Kiddos got Orange Dreamsicle which tastes exactly as it sounds, and Lemon Sorbet which was very refreshing for a hot summer day. All in all, the ice cream was great! There is no indoor seating as the ice cream shop is kind of in the middle of the quad area. There are chairs around it, and even a giant connect four. Service was great as she asked if we had questions or wanted to sample flavors. Definitely will come back every time we visit Denver!

DANG is a soft serve shop in oneida park tucked into a cute little stretch of retail/food. They have a big turf area out front and a good amount of seating. The menu is simple with about 6 flavors but they have an insane amount of topping options. They also sell fries! Nutty Latte was exceptional! They also do cyclones which is essentially a giant cup of soft serve and tons of toppings blended in. Big portions across the board which makes the pricing feel fair. The only downfall is that the flavors are all unique and there is only 6 so if you are picky you may have a hard time! Most of them have surprised me though. None have been bad. Lazo Empanadas - Junction Food and Drink

I've recently decided that Lazo may be my absolute go-to place for great/quality empanadas…read more Yes, there are other competitor shops where they make quality ones that deserve our attentions and yet, unlike those competitors that make theirs with dense and very doughy out layers like calzone like heaviness, Lazo's empanada's out layers are light and flaky. And In my opinion (or should I say that based on my personal liking), this is what makes Lazo stand out from the crowd. My most recent visit to this location at Junction Food Hall made me realize this fact. Freshly out of the oven being baked for about 5 minutes or so, my two warm empanadas were nicely brown on the outside. Since I did the 2 empanadas + sauce (of my choice) for $9.99, my beautiful baked goods were accompanied by the green sauce (avocado sauce). I usually pick the chimi so I went out of my comfort zone to try out the green for the first time. A light heat from the tomatillo was felt on my tongue although it was a hint of it where I could handle it with ease. I don't know if I will ever do the red hot but maybe one of those days when I am courageous enough, I might go for that devilish one. My one small request to Lazo....please expand on the empanada selection. Although I continue to support this business as long as I shall be round and yet, I might be running out of choices here.
