The tortilla soup was heavily cumin so if you don't like cumin, this is not for you. The recipe they have chosen is for more of a chicken tortilla mush. But it is not unlike others I have had. Ambiance is nice. Everyone super friendly. Great wall decor. I suspect that the recipes they have chosen are designed for clientele from all over but I would say, "Give your chefs an opportunity to offer something off menu as a special option". We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. The fork tender lamb tenderloin was served on 2 skewers with mojo verde, Spanish aoili, and pickled red onions on crisp baguette slices. Another Homerun!
