X Out is absolutely the best! Year after year they successfully have provided the best friendly and consistent service. When we had an emergency pest issue they came immediately and tackled it without hesitation and without outrageous additional charges. Everyone is friendly, their answering service is awesome. I've used several other pest services over the years and they try to cut corners. X Out has been the best. Don't hesitate. Switch now you won't be sorry. read more

Mike is the best! Always a smile and the bugs are gone! I live on a green belt and expected to be inundated with bugs but Mike and X-Out Pest keep them away! read more

We have used X Out for several years & can't say enough good things about them. Top notch service & the techs are all really professional.

Very friendly and fast service answered all the questions I had and assured me the problem would be solved!

They were Prompt and polite and efficient and some other things pertaining to quality

Excellent customer service by the office staff and from the technicians. Everyone is always respectful and keeping the customer a top priority. They will come between treatments if we call with a problem and they will knock down wasp nests on site. They don't cut corners and i highly recommend them. read more

Responsive, professional and knowledgeable. When we were having a kick up of scorpions in our house, they were there immediately. Will hire them again. read more

All correspondence has been attentive and professional. Regardless of the hour, I have received an almost immediate response. It makes scheduling a breeze and instills trust that the job will be done. Jay came out next day for my first treatment and was very friendly. He answered all my questions about the product and confirmed future treatment dates. With the help of this team, I look forward to a pest free home. read more

I called to cancel my service due to moving out of their service area, with a couple months left on the contract. Most businesses would be understanding of this, but X Out tried to make me feel guilty, and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay for services I would not be receiving. I let them know I would dispute any charges with my bank, before having them say they would "cancel out fees" if I "wanted to do business that way." We'll see what happens. While the service was of acceptable quality, the experience of dealing with something that should be a simple understanding of circumstances changing was not. The person I spoke with was named TJ, and I'd recommend his employers have a conversation with him about how he represents their business. read more

Affordable, reliable, available, effective, communicative, and nice! Everything you want.

we had quarterly service service for two years at the townhouse. They were great at communication through email. If there were any concerns, I knew I could call and they would address them. We're moving that's why we stopped the service but will resume in our new place when we get settled. read more

Awesome service! Technicians respond and take care of any issues I have with bugs or ants.

Have used X Out for years! Michael is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Always has a big smile and always willing to go the extra mile. Great communication, highly recommend! read more

These guys are so awesome! Always professional and great with communication. Highly recommend!

Called 3m before they closed Friday and we had service out the next morning at 8 am. Michael Thomas came out and was professional, fun, and informative. Work is covered for 30 days and they said to call if any issues surface. Cost was great and no yearly contract needed. They are on our list of companies we use to care for our house moving forward. read more

Mike came out this morning and was fantastic. I wasn't home when he showed up and he was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate my arrival back at home. He's been out to service my home before and he's always very thorough and swift. He's also very friendly and respectful of your home. Highly recommend X-Out and ask for Mike! read more

Mike has been taking care of us for a couple years now, top notch service, responsive, and keeps the bugs away! Highly recommended.

What went well, you ask? EVERYTHING!! Ricky Good has been my tech since onboarding with X Out Pest Services several years ago, and he has been nothing short of stellar service and value! And, let me say that value... isn't just a monetary equation. Value is relationships. And, I value Ricky's integrity, his honesty, his work... AND his relationship. Ricky is so much more than just pest control; he has wisdom and heart that he freely shares. I am on that receiving end every time he shows up! I learned at the very onset that X Out is about customer service. They truly want to please the customer, and that mindset from the top is reflected throughout the company. Thank you, X Out and Ricky, for helping life's journey be more pleasant and palpable! read more

Everyone involved in solving my rodent issue was helpful, knowledgeable and thorough!

Our service tech Michael is truly the best. I love that we've had the same guy servicing our home since day 1. He knows us and our home well and is always willing and able to solve any issues we have. He's professional, friendly and trustworthy! We are confident in the services he does at our home and would recommend to anyone! read more

Yard never sprayed the proper way. Always have to come back for re spray. Yet they want their money up front before spraying.

Mike did an amazing job for our home the first time he was here, no more mosquitoes ! He was on time and explained what he was going to do before starting. I wasn't able to have him visit for our original appointment but he came right back as requested. That's great service and is helpful to me as someone who isn't able to answer the door every time. We love x out and I have referred them to our church and family members. Thank you Mike for being awesome! read more

Since the beginning, X Out Pest Services have been Excellent in getting rid of pests, indoors and out! Their prices are reasonable to get the job done! read more

Always outstanding service. Rick helped me vanuquish a gang of carpenter ants a couple of years ago. Today he came out and assured me that the limited insect damage I had on one step in my deck was probably nothing to worry about. Rick is always friendly and professional. read more

i wish all services were as efficient to communicate with as these people are. we came back from a long vacation to a dozen or so wasp nests in our eaves, and were referred by a friend who has had an excellent experience with the company. i submitted a request for them to come out on a sunday, got a text monday morning, and someone was spraying for bugs the very same morning. i dont think i have ever experience such a quality service when dealing with anything contractor related. Caleb was a trooper, explained everything he would be doing during the visit while also answering questions i had about the products used (all pet friendly!). He also did an incredible job clearing the freeloading wasps that tried establishing squatters rights while we were out of town. No notes, 10/10 would recommend anyone needing help evicting demons from their home at a fair price. read more

The service man was very knowledgeable, but they did not do the heat service we needed.

Rick is always on time. He is friendly and easy to work with. He has been treating Sherwood Forest Faire for many years. I won't go anywhere else. read more

I had a horrible experience working with Ricky who has no empathy for customers, no accountability and clearly no expertise in what he does. He has no integrity. X Out seems to be a good company but people like Ricky truly ruin the experience for customers. We used X Out for a termite infestation in our home in East Austin. Ricky came out and did the treatment. He told us in three days the activity will decrease and in two weeks it will completely be gone. One week after treatment, there was a sudden increase in termite swarming. We were shocked because we were informed activity should decreased. We reached out to Ricky and instead of showing empathy, he made us feel as if we were disturbing him, when it was due to his incompetence that the activity increase was not mitigated or communicated to us. He gave us conflicting answers on what to do (he said he will come back in '2 weeks', then in another message '1 month'). All while giving attitude as if this problem is not due to his own lack of communication. Luckily i spoke with Danny (the manager) and he assured us that he will send a more competent and emphatetic technician to come out to address the problem. We appreciate Danny very much. If you will work with this company, avoid Ricky at all costs. read more

As always, Mike is my regular technician and does a very thorough job. I asked him to climb into my attic to get rid of those spiders and he did. Spiders are out in force and he hit the inside of my house, the garage, the back porch and went after a few ants in the backyard. Keep up the good work. Thanks X-Out and Mike. read more

Nick did a great job spraying around and paying attention to detail, along with catering to the needs of our pest control. He is very friendly and considerate! I really appreciate his help and his communication skills. Definitely would recommend Xout to everyone looking for pest control. read more

I've been using X-Out Pest Service since 2019 and have been extremely pleased with their services. Their services for roach/bug treatment is highly effective, I don't even need them to come in the house as the outdoor treatment works so well. Highly recommend. read more

THE BEST!!!! Not only do they have an amazing price for quarterly service compared to others but they come to you in between services for specific issues you might be having! Mike is our guy and he's 100/100 - my kids love him and tell me "Call Mr.Mike the bug guy" anytime they see a bug inside. HA! They have helped us with so many different issues! We will never go with anyone else and refer everyone we know to them! read more

Always very professional and responsive. Reasonable rates and they guarantee their service or they will return at no additional cost.

We moved into our new home and found an array of small pests throughout. X Out Pest Control was the only pest control company willing to service our home within a reasonable time frame. Henry showed up the day we called. He explained everything thoroughly as well as explaining about each of the critters we were dealing with. We're very happy with the service and plan to use them every month. read more

We love the service Xout provides. All of the techs are kind, courteous, and very efficient. They did our termite service and we are on the program for regular sprays as well. Mike came out today and did our service and was amazing as always. We recommend them to anyone looking for a great pest control service with the BEST staff! read more

Ricky came out on short notice and inspected the area for termites, identified that the damage was due to rot and not due to termites/pests. Hats off to their honesty and excellent service! read more

I have used X-Out for years. Mike is usually the guy that takes care of my property and he kills it (pun intended). I've had several pest control companies through the years, but I've stuck with Mike and X-Out for the past few years because they are super helpful and friendly, affordable, and most importantly effective. I would recommend X-Out everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. read more

Ricky from X Out is amazing. I got three quotes, Ricky's wasn't the lowest, but he was so patient, knowledgeable, and quick/understood my urgency, that I was only too happy to go with him. He treated my house, explained problem issues to me that likely led to my infestation, and even talked me down a week later when I still saw pests (treatment takes time - I just HATE bugs). So thankful I found him! read more

Mike is so professional and thorough. Always pleasant and consistent with preventative measures. Much appreciated!
