Pretty solid coffee spot in the heart 9Co. Lofted ceilings coupled with a beautiful buildout. Upscale spot perfect for meeting a client with its nice lighting and ample seating. They have more in terms of dining options than your typical coffee shop.

Never knew Denver top toque Tom Coohill Jr. and Diane Schapiro Coohill, owners of the amazing Coohills Restaurant, had a coffee shop! When I heard I rushed over at my first opportunity knowing that, if the Coohills where involved, it would be amazing. It was 1st time into a place I haven't been, I get my favorite drink (Cortado) to see if the do it justice; they did But I also get an espresso to I can judge the quailty of the coffee. Top notch as expected And they make a killer Sausage & Egg Sandwich. A second location is opening in Uptown in November

Nice contemporary interior. Definitely gets crowded so seating can be limited but overall good food and a decent coffee selection. Will definitely be back.

Coffee is phenomenal, food/pastry options are phenomenal, ambiance is phenomenal. If this wasn't 25 min from my house I'd come here all the time. Lots of seating both inside and outside, regardless of the drive I will definitely be back

What a lovely coffee shop! First time here to meet a friend and had a delicious chain and frittata! Ambiance was chill and service was friendly! What more could ya want?!

This place is seriously phenomenal and completely worth supporting. Small, cute, well-decorated coffee shop in the 9th and Colorado area. Parking can be a bit of a drag but definitely worth it to get here early. Stellar selection of pastries and broad coffee selection, all so well made. What blew me over was the actual food. Solid breakfast and lunch fare at very reasonable prices (especially given the price of eggs). The downside is that there is not a ton of seating and people tend to camp out in groups or on their computer - so another reason to get there early if you plan to eat in. The service and staff are all top-notch. I wish there were more places like this in Denver.

I absolutely love Frank&Roze! Favorite coffee shop for quality/value/vibe! Their croissants are fantastic - made with real butter and they TASTE heavenly. My butterball CAT LOVES a bit of their plain croissants and will destroy a bag to get a taste! This is a VERY delayed review as I have been frequenting their shop and being so into their food and drinks and then forgetting to review! Things to know: Seasonal Drink Menu - NO JOKE. Minimal selection, MASTERFUL execution! Get it in a pretty glass to stay and enjoy it in the cafe! Sit DOWN and enjoy their craft in-store. Accommodating + creative - I was really craving a strawberry iced mocha the first time I went in there and they made one and it was so quality! I think there was a berry muddle in it or something. Divine! BASICS are EXCELLENT - their PLAIN butter/buttery croissant and their whiskey cold brew (drink it BLACK) are really all I need every day. BASIC. FULL flavor in the cold brew and the buttery croissant is mouth-watering. Service is FRIENDLY and I always enjoy returning there.

Frank & Roze is such a nice cafe! I came with my family to enjoy breakfast. All of the food options we had were excellent: avocado toast, ham & cheese croissant, and the breakfast bowl. Big portions that were all filling and listed at fair prices. The beverages come out quick, too. There's a lot of seating options indoors as well as patio seating. The weather was lovely, so we sat outside. Staff came out now and then to check in/clear plates. If the breakfast was that good I'd be interested to try their lunch options!!

Nestled on a corner of an off street, this aesthetic spacious cafe offers various drinks and food. From coffee to tea to other drinks, to various breakfast breads and pastries, there's something for everyone! Great place to work from while also actually having food to eat and good coffee to drink. Would come back!

Nice spot to grab a coffee and a croissant! I came here with a friend of mine and we got some croissants and lattes. I like that they have a wrap around outdoor space and the indoors are cozy too! Service was quick. Goes without saying here in Denver but il say it.. very pet friendly!!

Stopped into frank and rose for 2 hours to get some work done on a Friday morning and it is busy! You can find a seat but definitely limited. Their coffee is delicious and food is great. The grilled avocado chicken sandwich was very tasty. They also have a few breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast options. Breakfast is served from 6:30-11:30 on weekdays and 6:30-1 on weekends. Lunch is served 11:30-5 on weekdays and 1-5 on weekends. The service is great and staff is friendly! Very aesthetic coffee shop!

I am always searching for a nice coffee shop to go work or chill at. The coffee is really good and the service has been pleasant. One thing is because this is always a restaurant, during their peak lunch hours, they do limit the time you get to stay. I got here after their rush, so there were plenty of seats. They have limited outlets, so I don't think I would come here for an all-day thing. I do want to come back and try their lunch menu though. Parking: parking is street parking so it may be hard to find a spot since this area is pretty popular with other restaurants s well, so keep this in mind.

Owners Duc Huynh and his wife Dominique moved the concept to Park Hill in 2021 , and what they built here is hard to categorize in the best way. It's a craft coffee shop and boutique plant store in one -- and somehow both sides of that equation feel equally intentional rather than one being an afterthought. The menu leans into lavender lattes, Vietnamese iced coffee, and chai, alongside croissants and breakfast burritos -- a lineup that reflects the shop's AAPI-owned roots and a clear point of view on what coffee can be. The Vietnamese iced coffee in particular earns its reputation: rich, layered, and grounding in a way that a standard cold brew just isn't. The lavender latte is a regular on people's standing orders for good reason. The seating situation is worth noting -- swing chairs and limited spots mean arriving early on weekends pays off. Street parking is the move. Best for solo mornings, slow catch-ups with a friend, or anyone who wants to leave with a new plant and a drink they'll be thinking about on the drive home. Open daily 8am-3pm -- get there before the rush.

The person taking my order was very friendly and welcoming. I got a lavender latte with macadamia nut milk (which I highly recommend) it was nice and creamy and paired well with the lavender. I also got a bonfire burrito, which was also tasty and filling. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop, hard not to since it was filled with plants, plant care items, cards, jewelry and fun stickers. Look forward to coming back in the future!
