I've used Osbourne for quite some time now. Devin is very informative, uses the products I prefer and frankly is a delight to chat with. I prefer to support a local business with an owner that takes time to talk to you and understand your needs over a franchise that sends out a 10 yr old in khakis with a can of what I can only assume is water because it never works. I was reminded to write a review after having an argument with a salesperson from another pest control company on my porch yesterday. I have used Osborne now for almost 2 years. I have never been dissatisfied! Every aspect of the operation is top notch. The customer service is outstanding. The guys that come out to treat my home and yard are very courteous, friendly, and respectful of property. They are also very helpful, one trip the technician told and showed me how my builder never caulked the outside of my home and why I was getting insects inside. Had he not pointed that out, which he sure didn't have to, I would still be having insect issues, which I don't now. Another time a technician pointed out another area of concern and was able to fix that on the spot. Overall, Osborne is a class act.
