This location is inconsistent with its sizes. On Sundays the burrito size is extremely smaller than my order on any other day. Today has been at least the third time the burrito size was so drastically smaller that I had to request a refund. I'll never order from there again. I purchased breakfast from egg tuck on door dash with a side orange juice and I did not receive my drink. I also received the bag opened. I was scared to eat the food still but I did and the food was actually good! However the service from DoorDash overshadowed the food and all I could think about was how much money I wasted on delivery and tip to not receive my drink and to have my food opened. Don't get from DoorDash just go straight to the store because this kills the experience for the customer who has never tried this product before. read more

The highlight was the Korean beef patty marinated in Korean bbq sauce which is sweet and salty that complimented well with the soft scrambled egg, potato, melted cheese and grilled onions and special sauce. Heard about the hype and wanted to give Egg Tuck a try. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The bacon was very undercooked. It was basically raw and rubbery. It did not taste good. The bacon at Egg Tuck is advertised as being crisp - but this was the opposite of crisp. The raw bacon made my sandwich inedible. I traded sandwiches with my husband, who got ham, egg, and cheese. The ham used in the sandwich was one wispy thin slice of deli ham. Again, not good. The ham, egg, and cheese sandwich didn't have a lot of eggs either, and generally was not tasty. If you are going to have meat in an egg sandwich, please do a good job with the meat! (I.e. cook the meat appropriately for food safety, and also have have enough meat on the sandwich.) The tater tots with eggs were good. All things considered, I would not eat at Egg Tuck again because the egg sandwiches were just mediocre at best. read more

I've waited at least two weeks before writing this so this should let you know how patient of a person I am. I came in on August 21 to try egg tuck for the first time. I placed my order on the iPad and I noticed it's processing my payment for an awfully long time so then I asked the girl at the counter about it and they explain that there's computers are temporarily frozen. So she goes ahead and rings me up again on her computer and this time it goes through. I work in the food industry, so I understand stuff crashes all the time. That wasn't the problem. The problem was I got charged twice. So later I go up and I ask if there's any way she can confirm it on her end. Her responses was "at the moment there isn't a manager on duty so there is no way for anybody to confirm if it was charged twice, and that I can call back 2 to 3 days from now when it gets processed. To get a refund that way." Now I'm not stupid. There should always be somebody on duty who is able to access the computers and to be able to issue refunds. This was such a bullshit excuse, but if it was true, then management really needs to step up and train a supervisor to be on duty to access the computers and look up in the moment if something like this happens. This is establishment needs people capable of giving refunds when a manager is not on shift. There should never be a time where this is an excuse. I couldn't even eat my food in peace because I was so mad about it being charged twice. It would be fine if the food was cheaper but a $50 meal getting charged twice that's $100 out of my pocket. After I'm done eating, I go up for the third time once I confirm from my bank, it was charged twice. I believe the girl who helped me was named Perla. After repeating everything, she said the first time to me again. She leaves mid conversation with me after not resolving the issue. I watch her do this by the way she walks towards the door, hangs her apron up and sits in the lobby to take her break doesn't even finish the conversation. I was so stunned by this I couldn't even believe it was happening in the moment. Her coworker sees this all happen. I look at her and then she asked me what the issue was so then I explained it again. This time she takes my name and everything. I finally come to terms that there's nothing they can do about it. I wait for it to process on my bank. I call back on the 28th ask if there's a manager on duty and at first I'm pretty sure they say there isn't but I called an hour before they close so somebody has to be counting them registers by the end of the day so I already know that's a lie. Eventually, they do pass me down to a manager. They issue me a refund they send me a virtual text message of it. They tell me it should take 2 to 3 days to process. It's been 5 days now and I still haven't gotten my refund. At this point, I don't think I'm going to get it with workers like this. My patience with this store is gone and I don't think I'm ever coming back because the whole experience itself was terrible. read more

I got the ago egg and matcha latte. I prefer my drinks not super sweet, so for me it was way too sweet. I couldn't even taste the matcha. I wish when I ordered I could've let them know, but you order ahead on a screen and there was no room for customization. The actual sandwich itself was good. The eggs were very creamy and they put a whole avocado in there so that was great you usually don't get that. Just a warning though, this is one of the messiest sandwiches you will eat.
