    Waffle fries and garden salad

To go order Sunday night and the place was hopping! Opening the door you instantly smell so many amazing aromas. Outside and inside seating available. Order was ready quick. Garden salad was nice size, fresh and tasty. Sweet potato waffle fries were delicious as were the onion rings: not at all greasy. Highly recommend this place.

Good food, cheap-ish drinks, friendly staff. The hidden charge for a side of ranch and ordering my chicken tenders fried makes me withhold a star. I thought it was assumed that chicken tenders are fried.

Today I had a smashburger, fries and beer. Tuesdays are all day happy hour which is fine. They also have a special happy hour menu. The burger was made fine but I was unaware that their sauce was literally fire sauce. I know better next time not to use the sauce plus it was very messy to eat. The server was attentive and ensured we were looked upon.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fire on the Mountain has a chill vibe and it's a great place for wings when you feel like going out and also want to keep it casual.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Servers are friendly and it's easy to strike up a conversation with them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I personally love their swag! Many of the designs both on the merch and restaurant interior were created by the people working there -- which is pretty awesome![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I recently stopped by for some wings with a friend, and picked up a cool T-shirt. They had seasonal sauce flavors for the wings that were pretty tasty. They have specials throughout the week. The basket of fries were my favorite.

This place has been on my radar for all of the 3 years I've been living in Denver, and I am incredibly disappointed... IN MYSELF FOR NOT GOING SOONER! I am a big Buffalo chicken wrap fan and this one has to be right near the top of my list. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place itself is a really fun atmosphere, and there are plenty of TVs if you're looking to watch a game.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff seemed SLAMMED with takeout orders (makes sense) but they were still plenty attentive given what they were dealing with. I'm positive I'll be back sooner than later, I need to give the wings a try next! I only wish I could go back and slap my former self for not giving it a shot when I heard about it years ago. Intestinal Impact Index Rating: 3/5 you're always rolling the dice with hot sauce, but ultimately this felt like it was on the healthier, cleaner end of the Buffalo chicken wrap spectrum.

Once again, this location proves it's the best. Only one I'll be going to from now on. Second time the highlands location messed up my order and gave me chicken meat wings instead of seitan vegan wings. I only went there as it's on the way from the airport. I realized it after coming home and immediately called the wash park location which is closer to my home and they fixed it for me right away. Amazing customer satisfaction by the whole team here!!!

Went for the Outer Range ski wax event. Tasty beers and free snowboard wax are a match made in heaven! I also really enjoyed the flavors of the month Korean BBQ wings and dry rub.

FOTM continues to be our wing place when in the mood despite now living about 30-minutes away. They are a bit pricier and smaller than other wing places, however, almost every time we've gone we've gotten more wings than we ordered (ex. 10 instead of 9, 14 instead of 12, etc), which is a really nice treat! We ordered 3 of the 9 combos with spicy peanut, raspberry habanera, garlic parmesan, buffalo, and lemon pepper sauces. We also got a 5 boneless jerk wings and the Jamaican jerk sandwich with a side of tots for the table. The tots came out probably 10-12 minutes before the rest of the wings which was definitely a bummer as we were hoping to eat them with the wings, but in order to have them hot, we had to eat them beforehand. All of the wings were great, however, we are unsure of whether the spicy peanut was actually spicy peanut or something else as when it was delivered the waitress said bourbon chipotle, but the sauce didn't really taste like peanut, bourbon, or chipotle... whatever it was it was really good, but definitely a mystery sauce. The boneless jerk wings were huge - more like tenders than wings in my opinion. The Jamaican jerk is my go to sandwich here and it is always fire. The reason for the four instead of five stars this time around was because of the early arrival of the tots throwing off the meal and the ability to have something neutral to cleanse and de-spice the pallet.

    Buffalo Chicken Wrap with tots

If I could give more stars, I would. 10/10 Service, food, and efficiency. The staff were incredible. I could see the expo looking at my wrap to ensure correct order. Will be back again!

It was easy to walk to without moving my car from the mall garage, which was nice since the parking near the bar itself is scarce and just street parking. They have the cutest little set up, nestled in between a larger building with some large murals on the walls of beautiful violet flowers. They also have a great patio set up, with live fires that you can sit around. The service was great, we were greeted almost instantly, and the waiter made recommendations on his favorite drinks, I got the coco coffee cocktail, which is very popular according to the staff. It was a little too creamy for me, so not my favorite, but was tasty and elegant nonetheless. I also got the Elote dip, it was also good, but nothing spectacular. Overall, the vibe was great, though, people at other tables were friendly, and it did not feel stuffy. Prices are Cherry Creek normal, a drink is $16-20. Was kind of frustrating, but we waited patiently so we could see what this place was all about. The vibes were cool, and I'd like to go back on a weeknight when it's not so busy. So, I need the service to be a little better for me to increase my rating. And then maybe try some of the bites that they offer during food service times. Idk. But the real highlight of the night was the steaks. My skirt steak was cooked perfectly, well-charred outside and tender inside, paired with the potatoes three ways, crispy, creamy, and roasted, each with its own texture and seasoning. Considering the only other US location is in California, I was surprised and knew this would be my opportunity to try it! The aesthetic is modern & elevated with Japanese wooden features. I got 3 classic dishes which was just the right amount of food. I honestly recommend coming with a group to try more items since you know everything will be delicious. The Yellowtail Jalapeño is a signature dish; the yellowtail was delicate & buttery and the citrus soy with the bight of jalapeño made each bite clean, bright, with some subtle heat. I did not expect the Rock Shrimp Tempura to be that good! The shrimp was lightly battered & fried but the sauces were the highlights! Their creamy spicy is a very well-done spicy mayo but the butter ponzu was unreal! Super addictive, rich, and unlike any sauce I've had before. Shout out to my waitress for suggesting getting both sauces on the side rather than lathered on the shrimp, which also kept it crispy. Last but certainly not least is the famous Black Cod! The fish is super buttery and flaky; there were some caramelized edges from the miso glaze which added so much depth & richness to the bite. It's a good balance of sweetness, savoriness, umami that is bound to be good. All in all, so grateful I got to try what many call an institution and will certainly try more of chef Nobu's restaurants.

Some of courses were delicious and some were mediocre. We spent almost $700 for a party of four. The situation that needs the most improvement was the pace of the meal. The courses were separated by a 20-30-minute wait time. Considering that the courses were very small and contained 5-6 pieces for a party of four... that equates to a little more than a small bite every 20-30 minutes. The dinner took 2.5 hours to develop, and we were honestly still hungry by the end. The waiter started asking us if were "still hungry" at about the fifth courses. By the end, we felt awkward in asking for more. The wagyu beef was particularly disappointing as the beef was somewhat chewy, lacking taste and small. Waiters seemed to be near their capacity of workload. Didn't really take the time to serve, walk you thru the menus, keep the service moving or even gauge your level of satisfaction. We ordered dessert to celebrate the birthday. Apart from a small chocolate plaque on the dessert that said, "happy birthday", there was no attempt to celebrate the occasion as other less exclusive restaurants do... no "happy birthday" wish, no courtesy dessert... nothing special. The best part of this meal was by far, the young couple that accompanied us. Friendly advice: if you want to impress a client with something the feels exclusive... this may be the place. If you are looking for amazing food, being pampered and feeling your money was "well spent", try another place. I don't plan to visit this restaurant soon.
