Follow up. Our problem is significantly improved, but we are still going to work to annihilate all of them. I called Les and requested another treatment which he promptly arranged. Dave, our routine exterminator was out ill so we had a different gentleman who was just as nice and professional and he checked with me before spraying and also before placing the different types of traps he brought. We are so looking forward to being pest free! We've lived in our home since 1995 and this past year has been the only time we've ever had issues with bugs. I am so glad I contacted Triple L . Talked to Les on the phone about a squirrel that had invaded my attic. He said that he could take care of it. He charges $150 + tax for a visit. He sent a technician who looked around the outside of the house but not in the gable, where I said I had seen the squirrel. He went up in the attic and just sprayed predator urine up there and that was all he did. The predator urine had no effect as I still heard the squirrel up in the attic. NOTE: While in the attic, he crashed through the ceiling a few feet from where I was standing underneath. To Les' credit, he did have a person come out and fix the ceiling. Apparently Triple L Pest Control partners with Good Riddance Rodents because I then got a call from them and they came out and quoted me $427 to seal all the possible entrances that day. I informed them I did not want to seal the squirrel into my attic. Overall, it was not a great experience and I felt I was overcharged for what was done. Even with the crashing through the ceiling, I was not offered a refund. I ended up going with a another company that successfully got the squirrel out of my attic. read more

Very responsive, and listened to my issues with rats in the attic. They came out same day and set traps, and successfully removed the rats over the next 2 visits. Then they blocked all potential entrances to my attic - excluders and exclusion with wire mesh and excluder caulk. I recommend Triple L to anyone who has a pest problem, they are great! Mr. Tino Ramirez did amazing job for me. He is very reliable and professional. I've been suffering from cockroaches since I moved into this house. I was very panicky and I really needed help at first. My realtor introduced Triple L Pest Control to me(Thanks God!). Mr. Ramirez found their nest(it was in the motor of the refrigerator....)at the first visiting and meticulously take care of my house. Also he gave detail explanations about roaches characters, things he used like pesticide, bait and trap to me. Plus, I was able to get a new refrigerator from my landlord. I know roaches are too strong and it feels like they never die, but since I have an expertise technician I do not worry about it that much. Your pest control is only as good as the person who provides that treatment. Had ant problems in kitchen, Marco came and did initial treatment for that and other general pests like roaches. He is super nice guy and very thorough. He found source of my ant problem, they were in trees in my front and backyard. He sprayed and baited the trees. A week later, Have not seen a single ant since. Also knocked down couple old wasp hives on second story. I already scheduled another recurring treatment in couple months bc so impressed with Marco's diligence and knowledge. Les, the owner, is just as knowledgeable and very quick communication as well. Charges $150 + Tax to get a technician out there to just get an estimate. I recommend other pest control company that do free estimates. I eventually went with another company. The tech that was sent was quite inexperienced in diagnosing what kind of pest activity was taking place, didn't go as far as the other company in identifying prevention work and quoted about the same amount for half the work of what was eventually done. Re: (4/20/22) Yelp took down the review because I listed the pest control company I went with which is against Yelp's policy for understandable reasons. The issue with the diagnostic performed was that tech incorrectly identified gecko droppings as rodent droppings which reflected his inexperience in these matters. Also the estimate was very uncompetitive. In regards to the $200 service credit, imagine going to an Auto repair shop A where you pay a diagnostic fee to get a repair estimate. Shop A gives you an estimate for engine repair. You go to another Auto Shop B which gives you a free estimate and correctly identifies the issue with transmission instead of engine. Now regardless of what the Shop A offers you in service credit, you would not want your car repaired at Shop A. The owner offered me $200 credit to take down my review in order to maintain yelp reviews at 5 star and I requested to get a refund instead. In my opinion this is fair, because the estimates for rodent exclusions are provided for free by other companies and on top of that the estimates were very uncompetitive. read more

He looked at all the evidence and we hypothesized fixes to problem. He's a real detective and I feel that he really listened to me when I explained the problem, which I appreciated. Hopefully we nipped the problem in the bed and have avoided a bigger more complex issue by addressing things right away.I called them up because of their closeness to my house and the good reviews on Google. So they did contact me after leaving the negative review. However, the concession offered (a free mosquito treatment) didn't really knock my socks off. I know it's worth a lot, but it's not something I need done. The argument made that it wouldn't matter in future visits because they would only need to treat the outside in the future was weak at best. If I'm having issues, you may need to come back in again, and if you do, I'm still not convinced that it will be in a timely fashion. There was no explanation given for the total absence of the person who was supposed to come, nor why no one seemed to know where that person was. Sorry, first impressions are worth a lot, and you didn't set a good one. Finally, sorry I hadn't updated this review. It's super annoying when people aren't timely, isn't it? read more

We had been using them for about a year and half and for the most part everything was great. The owner is super responsive and an all around good guy. When they first started coming out they were 6 stars. Yes, that exceptional. The would take the time to explain the what and why and what you could do to help things in your end. Recently though they've had quite a bit of turn over in staff and scheduling issues. The latest issue was we tried to get someone to come out in August but never heard back. Then fast forward a few months they just showed up without confirmation and left a bill. Between August and now (Oct 29th) we had found another company. They did try and get ahold of us to schedule but we never confirmed; however, today they just showed up and left a bill. Needless to say, that didn't go over well and we expressed our discontent. We( my wife) spoke to the owner and he said not to worry about the invoice. We will see how the new company is, but regardless this place is reasonable and has a few kinks to work through and an honest owner. read more

Very honest, polite, timely and professional service. Highly recommended. I contacted Les when my tenant reported there might be termites in my rental house. In our first phone conversation Les knowledgeably and honestly suggested it should be a misunderstanding, because termites are rarely visible this time of the year. And so it indeed turned out to be the case (confirmed both by Les visiting the property and another company). What is interesting is that (unlike Les) another company apparently decided to take advantage of this and "found" the termites (attching fotos showing pretty much nothing) and gave a $1000 quote for exterminating their "findings". read more

Carpenter ants were very active for 2 days after treatment ... haven't seen one since! Mosquitoes seem to be a lot fewer as well! Kyle(sp?) Was very thorough and treated in those extra areas as we asked. In general Triple L has been very good. I have the quarterly service and they always call on time to check on my needs and come right out. One time I had black widows and they were on top of it. Why the 4 stars? The price keeps going up, which I understand might need to happen given business costs, etc. But Triple L keeps putting these into different fees to obscure the pricing. I find it funny that the "Travel Charge" is now $5 given that travel is obviously required for every service and gas prices are at multi-year lows. I also just noticed an "Admin Fee" show up silently, which I think only applies to credit card orders. Nobody ever explained it, however, it just showed up on my bill. Just be straightforward with your pricing guys. Raise the prices if you need to, but don't nickle and dime your customers. read more

What can I say here? These guys are awesome! I heard a scratching in my attic starting Thursday night. It was very short lived but from 8am to 230pm Friday it was ongoing, loud, and just flat out annoying. I called all the big places from tv and radio commercials (think about alphabet letters) and they told me they could come out in one week plus... Some good that does me in the meantime. Got on yelp, found these guys. They came out within a few hours, immediately saw the gap in the roof for where the squirrel was getting in, offered a solution and even fixed it ON THE SPOT! And as if that wasn't enough, he gave me the name of a local landscaper who could come out and cut back the trees from the roof to prevent and future intrusions. You can't beat that at all! My realtor first called Triple L for me before we were about to move into our first home. She swore up and down they were the best. I sent an email to Triple L last night in a panic after seeing small bugs around my master bathroom and bedroom. I received a reply at 6:30 am this morning and Cliff was here at 10:30 am to fix the problem. I am very happy with the service I was provided. Cliff was friendly and professional and understood my problem. I now have a service contract with them to come every three months for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company to anyone to needs pest control! A+!! read more
