STAY FAR AWAY. Especially if you're from the Austin, Texas and surrounding area. Who ever the sale rep is an absolute liar. My rep was Oliver. They pitch the service and act like they're provide a discount with no commitment then they slide in the fine print that there's a cancellation charge in the contract for the difference for services that goes unused. I had to pay $150+ tax to cancel but some have paid north $300! They use DISHONEST sales tactics to earn your business and slide in fine print so you don't realize they have fees if you want end the contract. First of all, you didn't even tell me what I was signing up for was a contract. I could see from other reviews that people in the ATX surrounding area are all complaining about the same thing so BUYER BEWARE. And to Eco-Shield's leadership team, Sales manager for the ATX area, Do better. You can only lie for so long before people figure it out and everyone is out of a job. You likely have good people at your company that you're jeopardizing their futures because of this short sighted sales tactic. read more

I do not recommend this company for anybody mainly if you are a minority or African American. This company is a pure racist discriminatory company that violates and have no respect for American citizens Constitutional Rights which says that you cannot be discriminated due to race, ethnicity, gender, religion, etc. But to my greatest surprise, today, 7/16/22 from 2:10pm-2:35pm, a white lady from EcoShield Pest Solutions office at Anderson Mills Road, called me on the phone, who is an American citizen, and was telling me how she was born here, unlike me who came from a foreign country else who should be happy to want to become an American, with a very rude and condescending manner as she is talking to slave she bought. This company doesn't worth dealing with that is thinking this way in the 21st century. And the worst is that they will force you into a contract and be skimming money from you even when they don't show up to do the work, which is a pre-mediated fraudulent mindset. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience with eco Shield Pest Solutions. They promised to eliminate the bugs and remove the spider webs around my house, but they failed to deliver on both counts. After their first visit, the bugs were still very much present, and they claimed they couldn't remove the spider webs because there were "too many." Instead of addressing the issue, they said they'd have to come back for another visit, which they then tried to charge me for. When I decided to cancel their services due to the lack of results, they hit me with additional charges, saying that because I didn't keep the service for a full year, I would be billed for each visit at the non-discounted rate. This "fine print" wasn't clearly explained up front, and the whole situation felt like a scam. Overall, I found the service ineffective, the pricing practices deceptive, and the customer service unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control. read more

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They do not uphold their service agreements or complete their full scope of work. I requested a follow-up service, which was confirmed by their sales representative and scheduled in their system, but no one showed up, nor did I receive any communication. After waiting for two weeks, I contacted the company again and was informed there had been a scheduling glitch. They then told me that the next available service would be during my next scheduled bi-monthly visit. Ultimately, I had to hire another company to perform the work. When I canceled my contract with them, they imposed a fee. While cancellation fees are typically understandable, in this case, I canceled because EcoShield failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. read more

Mario was the technician who responded, via EchoShield, to my help call..I found a scorpion in master bathroom! EEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKK, i just want to say that Mario was a fabulous representative of his company! His appearance was perfect, his demeanor was excellent, friendly and polite. As Mario and I walked through the house towards the "sighting area" he clearly explained the process to me. His resolution of the problem re: (one very small scorpion) was clearly explained, in addition he spoke via cell phone to his supervisor to explain what he had done and why, his supervisor concurred with his choice. Great customer service means alot to me when continuing service with a company. Varese Henderson has always provided great customer service when he comes to provide service at my home. He listens to my concerns, addresses any issues, always has a friendly smile, and always professional. When I first moved to my new home I had an issue with spiders and haven't seen any in my home since I started service a year and a half ago. Then I had an issue in the pantry with tiny ants, even though my pantry is very clean, and he fixed that issue as well. I am very happy with services and customer service provided! read more

Eli did a fantastic job. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Overall I've been very happy with EcoShield and would highly recommend them. They are very accommodating about scheduling and are usually right on time, and always within the allotted window. Eli even texted me afterwards to make me aware of some issues he found. And he helped me with my fruit fly problems! I can't say enough good things about Eli, he was working in inclement weather and never took a smile off of his face. Eli was personable and did a great job today at our home. He treated for all of the normal yard issues, and we have a large yard. He swabbed the house to get rid of cobwebs and wasps, and attended to all of the issues that needed to be addressed. For several years now, we've had no reason to be displeased with EchoShield's service. They always contact us ahead of time to let us know they are coming. They always verify with us if we are seeing any particular pest issues and they are to address all matters that we discuss. read more

Eli came by today for my quarterly service. Even though it was a gloomy day, he was smiling and ready to take care of any issues that I might have. I explained what I needed and he took care of it. He was mindful of my house and put on protective foot covering before coming in. He explained what he was going to do and then went to work. Daymayin was kind, friendly, helpful! my only concern is with the company because they start doing the rodent bait boxes and didn't tell me. now, I don't know what I'm going to do with this bait box on my property, and I have no way to open it. We are regular customers to Ecoshield. I called Ecoshield because we had a very strange and unusual spider next to our back door. This thing was the ugliest and meanest spider I have ever seen in my life. Jim, pest control specialist, was at our house within an hour and immediately identified the spider as a trapdoor spider. I have used ecoshield since I moved to Leander over a year ago. They were the only ones who took care of our invasive cave cricket issue and we have been happy with them ever since.
