Bone Marrow Steamed Rice with Filet Mignon
    Samantha Y.

My husband and I had a really great breakfast experience here! The interior is beautifully decorated, and the cool AC was such a nice break from the heat. Service was very attentive, and we never felt rushed. We ordered the bone marrow rice with filet mignon and the beef noodle soup. Both were great. The noodle soup had a rich, flavorful broth and a generous portion of meat. The rice dish was just as impressive, with tender, perfectly seared meat. We also tried their egg coffee and really enjoyed it.

First I will start by saying I am not from Torrence so I was a little biased to go to a spot I've never been to for Pho. At first glance the spot is hard to find unless you yelp or google it, but at first glance the restaurant is clean, the decor is amazing and it makes you feel like you're in a fine dining restaurant. My server was amazing I was seated immediately and then was greeted and given a menu. I chose two thing the beef noodle soup which is a deconstructed pho with rice noodles on the side and your broth comes in a stone pot which helped to keep the heat throughout the whole meal. I also order the fried wings made Hong Kong style (salt and pepper). Both dishes came out hot and fresh and the wings were cooked to perfection and seasoned generously. I highly recommend that if you ever visit Torrence this is a Must Go spot during your foodie travels or just for a quick stop in and fix for your pho cravings.

Today Triple-T in Gardena celebrated their grand opening! Triple-T has been in soft opening since March and this weekend marks the official opening of their new and renovated space. It's a coffee shop plus Vietnamese restaurant offering tasty drinks and savory dishes. As part of the celebration today, the first 100 customers were treated to a free egg coffee. Their egg coffee features fresh-pulled espresso and milk, topped with house-made egg cream. I was quite surprised with the bold and strong coffee flavor at first sip. This was nicely balanced with the rich, silky egg cream. This is definitely a must try for those who like their coffee strong. For the savory dishes, I tried their Hong Kong Style Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings ($18), the Garlic Noodle with Shaken Beef ($21) and the Roasted Pork with Fried Rice ($19). The Hong Kong Style Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings came out hot and crispy. They were good in flavor, though a bit on the salty side for me. The Garlic Noodle with Shaken Beef consisted of garlic noodles topped with wok seared shaken beef. I loved the soft and flavorful buttery garlic noodles. The wok seared shaken beef was so tender. I really enjoyed this dish. The Roasted Pork with Fried Rice was another great dish. The roasted pork was juicy and well seasoned. This perfectly paired with the fried rice and salad that was part of the dish. The fried rice had garlic chips and was packed with flavor. I was so happy to visit Triple-T during their grand opening celebration and am already looking forward to coming back for more yummy drinks and delicious food.

I hereby certify the Hot Stone Pho! Really the only Pho spot in Torrance that offers this variation outside of Orange County. Taste 5/5 Broth was on point. Just have to be very cautious while consuming as Soup stays piping hot throughout the meal. Portions 5/5 Lots of rice noodles given, enough rare steak , brisket , and generous amount of tripe which isn't common with Torrance spots. The tendon was cooked to perfection as not overly chewy but jelly like. Price - 17$ Justified Management may have to check the basil produce as the leaves were a bit past their prime. Decor is very modern and environment is chill. Output time - 5 minutes Parking lot is quite small and driveways is a challenge on both sides for all the lowered car enthusiasts.

    Matcha Einspanner and Banana Latte

I was really excited when I saw this place on Yelp again and that they re-opened! Their reviews and photos looked really good so my husband and I came with our friend for lunch. It wasn't busy and only had one other party, but I think only one person was working at the front of house, so it took a minute for us to get served, but that's okay since we needed time to go over the menu and figure out what we wanted. For Drinks, we got the Matcha Einspanner and Banana Latte based on the servers recommendations. I was very excited about the drinks. The consistency and presentation were stellar, but the taste was lacking. Food: Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp Pasta, Spicy Wontons (appetizer), Hong Kong Style Salt and Pepper Chicken Cartilage (appetizer), Pork Banh Mi (appetizer), and Roasted Pork with Fried Rice. Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience here with the food. The Pork Banh Mi & Cartilage appetizers are what I ordered for my mains, even though they are appetizers. I actually really enjoyed the Hong Kong style cartilage~ I want to come back to try their popcorn chicken if the texture and flavors are similar. HOWEVER, the banh mi is where I had some real issues because of their BREAD. Although the texture and flavor of the pork were actually quite good, I wasn't able to really enjoy it due to the poor quality of the bread. It was stale and very hard to chew. I felt like my jaw was going to cramp. I don't know if they just used bad quality bread, or if the bread was just old. Please change your bread. The banh mi has so much potential, but no one can enjoy it if the bread doesn't change. I didn't get to try my friend's pork fried rice, but I did try some of the Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp Pasta. It didn't have as much flavor as I thought it would, but it was okay. TLDR; I loved the texture and flavors of the hong kong style salt and pepper chicken cartilage, everything else was just okay. Please change the bread for the banh mi. They are still adjusting their plates since they are still in their soft opening phase. I hope they are able to really take these reviews to heart and make the adjustments so that they are able to do well in the future. I love to support small businesses and I love Vietnamese food so I really want to come back and support.

    Egg coffee and americano

Came here for the "grand opening". I think they've actually been here but completely revamped. Cuz the last time I was here (a while ago, honestly) the food was bomb. I think we had gotten garlicky noodles of some kind and I remember really liking them. Today, they were offering first 100 customers a free egg coffee. I've never had one before but it's so yummy! It's creamy, not too dark, perfectly sweetened for my taste. Well done, especially for batch-making and having to make 100!! (We were #20). My husband didn't want egg coffee so he got an iced americano. His notes are "small but decent" lol. Man of few words haha. I really liked it tho. I'm not one to get Americano's but the flavor profile is what we look for. We lean more toward chocolatey nutty flavor profile over citrus notes and that's what this one was! We're fans! I was eyeing the menu and would come back to try the popcorn chicken ($9). They had bahn mi's on the menu and other dishes as well. Very intriguing but having the coffee bar is a nice touch! They have a very asthetically pleasing sign saying their drinks come 9oz as to not dilute the espresso. Honestly idk if I could do more than 9oz cuz I already feel the caffeine haha so if you're ok with a small cup of strong coffee, then this is your spot! The cashier was nice and I was served my coffee right away. Excited to see how this place progresses!

Triple-T is a new restaurant in their soft opening! It is tucked away in a small plaza in Gardena with plenty of parking. The interior is huge and spacious. You can either order to go at a counter or get sit-in/dine in service. There are a lot of servers who are super kind and attentive throughout our entire meal! The drinks here are excellent! We got the Black Sesame Coffee, the Banana Cream Foam Coffee, and the Vietnamese Coffee. The Black Sesame coffee was SOO good! It had a hint of sesame and right balance of sweet and nutty flavor paired with the coffee. The coffee base was strong but not overpowering and the Banana foam had a natural not artificial taste which was nice. For our appetizers, we got the popcorn chicken and the Hong Kong salt & pepper fried chicken wings. Both were crispy, hot and phenomenal! For our entrees, we each got our own dish. I got the Bone Marrow rice with filet mignon. It was so good! It had everything you could hope for -- fatty bone marrow, well cooked filet mignon, and crispy rice. It was paired with an aji verde sauce that up leveled the whole dish! The Filet Mignon Skillet was delicious with a nice sized baguette to pair with it. Everything was cooked well and there was a nice special butter to bring the whole dish together! The Salted Egg Yolk with Shrimp pasta was good. You could taste the salted egg and the shrimp were well cooked (came with shells on btw)! Finally, the Roasted Pork with Fried Rice was filled with lots of flavor. The pork was cooked the best of any restaurant we've been to! This place is a MUST go! Everyone is friendly and kind and the drinks and food are delicious! Highly recommend :)

Banana latte .... It's amazing !! Strong, I asked for one shot. Creamy. Not too sweet, served in the cutest cup ever

Stepping into triple T Airene greeted me with the most warm smile! The decor is beautiful, warm neutral vibes. I had the banana latte and the Vietnamese sandwich, it was delicious ! Loved it! Will be coming here again very soon

Went for the grand opening and it was so exciting! Ended up getting their egg coffee (but asked if they could make it a bit sweeter - I like sweet coffee , but they were so nice about it!). The egg cream they have is very delicious and the taste of the coffee itself was made well. Very cute modern aesthetic in there. I actually only came for coffee but their menu overall looks interesting with Cajun calamari, garlic fries, and various versions of matcha latte. We've also been eye balling the banana coffee and will definitely be coming back to try each! I will say I signed up for the rewards program and it honestly looks like a really good rewards program (would highly recommend signing up!). Thanks Triple-T for the hospitality. We will see you soon!

Garlic Noodle with Shaken Beef Popcorn Chicken Beef Noodle Soup in Hot Stone

Food was great & service was exceptional (: The shaken beef was very tender and the sauce that came with it was very yummy.

Beautifully renovated Instagram worthy space and furniture. Very friendly staff. Easy no frills food menu and drink menu. Gorgeous tasty drinks. Food was well done... yummy + authentic tasting and plated nicely. We ordered the egg coffee and Earl grey foam matcha oat latte, both were so good. Food- stone pot pho, garlic noodles with shaken beef, and the filter mignon skillet which we had never had anything like that before (Bo Ne) and the beef was so tender with the pate, banh mi & banh mi mayo and sauce was so tasty. Happily will return and recommend to anyone and everyone.

We came here for dinner since I saw some great reviews on Yelp. We ordered the salted egg chicken cartilage which was amazing. I would definitely order it again. The garlic noodles with shaken beef were great as well. The beef was very tender and very flavorful. Keep in mind that there's a sweetness to it which I wasn't expecting but still good. My husband and son both enjoyed the stone pot pho. I ordered the ribeye skillet Bo ne which was decent. It's not a dish that I would order again. It had a light mushroom sauce which wasn't necessary. The beef wasn't as tenderized as the shaken beef. Maybe because it was thin and cooked to well done. The bread had a nice thin crispiness on the outside while soft and warm on the inside. It also had a little side of Vietnamese butter and pate to enjoy with your bread. We got a free coffee as a promotion. We ordered the black sesame coffee which was very good and strong. Can't wait to try their other coffee. The service was great and food came out quickly. The inside was very nice and clean. Overall, I would come back again to try other food and drinks.

    Salted egg pasta
    Yu H.

The coffee was blended so well--super fragrant, rich, and delicious. It was actually a free drink from a promotion, which was a nice surprise. It's not overly sweet like the traditional Vietnamese-style coffee. You have to try the salted egg yolk pasta! Eat it while it's hot--if it cools down, it gets a bit clumpy. The portion is pretty big, so if you can't finish it, reheating it later actually makes it even more flavorful

I would imagine a nice spot to get some work done or have a nice chat. I got their signature latte and it was very good. It was on the sweeter side for me but that was just me that day. Some days I prefer sweeter! I also go a few pastries: Cream Cheese garlic bread, jalapeño spam croissant, and a chestnut mochi. I brought them home and heated them up to share and it was a hit with everyone. I assume they would also heat it up by request if you stay there but not sure. I didn't get their names but the two people that served me that day (11/19/25) were very nice and quick. I didn't feel rushed while I was choosing at all. Definitely a solid option for anyone looking for a sweet treat.

The service wasn't great and only one drink was good or correct. I'm still not 100% sure one of…read morethem was the correct drink. I ordered 2 drinks through the app yesterday, the Honey Bori Latte (seasonal) and the Banana Milk Latte. The Banana Milk Latte was delicious once everything was mixed well, but the Honey Bori Latte was just bitter and then less bitter when mixed. It was already half melted, there was no salted honey cold foam or Jolly Pong which is supposed to be part of the drink. I got the order to go, so I didn't notice that my drink was wrong until I got home, so I couldn't even get it corrected. I didn't realize the drink was wrong at first. I thought it was just a flavor I didn't like even though I noted that I couldn't taste Barley at all. Then half way throught it, I decided to look at the description on the app to remember what it was supposed to taste like because it tasted like an ordinary flavorless latte. The description said there's barley milk, salted honey cold foam and Jolly Pong. That's when it hit me that I either got the wrong drink or someone didn't make it right because there was no flavor of salted honey and definitely no Jolly Pong in my drink. It didn't even look like I had cold foam topping my drink, but maybe that's because it was melting already. Overall, I was very upset and disappointed with my drink, but was happy my mom's drink was fine. Now this is only a part of why I was dissapointed with yesterday's experience. The other reason was the app and workers. Maybe the workers aren't used to working with the Smoking Tiger app yet? Or maybe the app still needs work, but the drinks I ordered through the app took forever to be marked ready even though my drinks had been ready for some time which was obvious because my Honey Bori Latte was already half mixed because the layers of ingredients were melting into each other. I arrived at the cafe about 5 minutes after ordering, but the app's estimated wait time was another 10 minutes which wasn't a problem for me, especially since I saw a person waiting for his order and some people inside the cafe, although it wasn't full like usual. I just assumed some people ordered before me, so I just have to wait a bit, which again was fine with me especially since I was waiting for my mom to arrive. At some point after the one person waiting for their drink left, I realized the 2 girls at the counter were just talking and not making any drinks. I checked the app and it still said my order was being prepared. After 2 more people ordered their drinks and received them immediately, I went up to the counter, by this point it had been the app's estimated 10 minute wait. I told the girl with glasses my name and showed her the order on my phone. Then she walked toward the fridge and got my drinks, put them in a drink carrier, passed them to me and then turned around while looking at the receipt paper that was with the drinks. That was it. She didn't tell me which drink was which and they were not labeled, so my mom and I just had taste them to figure out which was which. At most places, they let you know which drink is which, so I was just confused with the service I received, especially when the place wasn't busy. And to top it all off, my order was marked completed 10 minutes after I received my order which again just left me in confusion. I usually love this place and was saddened when they got rid of their Choco Mugwort drink, but I'm always looking forward to their seasonal drinks and baked goods. This time though, I don't think I was even able to taste one of their new seasonal drinks because it tasted like a regular latte with milk. I want to try their other current seasonal drinks, but I'm also worried about what I will receive in the future and I'm not ready for another disappointing coffee any time soon.

The Blueberry Yogurt one really tasted like eating a cup of blueberry yogurt. The dollop of yogurt was nice and the blueberries were plump and fresh. The Hojicha one also had great flavor. I liked the nutiness of it. The cereal, dalgona, and red bean also added good flavors and textures. I like how the flavorings were embedded in layers throughout the bingsoo. The ice itself was okay though. It could've been softer and smoother, but still good nonetheless. The flavors and toppings really carried the bingsoos. I'd recommend both flavors. The cafe interior is super cute too. Love the design. I saw some people with laptops, so this could be a potential work/study spot? There's also lots of free parking underground.

All of them were great, but the green grape was definitely my favorite So refreshing, not artificial tasting at all, and the sweetness was perfect. You can really taste how fresh the flavors are. Definitely coming back! service was great too... we had to wait a bit to find seats but it was all worth

Huge ups to coffee shops that make their syrups in house with real ingredients and it really shows through in the drinks. He even let me try the syrups - I had the blueberry, biscoff, rosemary and fig syrup. All were so good but I think what was really unique was what my partner got which was the blueberry chai. I ended up getting the rosemary fig latte which was earthy and interesting. The space is huge and there's tables in the front and there's a speakeasy spot in the back for people to hang. It's a real functioning water shop too which is cool. Will be back to try more!

They literally sell water on the side (so quirky, and decent pricing, love it), but the real star is the cafe. The layout is chef's kiss -- super aesthetic decor, cool little pieces everywhere, and don't even get me started on the BIG ORANGE COUCH. Like... it deserves its own Instagram account. Now, the drinks: Me: Dirty Biscoff Chai Latte w/ oat milk + espresso shot 10000/10. I asked for light ice and the barista actually checked with me mid-pour if the amount was okay . Starbucks could NEVER. The flavor harmony was unreal -- espresso, biscoff, chai all blending perfectly without overpowering each other. Sonny: Strawberry Rose Matcha w/ oat milk 8.5/10, perfectly sweet and floral. Rabsang: 8/10 Blueberry Matcha w/ whole milk solid, but he wished he'd gone oat milk instead. Iber: 9/10 Peach Cobbler Matcha w/ oat milk legit tastes like pie in a cup. This place is a whole vibe. Drinks are creative, staff is thoughtful, and the space is aesthetic AF. Highly recommend for the cozy lounge energy and plzzz have some patience while the gentleman running the cafe COOOOOKKKKssss if you want matcha magic .

There was just one lady working there but she was super nice and accommodating. They have a small selection of beverages and only offer food to feed to the cats. You have to take your shoes off before you enter the main room. There's a selection of toys you can choose from to play with the cats. It was very enjoyable and we would go again :)

The place itself is very clean and well cared for, and I love that they are helping and supporting the cats. They also offer options to donate, which I really appreciated. That said, it was a bit pricey for the amount of time you get. It's $10 for every 20 minutes, and there weren't many cats during our visit. Since there were also quite a few people allowed in at once, I didn't really get much time to pet or interact with the cats. We ordered a latte, which was a little too sweet for my taste, but still enjoyable. The café itself is cute, though it was a bit hard to find and a little far from where I live. Overall, it's a sweet place and I do recommend checking it out and supporting them, especially since they're doing a wonderful thing for the cats. I personally probably wouldn't return due to the distance and pricing, but I'm glad I went and had the experience.
