While this is a counter-service restaurant that's pretty much no-frills, the employees were friendly and helpful. One of them refilled our water cups at the table, even though the pitcher she had was leaking, and I didn't get the sense that they normally did that. Sadly, they don't sell soft serve ice cream any more, but there are so many ice cream shops in this part of St. Augustine that you can easily walk somewhere else for dessert (which we did).
