Today Ryan sprayed the house perimeter and partial interior for insects. Our regular pest control man retired. We have used them for almost 8 years after they were the only ones to come when we had fire ant in our newborns nursery. They are fantastic.

Not sure what kind of cockroach emergency this fool was in a hurry to, but honking at us in your company vehicle at a red light while we are letting a vehicle turn into the parking lot was less than appreciated. But good thing he passed us in the turning lane to get right in front of us at the same red light, that made us realize he was in a real pest emergency. Because I really believe he remembered he was driving a moving billboard for his business and not showing that much road rage on Williams Drive for anything less than fire ants carrying off someone's home. Don't do stupid stuff in your company vehicle. It's bad for business. read more

I have never subscribed to regular pest control services, so when wood and fire ants decided to stage an attack in the house, I needed help! King's Pest Control did not require me to sign a recurring service contract and their rates are very reasonable. I was able to have someone come out quickly and take care of the invaders. We live out in the country. Lots of bugs, both flying and crawling. We had a particularly nasty situation where wasps were finding their way into our house. Yikes! Gave me nightmares... Easy, friendly scheduling and efficient service. We live outside of city limits and see scorpions and millipedes with some frequency so pest control is not an optional service for us; it's a necessity. King's Pest comes out quarterly to spray my yard/home. (I think they use organic stuff). They no longer work on Saturdays but they do work around my schedule (I don't get home until 5). they usually send out KC, the sweetest guy! Prices are reasonable and if you have bugs after they spray they will come back out. read more

UM.....someone needs to tell your service reps not to just open the door and let themselves in......THAT IS CALLED BREAKING AND ENTERING......and could land them shot! the older white gentleman who showed up at the wrong address at 8:15am this morning just let him self in our home. luckily i was home and quickly confronted him. he seemed unsure, when i asked him who he was looking for, although i was able to ascertain that he was headed towards a neighbor's home. i have left a message for a manager to call me back, which i fully expect. #notcool read more

King's Pest Control was recommended to me when I first moved into my new home. It started out good but then just after a few months I noticed there were issues. I still had cockroaches running around my house even after the applications (they did come out after the first month for re-apply). The roaches did not die right away like I was told. I had to chase them around with a can of Raid. Also King's forgot to schedule my next quarterly appointment when it was due. When I called I got the excuses that they are very busy and are at least a week behind, plus some of their employees were out sick. I'm told I now have to wait until next week for service, because they are sooo busy. I'm sorry to say I do not recommend King's Pest Control. read more

After getting a referral to King's Pest Control, I had high hopes. I am new to the area, and just wanted to start regular service. I called for a quote, and the price seemed really good, so I booked the appointment. Unfortunately, I got a call DURING the time frame they were supposed to already be here, stating their guy was out sick. I rescheduled to a week later. That appointment time came and went, and no one showed up. HOURS later, someone called to "confirm" my appointment for "tomorrow", but I explained that the appointment was for this morning and they already missed it. She explained that unfortunately their worker had a death in the family, and they'd have to reschedule. These are very unfortunate incidences, and I wish everyone well, but we had to go with another company - not because they were suffering from a run in with bad situations, but simply because they didn't communicate the missed appointments in a timely manner. (BEFORE the appointment would have kept me as a customer). Good luck to you! read more

My apologies for having slowed down in my Yelp review production - Why? I've been too busy fighting my own version of Starship Troopers in my yard. Battling hordes of giant bugs while I'm armed with giant laser guns as I attempt to save the neighborhood. OK - replace giant bugs with a 4 foot long above-ground fire ant colony, and replace laser guns with me armed with oven mitts, multiple kettles of hot water, and a rake. (I read on the internet that you can destroy small ant hills by pouring hot water into the ant hill.) That was me before I called King's Lawn and Pest. I started to realize that running back and forth between the kitchen to boil more water then gingerly tottering to the back of my yard to pour water and rake the colony just wasn't getting to the root of a huge problem. Over the course of about 3 days and muddying up a small area of my yard, the battlegrounds started to smell like a barnyard with all the mud I was generating. The fire ants were piling up their dead, but they were burrowing out faster than I could kill them during the nights. I finally threw my rake down on to the ground, threw my hands into the air, despaired at my own destruction of my backyard landscaping, and accepted that I needed professional help. Well, a psychiatrist for myself maybe, but a legit pest control professional to eradicate this fire-ant universe that bad established itself at the foot of one of my oak trees. I called King's and they were able to send someone out in about 2 days after the rains subsided. The rep arrived about 20 minutes early and got straight to work. After about 2 weeks, the lawn treatment made a huge difference. I saw some areas where the fire ants had relocated, but since they have a 60 day warranty, they were able to come out and re-treat the area at no cost. He showed up 10 minutes early, so again, I was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service and timely show times - much appreciated. Glad to retire my battle gear of oven mitts, hot water kettles, and a rake! read more

Hired these guys to close up entrances where rats were getting into the attic. They did a rotten job - it looked like a bunch of 5th graders had put their heads together to devise the strategy. We had to call them to come back many times after they were supposedly done because we were still hearing the rats. That was Fall of 2015. It's now Spring 2017 and we are seeing rat droppings in the attic again. Trying ABC Pest Control this time. The look on the ABC guy's face when he saw the work King Pest Control had done was priceless. I definitely would not recommend these bozos for rats! read more

I have never left a review before but feel this must be said. I live in Gtown and after the rains in May found myself in need of pest control so on the tip of a friend I called Kings. The ladies in the office were very friendly and answered any questions I had and then gave me an exact time and date to expect the technician at my home. Not having to miss a whole day of work to have my house sprayed was awesome! The technician showed up 10 min early which was great he was professional and friendly and did a very thorough treatment.
