HORRIBLE!!!! Do not use. I called because of a rodent issue, was told they could absolutely help me, it's been 5 months and I still have rodents. Terrible customer service. I called 3 different times to complain about the issue and was told , "I don't know what to tell you". They refuse to let me out of the contract and said it was cheaper for me to just continue to pay. So basically- they're taking my money, but not solving my rodent issue. Absolute crooks. The pest issues only got worse with Brooks. When we called to cancel, they want to charge us $300 for a cancellation fee. We already paid them hundreds of dollars while the pests got out of control, and now they want to charge to continue to do nothing for us. Stay far away from these guys. read more

We've had brooks for about 11 months or longer. In this time we have consistently had issues with spiders, mosquitoes, ants and scorpions. But it's Texas so it's challenging. I get it. HOWEVER this year in particular the bugs have been really bad despite all the "treatments" they claim to be making. When trying to cancel service last month they try to talk me into giving them more time etc etc. I agreed to allow them to come weekly to get the problem under control. Because I have pets in the backyard they are supposed to let me know one hour before they come so that I can put the dogs inside if they are not already in there. They did not call. They did not text. So they show up and say that they can't treat and leave and still charge me. They still failed. They did not treat in areas they said they did as I have video proof. The mosquitoes are worse than ever, And to top it off I spent the morning in the ER because my one year old granddaughter was bitten by a brown recluse in my house! I called again to cancel service and was advised I was going to be charged a cancellation fee! It's absurdity. My next recourse is to go after them legally which I will do. My advise would be to steer clear of these people and just call terminix! read more

Highly disappointed. My parents signed up for four services, and it was clearly discussed to only do the inside. The first time they showed up and sprayed the outside and inside. Then we told them to only do the inside because the outside was managed by HOA. The second time they sprayed only the outside... Again. The third time was a no-show...... we called them and they sent someone out... Then they came back and sprayed the outside again. We finally had enough and told him to cancel so they wanted to charge us $290 to cancel. But they said they could come out one more time for $50 and then the contract would be done... So I said OK. The guy never showed up... Apparently couldn't find the house albeit they had been there two times before. I tried to cancel again because I told him I was so disappointed with their service, but they still made us pay to $50. I'm a business owner too and I would've sooner absorbed that $50 then leave a client unhappy. While their management team might be articulate in communicating, they value money over Client satisfaction, they don't care that their service wasn't fulfilled, their phone answering service is truly pathetic... Sounds like it's completely outsourced, and their technicians are untrained and inexperienced. Bad business principles, inept field people, and a place money over company reputation and principal. Do not use this company! Save yourself time and money and go to Home Depot or Amazon and buy bug repellent spray for outdoor and raid for inside. I was a customer and canceled and they charged me $291 to cancel. I had them spray for mosquitos and I could not go outside without being bitten. And indoors, I had more bugs than ever before. I am sure they will make a comment on here and try and justify that they are a good company. But I promise you, you will have less money in your account and have buyer's remorse, just like I do/did! I have a No Soliciting sign right next to my doorbell at my front door, literally right next to it. Twice today, two separate reps from Brooks rang my doorbell wanting to pitch a sale to me. I also have a reactive rescue dog who loses his mind when the doorbell rings. I work from home and was super busy when the first person from Brooks rang the bell. I was in the middle of cooking dinner (after 8pm) when the second person did it. They both said, before I asked, that they saw the sign after they rang the bell. I call BS, that sounded rehearsed to me. I'll never use this company's services. read more
