Food was great, service was polite yet direct and quick, and the restaurant was older. It could use some remodeling. Other than that I would definitely recommend. read more

First off, the servings were huge! The omelette was great! It has zucchini, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. You can build your own omelette. I also had the rainbow pancake, which has alot of fruits! The locomoco was also good! I had the lilikoi juice and it was the perfect breakfast combination. It also has a great view of the beach. I recommend joining waitlist in yelp to avoid long waiting time outside. read more

Yummy breakfast here two days in a row now and love the corner diner beachside vibe of this island local restaurant. You probably will not go wrong with anything you choose but we have tried the Hawaiian loco moco, loco moco on fried rice, spam green onion omelet, bacon spinach omelet, French toast, eggs and bacon meal, and of course the wonderful fluffy pancakes; and everything was beautifully plated and tasted even better than it looked. There is always a wait here no surprise as the food is good so if you can wait it's worth it or just come super early. Service is friendly attentive and efficient team work and our smoothly brewed coffee cups stayed fully topped off. Love this spot and will definitely be returning soon. read more

The wait was a little long but you can get on the waitlist on their website from your hotel! I recommend the POG (pineapple, orange & guava) drink and i got the Eggs Benedict with the potatoes as my side. Choice of bun was the taro bun (YUM!) and i got the crab cake under my egg. Was soooooo good. I really enjoyed everything and ate the whole thing! read more

Pretty good breakfast! i got the Hawaiian Loco Moco, which I think was definitely the right choice. I think it could have used another egg, but the beef patty was really well seasoned and cooked. The mushrooms and onions added a nice bit of variety and more rich flavors, and the rice was a really good base choice. I couldn't taste the sausage as much, but it was still good. And the gravy on top was great and really brought it all together. The wait was a bit long for the quality of food (we waited 30 minutes) but it was still overall good and our server was nice. Great view of the beach too if you get a table near the windows. read more

First time trying this place on a Monday 9:30am. Had to sign in electronically at the front since we were a party of 5. If your party is 6+ you have to check in with the hostess. We waited 82 minutes because it's a very small restaurant. Plus it is June. The wait was well worth it. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent! We got the Loco moco, Eggs Benedict with Kahlua pork, Eggs & fried rice and the macadamia nut coconut Ube pancakes which were absolutely divine. Every person in our party thoroughly enjoyed what they ordered. Good portions, good price point, full-flavored & delicious! Overall, it was a good experience. Just wish the place was bigger so the wait wouldn't be so long. We'll definitely be back but now we know for next time that we can't be starving when we go there because of the long wait. read more

While lacking in ambience, this café serves up delicious breakfast varieties that don't break the bank. A plus for convenience if you're staying near the end of the Waikiki strip near hotels and condos. Service was excellent and attentive. Will be back for sure when we return to Waikiki. Loved this place! It's a chain, but there's not much else in the immediate area around our hotel except coffee shops, so we gave it a try. Very very good. TIP - join the waitlist before you go, or at least check the wait! It opens at 6 am, and we were amazed at the amount of people who were waiting when we arrived before 7 (jet lagged so we passed out the night we arrived but we were up bright and early, lol). First visit, we had the eggs and ahi plate. Choices of sides fare potatoes, rice, or pancakes. No-brainer for us, short stack yes! Two eggs, mine sunnyside up, hubs scrambled eggs. Good sized thin slab of ahi tuna, I had Cajun seasoning, he had garlic. And 3 fluffy buttermilk pancakes. We were so stuffed that we bypassed the famous Leonard's Bakery stop on our driving tour because we weren't even tempted by their renowned malasadas! Good coffee there too, with refills. So, we went back the next morning after joining the waitlist before we left our hotel. We both had the veggie omelet and those irresistible pancakes again. Meanwhile, we were watching the plates of waffles or pancakes go by, with fruit, and some with towers of whipped cream! Our servers, Morgan the first time, Kent the second time, were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend you try this place if you're near Kalakaua Ave in Waikiki! read more

The restaurant is over-rated. Over priced, and filthy. The portions were not aligned with the prices being asked. The food was good, not great, but edible. Cheeseburger in Paradise Breakfast is significantly better for the price!! read more

This is a very good spot for food. The Loco Moco was very good. As well as the crepes were very delicious with a bit of sweetness. It was very busy with us having to wait a while which we didn't mind and the wonderful lady that was seating everyone was really on top of it! Making the seating a breeze. However we did get out at their counter seating and got forgotten about. This we were waiting for our check for a little while. Otherwise the food was great! Worth the wait. read more

1st off when trying to eat here, I recommend using the yelp app to set your reservation or get angry waiting in line when you get to the here and realize there are like 30+ people ahead of you. This is your warning / hint to use your time wisely!! Our waitress was awesome and service is great as they have locals and this is the that local restaurant you should be supporting. Got the omelet which was the special so had to try it, and get an option of pancakes or country potatoes. Waitress recommended that we try the Ube pancakes and they were really good...should try it. They have a lot of choices for food so there are lots to try but just not sure how many times ur gonna wanna wait in line. The view here is the key to the restaurant but unfortunately on the day we were there, a delivery truck parked and couldn't see the view of the beach....bummer !! When you're in Oahu, for the first time like me and the family, it's a must try as my son was asking to go here for 2 days. Can't be too negative but can't say the food was great, but a must try for sure. read more

Worst experience of life!!! Nola the manager is so rude, our seating was for 10:32-10:39 we proved at 10:39 waited at the desk and he refused to seat us... he allowed people who was late to sit before and the. When I said I was leaving a review he refused our service I paid 18$ for a fast uber rushed out of my room to make my reservation on time they removed me off the list at 10:38 as shown in pic provided I had till 10:39 and 5 min grace.... The shame of being refused service in front of group full of people, no one should have to experience! The food quality does not justify the wait. I wanted to enjoy this place but couldn't really get excited about anything except really good and speedy service(the only reason the rating isn't lower). I expected a lot more and was disappointed. Effort did not show up in the food. Bland and suspiciously like something that came out of a freezer or a box. It looked like they have done what they needed to survive covid (cut cost) but lost their passion for delivering quality food. sorry was a swing and a miss for me read more
