One thing I really appreciated was that they identified a honey bee colony on my property. Instead of simply treating it, they let me know so I could have the bees safely rehomed before they started producing honey inside my walls. That level of care and attention really stood out. The quarterly exterior treatments have been well worth it for me. Wasps and ants are a recurring issue around my home, so keeping up with regular service has made a big difference. If I have a specific problem between visits, like a wasp nest, they're quick to come out and take care of it. Most of what I need is included in the annual service. Mosquito treatment is an additional charge, but that's separate from the standard plan. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary interior treatments when there aren't any issues. Their pricing is competitive, and their payment and scheduling system is excellent. It's easy to manage appointments, and they're very responsive by text whenever I have a question or need service. Overall, I've been very happy with Atex and would definitely recommend them.

After talking to a few pest companies, not only did they get the species of ants wrong (acrobat vs carpenter) which affects the bait being used, but they also can't get their story straight. I contacted them about an ant infestation inside my home. The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate colony. He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.

All of the technicians have been stellar, but specifically I wanted to mention Burton - he has come to our house on multiple occasions and is always very polite, informative and thorough. Burton always goes the extra mile to check everything out around the house before he leaves, beyond the areas we've mentioned, and always chats with me on his way out to let me know what was applied, how it was applied, and any follow up steps (an engineer's dream). Jason came out and ran the crew on installation day. They did the insluation over the garage, and blew insulation into two walls and some random spots and were done in less than 2 hours. Oh WOW. Alex L w/ Evo Foam was awesome today. Super helpful and informative w/ what he was treating for and treating with. (AND terrific pricing and value for the service provided!!!!!). Helpful advice on preventive measures I could ramp up on post pesticide service. Evo Foam was great for me! I moved into a new (to me) rental home that has NOT been serviced in MANY months or years it seems. I wanted to make certain there were no bugs, creepy crawlers, stinging snot slingers, etc around...more accurately, I want to get rid of the ones present and then keep any new ones away! I want to keep any fleas and ticks away & out of the yard (none present currently). Between my 2 lil pup doggies and frequent toddler/baby visitors, I needed non-toxic to pets & human pesticide service. I wanted the NUMEROUS gigantic ant colonies GONE in the yard, the spider networks, the dirt dobber nests that abound outside the house eliminated and destroyed. It seems this first initial treatment has started the process. I'll have a follow-up in 30days and then go bi-monthly. If this is not a successful process I'll def re-post and let y'all know but for now I have to say 10 stars plus for the service and results thus far. Living on Lake Travis provides lots of opportunities to interact with critters...some welcome and some not. Evo Foam always does a great job of minimizing the not welcome variety. Jake Gossett is my regular technician. Jake always does a great job of making sure all the bate boxes are full and checking any traps that have been set to look for activity even when they are in difficult-to-reach areas. I am always confident that Jake will address any areas of concern and address potential problems before they become an issue. I have also had Noah out to take care of racoons that had taken up residence in my attic. After using strobe light to convince the racoons to move out, Noah sealed all the points of entry so they could not get back in. I have had great interaction with this Veteran owned company. Ien using them for the last three years and plan on continuing to use them for all my pest control needs. read more

We called Evo Foam on a Sunday after being exasperated by a recent housefly invasion. We certainly did not expect a call back on the weekend, but were pleasantly surprised when our message was returned within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Allan was our technician and he was clean-cut, professional, and explained in detail the services that he would perform at our home. He treated indoors and outdoors and explained that we may see a few more critters than usual within the first few days of treatment. He was right! Several bugs were found outside but had already met their bug maker. He also noticed a couple of wasps nests that we had not seen. He even gave us tips on how to prevent future bug infestations. It's been almost two weeks since our service and we are bug free! We highly recommend Evo Foam to our local friends and family for their pest control needs. read more

I was starting to see pests around the house and I reached out to Evo Foam Pest Control at 4pm on a weekday and they were able to come out the same evening to do the initial treatment of my house(even though it was outside of normal business hours). Damian did an amazing job as well as he followed up the same week to see how things were going, I noticed some ants coming from my driveway a couple of weeks later and I shot him an email and he came by to tackle them at no additional cost. I highly recommend Evo Foam! Damian treated my house inside and out, cleared webs, and a wasps nest. He also sealed my garage so no pests can get in. The chemical they use has a strong order and after 12 days I still can't get it off my floor and baseboards after trying 3 different cleaning solutions. The product gives me a headache and does NOT go away. And of course the worst room is my TV room. I have also tried ventilation and a fan (their suggestion) and obviously that doesn't remove the product. They offered no other solution, to come check it out, or expressed concern. Just repeated they used the product recommended and applied it correctly. Not sure how the person in the office would know that. They even sprayed it on some blankets I had in one of the rooms. The gal on the phone said the tech wouldn't do that. Was not impressed. Even when I cancelled my servcie they did not care...just let us know if we can help you in the future. LOL I'll pass!
