DO NOT TRUST Alpine Pest Solutions - Dishonest, Deceptive, and Misleading I had a contract with Signature Pest Control when two Alpine Pest Solutions reps came to my door offering to "take over" my service. They claimed they would handle everything, including canceling my existing contract, and promised I wouldn't be charged by Signature again. They made it sound easy and trustworthy, so I agreed. But it was all a lie. Alpine never canceled my contract with Signature, and now both companies are charging me. When I tried to follow up with Alpine, they gave me no help, no accountability -- nothing. I have proof of their visit and the promises they made. This company uses shady door-to-door sales tactics to mislead people into switching, and then leaves you stuck in a billing nightmare. If you see Alpine reps in your community doing promotions, do not trust a word they say. Their business practices are dishonest and unethical. Avoid Alpine Pest Solutions at all costs. read more

I cannot recommend Alpine Pest Solutions enough. Bart, the pest professional who took care of my home was so detail oriented. He applied gradual to the lawn for ums/chiggers, fire ants, spiders, bugs springtails, cockroaches, beetles, scorpions and snails. He also destroyed all wasp nest all around to include in the nooks , spider webs, cob webs. Secondly, he sprayed a heavy residual product around the perimeter of my home as well as fence line. He also dusted all weep holes and replaced two glue boards in your garage. Lastly, he conducted and completed a mosquito treatment for our entire property. It included spraying all trees, grass, bushes, plants and shrubs. With less than 24 hour notice they had a technician out to service my home. Spiders, ants and wasps were my main concerns. Dustin was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Chris our tech is awesome. He always gives us a 15 minutes heads up so I can get my little doggie out for a quick potty. He also always remembers that we don't want sticky tape in our garage...too many poor trapped lizards. We haven't had any pest issues since they started treating our home. This was my first time employing this type of service, so even though you don't need to be home, I was so I could meet Dustin and just get general information. Dustin was amazingly communicative- he was running late through no fault of his own (ATX traffic) but kept me abreast of his ETA through text which I really appreciated. He was super Professional, knowledgeable, kind, (didn't hurt that he and his wife and my hubby are all from Michigan lol) and did a great job covering the house with Bug killer! He put copper mesh in the open area of the garage door where and critters can sneak in. I put copper mesh in my weep holes but he dusted all of them. Exclusion services are a joke. Rodents eat right through the foam they use. I was overcharged for the exclusion service for actual time versus charged time. I also happen to have a key for the type of rodent bait boxes they use. They have not been putting bait in them. I have checked after each visit. Also on the quarterly services, the technician is more concerned about talking on his phone as he is doing the service than actually covering everything that he should be. This has happened with every quarterly service as I have watched from inside. Don't waste your money. read more
