This place is a little understated from the outside. You think it is going to just be a smoothie…read moreplace but they have a full menu with breakfast sandwiches, burrito, smoothies, coffee, etc. I thought it was excellent and a little more approachable then Persephone next door (I don't know why, go in both and see for yourself). We got a breakfast burrito and some sort of super smoothie bowl (I forget what it was called). The burrito was excellent. We did not get meat in it because we were not super hungry, but it did not need it. Great flavor. The burrito came with some fruit and such. I'd say it was medium size. It would not fill up a big appetite (go to D.O.G. for that) but I was not disappointed. The smoothie bowl was also excellent. It'd go back here again for sure. We asked them to split the smoothie bowl in two for us so we could each share the burrito and the smoothie. They happily did this. We got things to go, but they have an array of counter and table seating to choose from. We liked it. Prices were Jackson high. So, more than you want to pay but if you can get free coffee at your hotel than it wasn't too bad.

Okay, 5/5 for ambiance and service. It's a very cute spot with great indoor and outdoor seating…read more Cashier was so kind and had the loveliest demeanor. 3-4/5 for food and drinks. I got a gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip muffin for $7 before tip the first day, and it was so good. Very moist and great flavor and held together well (which can be hard with GF.) and $7 is steep but it was pretty large so I found it reasonable. But the second day, I got a housemade chai latte with almond milk and a GF morning glory muffin and was so disappointed with both. First, they don't show that there's a $1.50 upcharge for almond milk on the menu so that was annoying. The chai was not sweet (but you could get it sweetened for an additional $1), which I was fine with cuz I love spicy chai. But it was like barely flavorful, I actually added a pack of sugar later to try to add some flavor but it was not enough to salvage it. And the morning glory muffin was still moist and fairly large but holy moley it had *so* many raisins. Do not get it unless you are in the mood to eat an entire box of raisins. It also had coconut flakes which I didn't realize and also didn't enjoy. The soups looked good, and they make some really good looking toasts too so I'd go that route!

Honestly, probably the best boba I've had in Southeast Idaho…read more When the boba (tapioca pearls) are freshly made, you have a definite win. The texture and flavor knocks the other places out of the park. The drinks themselves have a good flavor, I do wish they incorporated either fresh or frozen fruit so the drinks tasted a little less artificial & a little more refreshing. Don't get me wrong - they're still good. It would just provide the extra "umph". The coolest part? You can mix different flavors if you want to. I'm going call my special request "The Amber". LOL. It's a mix of taro and honeydew smoothies with boba. Honeydew smoothie on top, taro smoothie on the bottom or vice versa. Either way, it's so good! Now open in the same location is Space Crepes - also very good! I had the Taro Space Crepe. It was both pretty and delicious. That's a win-win, if you ask me. I don't travel to Rexburg often. But when I do, you can find me at Crush.

It was 9:40 and our turn was up. I asked the employee how do we order the crepe. She said we can't. I asked why. She explained that they shut the crepe grill down 30 minutes before they close. I said you don't close till 11. Her response was that the owner hasn't updated the hours online. Needless to say we left.
