    Grilled Pork Chop over rice
    Clint W.

We were traveling through Denver and spending the night after driving from Las Vegas on the way home to Kansas City. Had a craving for pork chop rice. One order fed 2 of us. The flavor, the texture, the presentation all so good. It came with an egg on top and 2 type of sauces. I've never had it this good in Kansas City. The waiter was also super nice, he kept bowing to me. So polite.

Another tasty visit to Com Nha! Didn't realize how long it'd take for the giant seafood hot pot. Would recommend you order it ASAP once you're seated, so the kitchen can get rolling. It's absolutely worth it- ginormous platter of food surrounding hot soup! We got a few apps to tide us over, the DIY Spring roll was very tasty and worth the $18. Heads up- they stopped doing the dry ice soap bubbles at the end of the meal. Maybe (?) they'll bring it back one day.

This is one of the only Northern Vietnamese restaurants that I've seen in the US. Most Vietnamese cuisine in the US is southern. 100% worth the try. Bun cha is top tier, as is their squid

Came back with family that was visiting - the last of a handful of visits. Everyone enjoyed their food, though we all left with food for later (huge portions!): seafood pho, bahn mi, house pho, and a... Hawaii combo plate, if I remember correctly. The pho barn mi was fabulous! Tender meat, bean sprouts, and a very delicious pho broth. It came with two sandwiches - I had to take most of the second one home and my hubby enjoyed it later on. (I did have to ask for a container for that broth, was strange it didn't come out with the sandwich box when I asked for to-go containers...) I'm glad I tried something new as I usually go with the bun dac biet. Looking forward to trying something else new next time!

What an amazing experience! Apparently I have been living under a rock. This place is a gem. I have been wanting to come to this place since forever and today was the day. The place is really nice. The employees are friendly and willing to help you if you have any questions. I have the be honest with you. The food is full of flavor. Really tasty and flavorful. I am coming back with my kids and mom. We ordered the Bún bò Huế Banh Mi - Savor a spicy Vietnamese sandwich filled with brisket, enhanced by satay soy sauce, Thai basil chimichurri, and sautéed bean sprouts and onions. This delightful dish is served alongside a flavorful Bún bò Huế broth for dipping (per their website) and when you dip it in the broth it will take you the heaven and back. Cơm Đặc Biệt - A combination marinated beef, pork, and chicken served with rice and eggrolls. - my only complaint with this dish was the rice. It was a little bit hard. BBQ Roll - Charred pork and beef wrap with fresh rice paper rolls, accompanied by fresh veggies, crispy shallots, peanuts, and a flavorful sauce. SUPER DELICIOUS! I'm obsessed with this appetizer. Vietnamese Ice Coffee With Salted cream - it came with a coffee bear on top! So cute and fun. Overall I recommend this place. I recommend for family gathering, date, get together with your bros and girlfriends.

Went to check out the new all-you-can-eat Viet BBQ and it was amazing! $35 for most things or $40 ($5 upgrade) for seafood and a few other dishes. So delicious! Includes pho and bun bo hue too. Satisfies all the cravings! Ate ourselves into food comas. We also shared some tower of fun large format cocktails. Such a great time! Amazing service. A unique option in Denver, as this is the first place that is doing all you can eat Vietnamese BBQ. Nice change of pace work lots of unique dishes to try. I especially liked the mango clams dish.

Restaurant that has been open since December of last year. The place appears to have been a diner in a past life. The open layout is nice to see with the Vietnamese decorations. The food was excellent. We got 3 orders of pho that were packaged well for transportation. The egg rolls were packaged with all the accoutrements which included an orange sauce I wasn't familiar with. The service was fast and friendly. We arrived early for a pickup order and they hurried to get us on our way as soon as possible. Great Vietnamese restaurant.

When people say Denver doesn't have a good food scene, it is because they don't know where to find it and the Vietnamese scene has definitely picked up. I took my picky dad here and he enjoyed everything we ordered (since savory Vietnam and New Saigon closed, he hasn't liked any of the viet restaurants I have taken him to due to location or small seating). Com Nha does have a pretty good dining area space where you are not cramped. Service is fantastic. From what we saw in the kitchen, the chefs were Vietnamese so you know the food is authentic and they know what they're doing. Start off, you have to order the drinks. I love the ice dancing lion that comes with some. The Mango Milk tea was also quite delicious and tasty. The menu offers a lot of Vietnamese dishes you don't see in a lot of restaurants in Denver. They have the classics like pho and the grilled rice plates. It's worth trying out their other dishes like stuffed chicken or batel leaf wraps. On top of the food being pretty good, the presentation is crazy. There was a pineapple fried rice served in a pineapple shell. They also had grilled octopus on a little stone heater. I was honestly excited for the end of the meal where they come out with a bubbly soap experience so you can wash your hands at your table. So much fun.

    Pho and bone marrow

Absolutely an amazing find while I was on my trip in Denver! The vibes and staff were amazing! My bone marrow was delicious!! So much flavor with every bit! And the pho was flavorful!!! A good portion size! After we ate we got a bubbling bottle brought to us so that we could wash our hands! It was so cool! Definitely will come back if I go to Denver again!

Solid pho and Vietnamese restaurant! We discovered Com Nha as they had a booth at the Sushi Den rooftop party and were blown away from how flavorful and rich the broth was even in a little take out container from an event and knew we had to go try the full size in the restaurant. That weekend, we stopped by the restaurant and were not disappointed. The pho is a generous portion and almost to the point where I could not finish it since we ordered an appetizer too. It is good and bad because the menu is so great that I always want to try a different appetizer but then I am too full to finish my entree (leftovers at least!). We just went for our second time this weekend and our server recognized us! We have gotten the House Pho and Beef Pho, both were delicious. The second time, we got the House Pho and added the Bone Marrow which definitely added richness to the bowl. I got the Com Su'on Trung, Vietnamese grilled pork chop rice plate, the second time and it was SOOO good. Again, generous portion size so I was able to have a big lunch the next day. The spring rolls come in a cute presentation, a little basket of sorts. We also got the build your own spring rolls the second time and got the Bo La Lot, Vietnamese grilled beef in betel leaves. Very tasty and again, lots of rice paper and fillings to go around. It is a little messy but that is why they have their very interesting way to wash hands at the end. My husband and I have already planned out what we will order next time we stop in. Mmm yum!

Bún Đặc Biệt Thịt Bò (combo vermicelli)

This place is absolutely stellar! The staff here are the sweetest and so helpful. I think that this is a great place to try vietnamese food with a twist even if you're a native. The Vietnamese tacos were actually quite tasty! The folks are a tad heavy handed with the anise here. The Bo Ne here is so rich and flavorful. I love that the portions are super large too. Plus, this place is open til midnight so perfect if you're peckish. The great thing about this food is that even though it's so hearty, you leave feeling satisfied and energized rather than sluggish. When you finish your meal, they bring out this bubbly looking thing that you can clean your hands. I think they put some type of tablets that make it froth?

Com Nha Kitchen & Bar is such a gem in Lakewood. Vietnamese street food with a creative twist, and every single dish impressed me. I tried the Brisket Fries (yes, brisket + cheese + egg + garlic butter = heaven), honey garlic wings (crispy, packed with flavor), Bun Cha Hanoi (charred pork patties and pork belly with noodles, herbs, and dipping sauce), and the raw oysters with kumquat fish sauce, which ended up being my favorite bite of the night. We also had their pineapple fried rice and green curry as weekly specials -- both delicious. Drinks are just as fun as the food: the spiked Vietnamese iced coffee with coconut rum was fantastic, and the fresh fruit tea with the little bear on top was almost too cute to drink. Service was warm, the vibe was fun, and the food... outstanding. Don't miss this spot.

Bun Rieu Oc - so good!
    Kieu P.

I've been wanting to try this place for quite some time now after seeing all the positive reviews on Crazy Hungry Asians of Colorado Facebook page, and this place did not disappoint! We ordered the bun rieu oc (crab & snail noodle soup), bun cha Ha Noi (the dish Anthony Bourdain made famous), and a salted cream Vietnamese coffee. A few things we've learned after eating this meal: 1) I've been making bun rieu wrong my whole life. This had so much flavor and depth in the broth. It was good!!! 2) We're on a quest to try all the different bun cha's in Denver, and this is by far our favorite one! Who knew the char on this grilled pork belly would taste this good? I'm still thinking about it. 3) They dropped the cutest little ice bear made of coffee in our drink. I'm a sucker for cute things PLUS it was a delicious creamy coffee. Shout out to the host/waiter and to the girl who made our coffee! Always checked in on us. Super friendly. Com Nha, you've earned a fan. Oh, and for the ones that aren't good at parking in tight spaces in Denver, this one's for you. There's a large open parking lot. ;) Check them out!

It's not close from my southeast Denver house at all but I make the trip to go here when I crave for good/quality bbq. Service is (in my frankest sense) solid and this restaurant has never failed in that regard. I always see the same lady manning the front. Her demeanor and speech are always consistent where her professionalism is her strong attribute. Quality is of utmost importance at any restaurant and this place is consistent in that regard as well. Today, I had pulled pork (about 6oz; by the way, you get to pick how much you want as you pay by the weight.) To accompany my meat, I got the Elote Salad and the Jalapeno Corn Bread. These created the perfect combination of balanced breakfast (yup, it was past 11am but it was my first meal of the day!!) It truly filled me up. The ambiance is of a typical bbq place. It's small and yet with the symbiotic relationship with the brewery right next door, the current space size justifies. The customers from said brewery come and get food as "eat-in" to take their plates back to the brewery to eat while brewing themselves up (lol!) Businesses co-exist/co-mingle/co-operate. We all help each other. I am giving my solid high five to Pit Fiend today. This place has my heart.

Unfortunately like every bbq pit you need to get there early to get burnt ends but there were other meats to choose from. The only unfortunate thing was they are part of the up and coming group of merchants that charge 2% if using a credit card on top of that city fee and tax.

The guys working that evening were super accommodating and had good energy. There was a small wait for my food but I didn't mind at all. There is plenty of seating if you want to stay and dine or you can call ahead and do a to go order. This would be a good place for groups and watching sporting events or enjoying the music. I went with the smoked sausage, ribs, green chili mac and cheese with baked beans. The sides were all good, the smoked sausage was the stand out and the ribs could be better. I do understand the difference between a little char and burnt pieces, however mine were more burnt and it was a detractor from the ribs. I ended up trying to pull that part off and eat the softer parts. In the game of bbq, you're gonna have a few pieces that are in direct heat and have more flame exposure, just don't give those pieces to me. Capable of cash, card and contactless payments with no hidden surcharges like many places seem to be doing. The portions were plenty and enough to share or to make two meals if you're watching your intake. Parking is along the street and pay attention to the signs. Some areas have time limits and there's a garage nearby if you choose. I drove by because on the main street, it seems unassuming until you're looking for their signage. Around the corner are other businesses and some residences so it threw me off a bit. If in the area, I would dine here again to explore more of the menu. Of course, if you go later in the day, the chance that they'll run out of an item is higher.
