I ordered the sisig dish to-go as well as some side lumpia and side pancit. My friend and I agreed that the pancit was decent, but lumpia was alright and the sauce that typically accompanies the lumpia was too watered down for our liking. It shouldn't be that liquidy. Also, the sisig to me wasn't that great. I've never had it with rice before, and it was just overall not what I would expect of traditional sisig. I was disappointed to say the least. Amazing first meal after landing in Colorado. I do admit, I was so confused walking in to the establishment. It appears to be hub for different restaurants, for customers to order and pick up when arrived. My group and I came in, ordered, then waited about 30 minutes for all the delicious food! Being away from home (Los Angeles), it was amazing to have some comfort food that tastes just how I imagined them to be. The lechon kawali plate was the perfect combination of different dishes. It surely satisfied my craving. Every dish we got was delicious. I also got calamasi juice. Walking in, we were able to dine-in in the lobby waiting area, as there were 2 tables available. This is IMO a great concept. One location several restaurants sharing a kitchen - you order your food via QR code menus & either the kiosk or online. You get a text & the time to expect your food. However the execution falls a little flat- we ordered 1 bbq pork plate $18.99, 1 fried chicken & rice $13.99, a side of pancit $11 and a side of lumpia $8 plus tip $63 The time Estimate for the order was 40 minutes but ok prices... kinda steep - the food took over a hour to come out. When we did open up our food I'm going to be honest the entrees were a solid value IMO however the $11 mini pancit & $8 lumpia left me feeling like pricing could be better on these items. Worth stating ZERO napkins provided & ZERO utensils so I'm glad we had something spare in the car. The meat items were very good as were the lumpia & the pancit. Paborito has been on my radar for a while and I finally got to try it before they moved to their new location. This is a new favorite of ours and has some of the best Filipino food I have had in Colorado in a hot minute. We had their adobo at the AAPI festival and we were blown away by how tasty it was that we had to stop by the same weekend to try their menu. The Bbq chicken was so good. The flavors were popping off our tongues. The lechon was very crispy and the sauce was one of our faves. The rice was very delicious and paired well with each dish. It is quite pricey but you get a lot of food. I do like that they give you a good pairing of meat to rice ratio. Cannot wait to see what else they add to their menu now that they're at a bigger kitchen. read more

Let me first start by saying that I am Filipino and I was hoping this place would be great. The food is not bad, but I don't thinj it is necessarily authentic. The Crispy Pork Kare Kare didn't have the authentic peanut flavor of traditional kare kare (which is a peanut-based soup). It was squash-forward and I assume that this change was to give people with peanut allergies an ability to enjoy the dish. I also tried their tapsilog and taho one satueday morning. Different areas of the Philippines make dishes differently, and this tapsilog is too wet and sweet for my liking. I'm sure it is good for other people, but it is not to my liking. read more

When you go there .... It's basically a "to-go lobby" where multiple restaurants share the to -go space. You can order online or call them and you would pick up your food here. There is one small area to stay and eat your food but there are only 3 tables and when we were there a huge family put the tables together. Lucky for us they were leaving. The food had great portions. There was enough for 3 days of leftovers. I really liked the palabok and the tapa flakes. read more

Food was decent. It's is a community kitchen area on federal so you just pick the food up.

You use the kiosk to order food. It's a shared kitchen with many restaurants operating at the back. The counter serves as the counter for all these eateries. It's in a shady spot behind a marijuana plant. Only one table for seating inside a a couple outside. Best if preorder and pickup. No one is having a full service candlelight meal here. There's a guy outside holding a wrench waiting - watch out for your vehicle belonging - he doesn't seem to be offering to tune your engine. The food was good. We drove 10 mins away and food was already cold and a bit soggy. Flavor is still great. The Pancit is realy salty. Love the lechon kawaii with the rice. The lumpia flavor is good but it's not served hot - cold when we had it. read more

Omg yum!! Everything was delicious, from the KFC to the porridge. The pan it was a bit flavorless and the noodles were overcooked. But seeing as how fabulous the rest of the meal was, still gets five stars from me! It's a building with 15 or so other restaurants, there is a small dining area with three tables. We just just came from the Denver botanical gardens and were starving ! I was craving Filipino food and was wondering if Denver had any. This place was amazing! I was surprised it wasn't a restaurant just take out. My white husband loved the lumpia, his chicken inasal and ube cheesecake! We washed down all this amazing food with the super tropical calamansi limeade!! Can't wait to pickup food from there again! We ordered the grilled Chicken Inasal, kare kare combos along with a side of lumpia and let me tell you, it was delicious!! Best lumpia ever! My wife says her family called it Hong Kong style; which are smaller with pork and no veggies. They were amazing!! Everything was a 10 out of 10! The different types of rice for each combo was a nice surprise. My chicken came with garlic and Kare Kare was sticky. Everything was spot on! Take out only!!! I love eating from Paborito and I literally have the receipts to prove it. Since I discovered it for myself on August 31, 2024 - I've ordered food from Paborito 17 times and spent over $450. I was born in the Philippines and grew up on the east coast in a Filipino household eating Filipino food for every meal at home, and having access to plenty of really good filipino restaurants out east. Ever since I moved to Denver in 2010, I've felt the Filipino food-desert that Denver and Colorado. I was DELIGHTED to learn that Paborito opened up a short drive from home, and it's my go-to for an easy taste of home. I admit that Paborito does not have an extensive menu of Filipino food, and some things perhaps have been adjusted to be more amenable to first-time / non-filipino eaters. And for those readers who are familiar with turo-turo filipino restaurants in california, chicago and on the east coast - Paborito isn't that type of place. However, some of their items are absolutely excellent. Their lechon (crispy pork belly) is chef's kiss good. I LOVE that they introduced arroz caldo to their menu, especially as it got colder. I love that they change a few things to their menu over time - e.g. the sinigang and the kare kare. I'm excited to see their journey as their menu evolves, and I'm glad to support Paborito equally as much as I love having a taste of home in Denver. read more

This is me and my boyfriend's favorite restaurant in Denver (and probably Colorado). I love having authentic Filipino food in the area, especially after moving away from family.
