40 mins but we were seated way before that :) they sat us with a fresh basket of warm rolls and butter. Our waiter brought out drinks and water promptly, he was helpful in curating our orders as well. The salads came out first and the food was hot and delicious. I have never ordered a Porterhouse steak before but I finally did and wow! You know a steak is good and cooked well when you don't need A1 sauce or to smother it in toppings! As it should be. Great flavor and nice char on the edges. I wish the loaded potato had its cheese melted a little bit more but it melted as I mashed it up. The cactus bloom was also very good! The only reason for three stars is the food. We had a group of ten. We were seated way in the back corner in two separate booths. Not happy with that. The service from what waitress we had was worse than worse. It was a fight to get any refills for our drinks. It was my husbands bday and I thought and maybe I'm wrong but don't the staff do some bday clap and hee haw thing. I sure heard it today when we went but not a thing from any staff with any bday clap for my husband which is fine. I guess you have to ask for them to do that. The dinner rolls here are sooo good! I got a sirloin steak with green beans and a baked potato and everything came out cooked perfectly. Our server was very attentive even though the restaurant was very busy. It is a loud restaurant and they go over the top to make sure the whole restaurant knows if it's your birthday. Me and the boys saddled up for a late night screening of Dune 2. With Texas Roadhouse being a stone's throw from the theater, we said what the hell, let's eat a big fat steak before the movie! Texas Roadhouse on a Sunday night was PACKED. I wasn't expecting to see the entire restaurant filled up. I hadn't been to one in about 5 or 6 years. Even though there was some confusion trying to get a table and sitting at the bar, it all worked out in the end. We ordered beers and appetizers at the bar before being seated at our table. I stuck with Shiner because it's a Texas beer that is reliable. Amber lager that's easy to drink and easy to please. Pair it with some apps and the legendary, freshly baked rolls and you're in a Texas-sized paradise. We filled up on way too many apps and bread. The bread kept coming and it's so difficult to refuse. I still wanted a steak and landed on the Ft. Worth Ribeye (12 oz.) with veggies and a loaded baked potato. The steak was cooked to my liking, fatty and fairly tender. One or two chewy pieces, but other than that I was feeling the meat sweats. Texas Roadhouse fully embraces the "go big or go home" mentality. Turns out they're a pretty well-oiled machine that takes the cake comparatively to similar big chain restaurants. I almost didn't go here because I have yet to have a good experience at TR in CO. However, it's cheaper than Montana Grill so we tried a new location and I have to say, whomever the owner/manager is for this location, they are doing a great job! This is the only location I've been to in Colorado and had everything go right! First, they have the hostess sitting in the entry vestibule; smart! This prevents a build-up of people waiting to be called or check-in and clogging the flow of traffic like many other locations. After receiving a text that our number was up, we stood in the waiting area for less than 3 minutes before we were seated. Also different because at other locations we waited for 15-20min after being told a table is "ready". All the staff were pleasant and noticeably happy! They must be treated well here because everyone seems to have a genuine smile and be enjoying themselves. The staff is also efficient... table turn-arounds are quick! From the time a family leaves their table, it's reset and new people seated in less than 5 minutes! I watched a girl go by 2 tables, toss 4 plates on each and landed them exactly where they needed, and kept on moving, never missed beat! Awesome! Our waiter was very attentive! Not something I've experienced at any other location. We usually have to search for our waiter or just grab someone else walking by to get something. Not here though! Our waiter checked on us regularly, ensured drinks were always full and food brought on time. The cactus blossom was delayed, but as soon as I asked, it was brought out, followed shortly after by a manager who comped it, I didn't even complain. This guy knows how to keep people happy without taking a loss. The food was all cooked great! The blossom was the first I've ever had that wasn't undercooked! Our ribeye's were both cooked to medium perfectly. Last location I went to I had to have it recooked cause it was well done and then didn't get it until my partner was almost done. Not here though, all the food was great! I was actually not having a great week or weekend, but after dinner at Texas Roadhouse Northfield, I felt good! Always a great experience at Texas Roadhouse!!! Came straight here after landing in DEN, luckily it's a Fri (Feb 7, 2025) they opened till 10:30 pm and we arrived like 9 pm. Husband had the prime rib in medium and it was cooked to perfection!!! As recommended by the server Eric. He made a great recommendation!! The sirloin was a little dry in the middle but it was not too bad too. With the house steak sauce and honey mustard sauce , it was fantastic! We come to this location whenever we're out this way. All the staff are friendly and the food is usually on point. To be fair though, I'd come here just for the bread and cinnamon butter and the salad with the most amazing Italian dressing. The only positive was the waitstaff. First they had no blender to blend a drink. Then the appetizers where sup-par. The cheesey fries where just potatoes with a melty web of cheese on top. Usualy cheesey fries use nacho cheese, so its runny and creamy. This was cold, hard, and unedible. I would not recommend. I love fried pickles, but those where also not good. Everything was just cold, probably would have been better hot. The greenbeans where also over cooked. They where too soft and had the consistency of mash potatos. Family loves this place, however our first time here was very disappointing. Will never go back to TRH....there are too many other steakhouses to choose from. One more thing. I wish they would have asked if we wanted the cinnimon butter or regular butter. I did not like the cinnimon butter. That needs to be left for desserts, not a dinner roll. read more

Very tough and stringy and very thin...more like a slab of round steak. We didn't complain as the last thing we wanted was nother unedible steak. After studying the menu, we decided to share a Cactus Blossum; it turned out to be my favorite dish from that visit :-) For my main I opted for the Country Fried Steak; it was good, but not great. It was my birthday yesterday and we had a group of 10. They don't take reservations, but I was told to call day of to inform them of a large group. When I called, I was transferred to a guy that sets up these kind of events. The guy was not very personable and was very curt in the way he spoke to me. Cut me off a couple of times. This was my first time at Texas Roadhouse. My friends who have been before showed me the ropes. First of all, their rolls are SUPER FLUFFY. So soft and pillowy. They are AYCE and come with a sweet cinnamon butter spread (you can ask for regular butter if you prefer savory bread). We got the combo appetizer for starters. It came with fried pickles, rattlesnake bites, and tater skins. This was a 3/5. The fried pickles were super good (get them if you are a pickle fan), crunchy on the outside. The tater skins were also good, but pretty average. However the rattlesnake bites were underwhelming and a bit too salty. We also got strawberry lemonades and the blue lemonade. They both tasted pretty similar, but strawberry was better. For entrees, we got a ribeye, sirloin and shrimp combo, and bbq chicken. Everything came with two sides. While the proteins were cooked to perfection, the sides were pretty average (mainly just potato dishes). We also received a free brownie bite because it was a bday (it was kinda hard). Overall, the food is a 3.5/5, but the service was spectacular, so it is a 4/5 for my first experience. We came here for dinner because we really love the bread. Always, the bread did not disappoint. Service was really good. I ordered the 8 ounce New York strip, and it was made well. My friend ordered the barbecue chicken and that tasted like it was just cooked out of the freezer because the chicken texture was chewy. We told the waitress and she asked if we wanted redone. This place can get pretty packed even thought it's like 7 pm on a Sunday night (you would assume people are at home prepping for Monday) but after about 30 to 40 minutes of waiting, we finally got out seats. We walked around the mall so time flew by and didn't feel like a long wait. Let's start with the unlimited bread and butter. The bread is so buttery and soft and the butter has a unique taste to it like cinnamon. This was something that my friends and I kept ordering and ordered more to take home with us. It was that good. The steak was delicious. I believe I got the ribeye steak and it was cooked to my liking. It tasted wonderfully with the fries and corn.
