Wow, this is an experience - a very filling one. This is a fast casual restaurant, where you order at the counter (or on a kiosk), take a seat, and wait for them to call your order. I ordered the avo egg sandwich, Thai Tea, and tater tots. My friend ordered the original Royal and it was A LOT of food. Protein on protein. I am glad that I ordered the avo egg sandwich. The eggs are soft cooked, and very silky, which pairs well with the avocado and chives. While the presentation is great, it makes it very difficult to actually eat this - most of the sandwich filling is at the top of the sandwich, making it a huge mouthful. Although I appreciated the soft scramble, it did make the latter part of my sandwich fall apart. Seemed like the Royal sandwich has a similar if not worse problem, as it comes with a sunny side fried egg, so as soon as you bite into the yolk, you have a liquidy, runny yolk explosion. Definitely get some utensils to eat this sandwich, and be prepared for your hands to get messy. I would love it if they provided handiwipes with your meal. Tater tots were very good, perfectly crispy, even after I couldn't finish and brought them home to eat. read more

A couple days ago I got sent home from work with pay (best kind of surprise honestly) and I was starving. I figured it was the perfect time to finally check out this little spot I've been meaning to try. I've been eyeing it for a few weeks now and man, it did not disappoint. It's one of those real hole in the wall places, nothing fancy, but the food was so good. Super fresh, full of flavor, and exactly what I needed. Came here to say because it simply looked delicious when I was looking for breakfast spits in Gardena. I saw the way they scramble their eegs and I knew I had to try. Other than the fact they are aesthetically pleasing to look at, they are in fact delicious. The eggs are cooked perfectly! Just how I like my scrambled eggs. Inside is small with limited seating and you take your order on a kiosk. I tried their classic egg sandwich and my boyfriend tried the avocado egg sandwich. They were both tasty and bread was soft. The sauces complimented the egg as well. They had interesting drinks, we just stuck with the matcha latte which did not disappoint, it was nice and sweet with a perfect pair with the egg sandwiches. I'm giving it a 4 star because in terms of customer service, we were not greeted by the employees and it seems like it's more of a less social interaction type of place considering you order through a kiosk and not by a person. An excellent egg sandwich that's finally moved south from the hipper side of L A to the Southbay. The sandwiches are obscene and delicious. The staff is friendly, but there is little interaction with them: sales is limited to 2 kiosks. The restaurant has few communicable benches and tables to sit it: but it really doesn't want you to hang out. The food is expensive, but it qualifies as an indulgence. The flavor teas are way sweet. It has a short rib patty in it which I usually like short rib, but I was not a fan of it in the burrito. The sweetness threw me off. The tots were good and crispy, but I wish they had a little more seasoning. Now the star of the show, the egg sandwich. I wish they had sausage because I would have got that. The eggs were yummy and creamy. I really enjoyed that we added ham to the bacon sandwich, it went really good together. Finally got to try out Egg Tuck! It's a great concept of big toast with soft scrambled eggs and other meat options along with the sandwich. I tried out one with only eggs and one with eggs, bacon and cheese. I love the concept and have thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. Interesting enough, scrambled eggs are one of the first things I had to cook in professional cooking school. If you can't cook eggs then how can you cook anything else. Start off with the basics and learn to walk before running. You order through two touchpad kiosks inside. FYI, they do take cash but you'll need to order in person instead of the touchscreen. I have not tried any of the drinks on the menu and have always had my food to go. Apologies for no pics on this review but you'll have to trust me that the food is delicious. Let me say that you have to like eggs I didn't ask if they do just egg whites but for the first time it was good. I wouldn't go often that say every time I think about it wouldn't, but if I'm with someone, they said, let's go to a tuck I will go with them. The staff is very nice so that made it a plus. The counter is self-order kiosk, so it can lead to a bit of a wait in line since the kiosks are the only place the menu has descriptions of each item and first-timers like myself need to read.
