Mixed variety of bagels

Surprised to see all the low ratings for this Einstein. I used to go here all the times when I used to live in Irvine because my daughter loved their bagel with butter & jelly when she was younger. But I haven't been here for a while since I moved away and also trying to limit my carbs intake. We recently had Einstein bagels for breakfast and they were as good as I remember. I like to toast it for a few minutes so the top layer is a bit crispy but the dough is still nice and chewy on the inside. Extra yummy with some cream cheese spread.

I went in for a bagel on my way to work and immediately noticed the worker talking rudely to a delivery driver. The entire time I was checking out the menu, she kept repeating the same thing and getting frustrated with the driver. There was clearly a language barrier, and she was making no effort to help the man. She was getting mad at the man because her coffee machine wasn't working. What kind of service is that? I left and got my bagel elsewhere. Won't be supporting this kind of behavior.

I normally love coming to Einsteins but this time around it was a bit disappointing. I came in over the weekend just past 9am and several bagel flavors were already sold out. I asked if there were more Green Chili bagels in the works but was told no. I was surprised that this early in the mid morning, they'd already stop making so many flavors. I ended up getting the Farm House on the Cheddar Jalapeño bagel. The overall taste was very good, however, the jalapeños on the bagel looked as though they'd all but one fallen off because it was still stained from the jalapeño previously being on it. As for the restaurant itself, it was very clean and there were works actively toweling off the counter tops by the hot coffee. The employee handing out the angels was very friendly and appreciative of my business which was nice.

Easy online ordering. Fresh bagels ready when you get there and some of the most friendly service ever. They were helpful in answering about the different types of bagels.

This morning I ordered a large black espresso at the cashier but got a latte. The person making the drinks needs to pay attention. When I said it wasn't what I ordered (because it had milk) he looked confused, didn't apologize or correct his error. I'm glad we didn't leave a tip because I won't be returning.

I am actually super surprised that this place has bad and negative reviews came in with my family. We were in town from Los Angeles and this location absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh and delicious and the customer service was beyond amazing. Bella & Tayler were working and they were both amazing and kind. They answered all my questions with a smile and they were so professional. I highly recommend this location. The bagels were fresh and the service was amazing.

I am thoroughly impressed with this venue. The baristas display exemplary professionalism, coupled with genuine warmth and friendliness. The bagels and coffee are consistently served fresh.

Great customer service at Einstein Bros by Isabella and great deal on the bagels. Wow, my family will be so excited with the fresh bagels today!

Hmm...service is declining once again. In the last 3 visits, they have not gotten it right each of those times. I've been patient by not share the feedback here but today I've got to. I was the only customer at the time. I asked for a simple toasted bagel spread with schmear and cut in half. A very basic and common request. My bagel was neither toasted nor cut in half. I hope the staff can pay better attention moving forward and execute properly.

My first time having any of their drinks. I love Chai Lattes, this did not disappoint! I will be back! Cashier was friendly and fast with getting my drink ready, her service went well with my yummy drink.

Fair warning though -- I got a little too excited and bit into it too early, and it definitely burned my mouth, so give it a minute to cool down! Totally worth the wait. I chose the side salad because fries or fruit in the morning probably would have put me straight to sleep during my drive up to Palmdale for a client meeting, and it ended up being the perfect choice. My aunt ordered the breakfast burrito, and it was rightfully massive -- definitely a hearty breakfast. The service was quick and efficient. It's the kind of place where you order at the counter, get a number, and they bring the food to your table, which made everything easy. I can imagine they get really busy on weekends. Best part? I loved my sandwich so much that I happily ate the second half for lunch later. Definitely a spot I'd come back to!

There were so many yummy sounding items that it was tough to decide what to order. I'm not a traditional pancake person but they had a tropical one that sounded amazing. And I really want to try their chicken sandwich and breakfast burritos. I ended up getting the churro waffles with a side of the mango that went on those tropical pancakes and it was so dang good! We also ordered Birria Short Rib Eggs Benedict - with perfectly flavored meat and the best poached eggs on top, a macadamia nut milk latte - loved it so much, and a delicious Bloody Mary. The service was great, the place is nice, neat, and clean throughout, and we can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

We tried their breakfast burrito, their avocado, toast, and their chicken club sandwich. I have to say, the potatoes were amazing! They use sourdough bread, which is my absolute favorite and you can tell that it is fresh. The avocado was delicious on the toast as well. The burrito is very good and also a huge portion just as the rest of the food. All in all, if we ever go back to Irvine, we know where to go for breakfast and brunch !

The place is located in a food court strip mall that is surrounded by businesses. As a result, this strip mall gets very busy around lunch time. The place has healthy options. After I finished my lunch, I didn't feel super stuffed at all. Seeing they have breakfast options, a few days later I brought my daughter over for early breakfast. We ordered the French Toast Forever and Espresso Mascarpone Waffle. They were delicious and beautifully presented. My daughter and I came around 7:30 am on a Sunday morning. There was no crowd at all. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter approved of the place and we'll be coming back again.

The brunch was excellent and I highly recommend the chilaquiles (add the pulled pork!) and the cinnamon bun. The service and ambiance were top notch. And I truly believe that they are not really made out to be a full-service restaurant as much as I like their dedication and drive. I had a reservation at 7 pm. I checked in at 6:45 pm. At 7:25 pm, they brought us in and did not have a table ready for us. They made a table then after a table left 15 minutes later, they rearranged us. I do not understand why you offer reservations if you will not actually honor the system. Around 8 pm, we asked if we could order as they had only brought water. Listen I understand. You're closing soon. You only had 1 server for the entire restaurant the weekend of Valentines. You have to go lean on the busiest last weekend ..? I don't actually understand. When all came to, they were not offering dessert because "they were saving it for Valentine's Day". No notification about when their kitchen closed and no asks if anybody wanted to order for to-go. On top of that, everyone did not have free parking and had to pay upon exit even with validation. You will do great as a ghost kitchen since the food was good and everyone enjoyed it. If you come back as a full service, I would seriously reconsider how you do business.

It's not just the food, it's the people who work here. Honest, kind human beings... doesn't seem like too much to ask but rare these days. I'm talking about Dallas who takes care of front of the house, and Sacramento who commands back of the house. I stopped by to kill time because they're located behind the tire place where I was going to get a new tire. Knew nothing about this place. Since I only had 50 mins to kill and not hungry, just wanted a coffee and something tiny. There's nothing on the menu that's small. Dallas understood what I needed and put in an order for 1 pancake. Most places wouldn't bother to accommodate outside of what's offered. Then I noticed they have a special of chorizo tacos with fixings that sounds great but I was not hungry enough or have the time. Dallas spoke to chef Sacramento discreetly and before you know it, there's one single chorizo taco on my table on the house. Who does that? They DO! Really, who is that sweet? Love them!
