Delicious food and amazing servers and chefs. I loved the charm of this place and everyone who worked there made it a memorable experience.

"The food was very disappointing. It seems popular only because of its location. The service and cleanliness were also poor. There are much better options available." read more

Not mad that we came here but it's not worth an hour wait in my opinion. Respectfully the food was average and the seating is extremely limited with a large portion of the seating being counter top seats, shoulder to shoulder with other guests, facing a wall. read more

Bomb food, long wait but it's worth it! Also right across the street from the beach with a great view!

Excellent food. Highly recommend this place. Great service and food. We really enjoyed all the foods. Ate here 4 times during our vacation read more

We tried to go here yesterday morning and the morning before but the line to be seated was too long for us. This morning we resolved to wait it out, and we did. It took more than an hour to get seated but we strolled along the strip and returned when the app notified us; so not a big issue. They first tried to seat us at the counter but it was uncomfortably warm and stuffy there so we waited a few minutes more for a central booth. This turned out to be a mistake as it was so central within the small restaurant that each waiter seemed to think we were in the station of another... It took more than 15 minutes for us to order water and coffee. While we waited we got to see all those seated after us get waited on and even served before we merited their attention. DISCLAIMER: a primary reason we're vacationing in Hawaii in the first place it to chill out. We told ourselves that it would be good for us to relax and let it pass. So we did. Our food arrived and it was pretty tasty despite our crankiness. My fiancé had the Acai bowl and I enjoyed a Belgian waffle with pineapple and macadamia nuts. We practically held a seance to have my coffee refilled. Then we waited, and waited, and waited for our check. Two generations of counter dwellers had came and went before we finally awarded the privilege of getting on with our morning. I got to wait another 10 minutes to pay our ticket at the register. I left a smaller tip because we did enjoy our food, but, I mean, come on... read more

Understaffed at lunch and even after being seated they kept saying we'll be right there repeatedly so we left without eating. Maybe we will try again but there are lots of places to eat. read more

The place was fairly busy but we got a place at the counter and that was just fine with us, my wife got eggs and bacon with potatoes, she said it was all good and I got the breakfast burrito with bacon and it was delicious. We also got a order of Malasada pancakes to go , everything was good and the staff was super friendly I will go back next time I'm in town. read more

Eggs 'n Things - Waikiki Beach Eggspress - Breakfast burrito - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Great for breakfast even better if you do Uber eats so you don't have to wait. Service is great as well I was kinda thrown off at paying $10 for scrabbled eggs & cheese but still would return. read more

Food was great, service was pretty good, and the ambiance was a family friendly, relaxed breakfast spot. Very popular. We had put ourselves on a waitlist at 9am and were seated at 10:30. Luckily you can add yourself through the yelp app so we just relaxed in our hotel during the wait time until we were ready to go. One thing I will say is that it's kind of a small spot and it gets hot really fast! They have fans but it doesn't help too much. read more

Eggs-n-Things has definitely gone downhill! We will never come here again! We are - were - regular customers of theirs! We have been coming to this restaurant for the past 15-years. Last year, we had an issue with the restaurant with how they did their business. We worked things out with management and were pleased with the outcome. We came back. The service was terrible! The manager, Larry, was terrible! He was the same guy we had dealt with the last time! They seated us nicely this time. A waitress came over and asked if we needed menus. We said "no" and that we knew what we wanted and were ready to order. She said the manager, Larry, would be right over to take our order. He did not come for 15-minutes! I kept waving at him and trying to flag him down! He saw us and turned away from us, several times! He completely ignored us. When he finally came over, we complained to him. He said they didn't know that we were ready to order. And that we should have told him! That's B.S.! I reminded him of what happened last time! Then, he became nice. Offered us all free pancakes to appease us. They brought one order of pancakes over. We had asked for chocolate chip. I thought we were supposed to ALL get pancakes. We complained. They brought them. And brought an extra order. Sigh! Then, I needed to go to the bathroom. So the guy gave me his key. As I opened the door, the lady waitress cane with another customer. They tried to push past me to go in! There was only one stall! I yelled at them and said I was there first! She had to wait her turn! The staff at Eggs-n-Things has gone downhill tremendously! The staff is HORRIBLE! And it reflects badly on the restaurant! We will never go here again! NEVER! Crappy restaurant! Crappy staff! We were treated poorly! Then, an Indian man-customer kept staring at me rudely as we were leaving the restaurant! I finally lashed out at him and said, "What are you staring at, Ass-hole?!!" Right as I said that, he smiled! I had a horrible night and horrible experience!! What a way to ruin a wonderful vacation! This was our last night! It was a night-mare! I hate Eggs-n-Things! I do NOT recommend this restaurant! read more

I can't say enough positive things about this location. The food is outstanding, the portions are large, the prices are surprisingly reasonable, and the view is incredible! It was alright. Ordering online was a breeze, picking up the food was a breeze. The pancakes and cream was delicious and cooked well...everything else was meh. Nothing too impressive or different from other breakfast joints. Expensive tho. 4 pieces of Portuguese sausage came out to $7.00 which I thought was insane! Pancake plates were good portions but all well over $15 each. Learnt my lesson not to buy through grub hub but when no one answers the phone at the restaurant and it's a busy day it was the most viable option. I totally get it.. it's in Waikiki and Pay a bit more for the convenience but damn! Prob won't be going back. read more

Eggs 'n Things - Waikiki Beach Eggspress - I had Chicken n Waffles! So good! - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

This is a brunch with a view. Located right on Waikiki Beach with some economical Hawaii unique brunch choices. Choices like Fresh Ahi & Eggs or Kuala pig Benedict w/ a lomi salmon relish on a TARO bun or my favourite Açai Fresh FRUIT on a waffle with half coconut syrup & half guava syrup. Wish they had fresh potatoes sautéed with onions & garlic or if they had real silverware or better coffee with better sugar. Next time I will bring my own silverware. Still it's a great Hawaii Brunch with a view. read more

Food is excellent! Service is awesome! Ambiance is friendly and very homey. We stayed at the Aston Waikiki Circle and got a discount by showing our room key. They have yelp waitlist that you can join on the way to the restaurant since the line is always long. It is worth the wait though. I wished we were able to sat by the window for a nice view but because the windows were huge and the restaurant is elevated, you can still have a view of the ocean. read more

Use Yelp to join the line as I know this location can be very busy. About an hour later headed down to the restaurant which was a block from our hotel. Checked in with the host and was seated fairly quickly thereafter. Because we were a party of 8, the host recommended we split between two tables so that we could sit comfortably, so she sat us back to back as the booths here are on the smaller side. We ordered with the very friendly waitstaff, and our food was out within minutes. Everything was very tasty and satisfying. Will surly return when in Waikiki again! read more

Great food, great staff and reasonable prices for Waikiki. There's always a wait but I think it's worth it. Put your name on the list and go to the ABC store next door to kill some time. I loved the pancakes, fluffy and delicious. I go here every time I visit HNL. read more

It was OK. I was going to give three stars but the pancakes were absolutely awesome, so fluffy, delicious and perfect, my eggs were cooked exactly soft-scrambled as I like and the saving star was a to-go cup of Joe! Otherwise to wait for a counter seat looking at a wall (when you have a beach view) was a downer and I was not happy with the type of sausage links, so I ordered a side of Spam, which never arrived, shame. I had just taken a lovely walk-run on the beach, so I was in a generous mood for this review. The to-go cup helped, too! read more

Great stop in hawaii that won't break the bank. The pork Benedict was great and the banana pancakes curbed my sweet tooth in the morning. Take it to go! Obviously a staple in Waikiki, but if you don't have the time to wait and you're in close proximity just call in or walk in and order to go and there's so many properties where you can literally walk in and just tidily eat and run or eat on the beach! read more

Really yummy breakfast! Ordered eggs with Portuguese sausage and potatoes with toast on the side and it was great. Kid ordered sweet Hawaiian bread French toast and it was delicious. I'm not quite sure why there is always a line to get into this place. We went when they opened this morning and were completely underwhelmed. Food was just okay, but the service from Keith was horrible. He was not very friendly to begin with, but then we saw him get extremely irritated by another customer who couldn't decide what to order. He was huffing and puffing and talked down to this person. We couldn't believe what we were witnessing. However, Kent was very friendly and a breath of fresh air. We wish that he could have been our waiter. Needless to say, we have no reason to go back. read more

Best breakfast EVER. We've been a few times and just keep going back. We are from Texas and this is one of our favorite things about coming back to Oahu. Servers are always SO friendly and helpful. We get the ENT breakfast burrito and the panasadas to share and the POG juice. I'm drooling just thinking about it. It's the best breakfast and worth the hour and a half wait if needed!! Signing into the waitlist on yelp is super helpful - just keep an eye out for if your place in line changes faster than anticipated! read more
