When you walk in, there is a place to order all of your barbecue with a nice big sign with the menu. I love any place that serves fried okra. They also have diet Dr Pepper, which is another gold star in my book. I decided to try something different and got a sloppy Joe. My friend with me got a chop brisket sandwich. I got a basket of onion rings. He got Mac and cheese for a side. We both really enjoyed the brisket. It was nice and tender, but they were both chopped brisket sandwiches the sloppy Joe's. I could've been a little more sloppy for $12 but it was very tasty. The basket of onion rings was an apple amount of onion rings I did like that the onion stayed inside the ring when you bid into it and the batter did not fall apart. They were golden crispy and beautiful. The mac & cheese was just good old-fashioned mac & cheese. We added a little barbecue sauce for a kick in. It made it just a little nicer. There are so many things that I want to try here. I will absolutely return. The decor is delightful. And the people even ask before they take your plate from the table, which is unusual in Denver. I really liked it. It's a good casual spot.

They say meat cooks a little different at a higher elevation. I'm not sure it's true, but whatever Smokin' Yards is doing they're really good at it. I ordered the Smoked Prime Rib open faced sandwich special because I had to. I mean - I HAD TO. The end cut (order taker's suggestion) made me smile. I tested some of the sauces - not bad - however I liked the horseradish and au jus for dipping. The cream corn side dish was a-ok. A note - the room a decent sized, but made in an old warehouse. It can get loud, especially at peak times.

After coming here for years I'm happy to say the food still tastes amazing and the staff is very friendly! Both of the locations are great but the Denver one is my favorite. With a huge parking lot bring the whole family! (They do have online ordering system and it works pretty well) After trying almost the whole menu I do highly recommend sloppy Joe's and the baby back ribs. The Mac and cheese is pretty solid on flavor and the fries have a bit of Cajun seasoning on them. Pro tip as for the sauce that they have in the back that's not on every table. They got a pretty cute outdoor patio area and plenty of rustic Colorado mountain theme ambiance inside.

I was super surprised in all the best ways with this restaurant. Don't let the parking lot scare you away. It seems almost deserted and in the middle of nowhere. But walking inside the vibe immediately changed. It was lively, good patio, super friendly, and great service! I got the pulled pork and potato salad and it was super filling. The potato salad was flavorful and the pulled pork was tender and the right amount of juiciness. You order at the counter and service is great. A couple different bbq sauces to choose from as well. Will definitely Be back to try more off the menu.

I tried the restarted happy hour items. It's been at least 5 years. Flavor, price and menu all excellent. I will be back to try their Thursday smoked corned beef special. Their smoked wings were perfect.

My favorite meat was the pulled pork. It was soft, tender, and so easy to eat. The sides tasted perfect, the Mac and cheese was cheesy and not watered down. The creamed corn was sweet and refreshing. The fried okra was perfect replacement for friend pickles. There was a line out the door when we came around noon on a Wednesday. There's plenty of seats available and they serve alcohol! Plenty of parking in the plaza. It's clean inside and a bit crammed, but it works well with enough space for everyone.

Ambiance: Nice country style BBQ restaurant with a bar inside. Service: ordering desk with friendly service and very fast as well Food: the food was what you expect. The fried okra was delicious with a good batter and perfect fry. Standout was the ribs from the 3 meats (we got baby back ribs). The sauces were tangy and sweet perfectly matching the meats.

Bleh! Terrible I guess this was brisket it was tough over sauced shredded beef on an odd roll. The potato salad was equally unappealing. The sandwich roll was tough the meat just over sauced and nothing great. Definitely will not be back

Half Rack Baby Back Ribs & 1 Side (baked beans)

A little hard to find at the end of an industrial feel retail strip mall but once you walk in, the waft of slow cook BBQ is unmistakable. Theres a nice array of condiments at each table, including spicy chipotle, ketchup, pepperoncinis, "cow" sweet bbq sauce and "swine" bold bbq sauce. I ordered the Half rack baby back ribs. Honestly too dry on the ends and the tops - enter the sauce. Nothing is too spicy, even the ghost pepper bottles up by the counter. Beef brisket - more tender than the ribs even though it looks well done. Southern style green beans - mushy, like from a can Cole slaw - pretty crisp and regular. What you'd expect. Smoked baked beans - slightly sweet and hard to stop eating. I like the vibe and decor and you can see them smoking the meat from behind a window. That's all...

This BBQ is better than anything in KC. The brisket was superior to KC brisket. You won't miss out here.

Do you have any bbq that is gluten free?

All our meats and sauces are gluten-free.

Do your dry rubs include sugar (honey, maple syrup, etc) of any kind?

    Do you use Creekstone brisket?

    We do not.

    Is your sauce gluten free?

Yes all BBQ sauces are Gluten free including the Carolina mustard sauce not sure about the wing sauce

First, the music is deafening, and it gets exponentially louder when they sing "Happy Birthday." Second, the prices are insane: $25 for a double cheeseburger or $6 for a fountain drink is simply unjustifiable. There service was also very slow at times and then also super attentive. If that doesn't scare you away, be warned that they are incredibly sly with their pricing. Costs are omitted from the physical menus, forcing you to scan a QR code to find them. In our case, we ordered an item after being quoted a specific happy hour price (despite zero mention of a happy hour anywhere in the establishment). Yet, when the check arrived, the item was marked up, and our server, Gabriel, feigned ignorance. Frankly, it felt like fraud. Additionally, they recently rebranded under a new name to reset their ratings--and based on the reviews under their previous name, it is easy to see why. If you want a good burger and wings, do not go here. Head over to Romes, Cherry Cricket, FOTM, or Park Burger. Go anywhere but here.

I ordered traditional Buffalo and BBQ wings. This is the first place I have been where you could specify the cut of chicken you wanted. The wings were good, Buffalo Sauce a little too salty but still tasty. The wings were fully cooked but not as crispy as I would like. The drumettes are on the large size. This impacts meat and texture quality. Without getting into the science of why they got that way, it basically = medium level meat quality and taste. The establishment was very clean and staff very friendly. okay price/value relationship. I would request another 45 seconds in the fryer next time.

We were greeted by a young woman who sort of walked us through the menu, before placing our order. Our interaction was brief, but just fine. It's an order at the counter and pick up at the counter, kind of spot, so we chose a table near the windows. We opted for an order of 10 wings (half dry rub and half medium buffalo) and the 2 small sandwich meal - with fries. It took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready before we dug in. The sandwiches featured crisp slaw + chicken tenders (which we ordered medium) on a fresh bun. While the flavor was decent (and not too hot) the bun fell apart upon first bite. bummer. The chicken was breaded nicely, juicy with good flavor and the fries were delicious. I'm a sucker for wings but was disappointed in the dryness of the chicken. They tasted pre-fried and like they were sitting before being drenched in sauce - which made them a little meh, for me. I wouldn't go out of my way to return here again, but it sufficed the needs for lunch.

I went with the Kids meal brisket with the Potato salad and added a Sweet potato with the candied pecan butter.
