They show up as scheduled (tricky with apt complexes being the middle man). Their technician Nate is phenomenal. First, this co. tries to bully you into a service they want you to buy & when you tell them you're getting a 2nd quote from another co. they offer to cut the price from $450 to $200 with a "30 day follow up" but also forced to buy their 6 mos. treatment at $45 ea mo or get charged $75 to cancel before then. Once you take the "bait" they come for the 30 day follow up and suddenly they cannot treat the initial pest you signed up for because it does not cover it!! are you kidding me??? after charging the initial $215 & $47 (w/ taxes) 1st mo treatment they refuse to even treat the pests you paid them to treat. They lie and say it does not apply to that specific type of pests and try to force you into buying another package which was the initial $450 quote. Nowhere on the paperwork does it exclude the same insect they were hired to exterminate!!! It actually includes that type of pest on the paperwork twice. They even refused to do any treatment as they stood in my home and I've already paid them $263 for one single spray. Do not hire these people they do not even know what a dead spider looks like they said it was a twig!!!! Now i am awaiting a refund which the owner Patric Edwards says he would credit me back but it's been 3 days and still no refund!!! Beware of these shady con artists!!!! read more

I have since hired another reputable company for my pest-control needs thank you. I'll take the opportunity to to respond Back .... And I will say you this... The opinions of my replacement pest control company was.... and I will say ....."opinion"... When you dust an attic it's vital to shut off air so it does not possibly spread poison through the house while this is being done. That advice was not given during my service with y'all. just saying, I think that's kind of important to know if that is a possible danger. The other opinion I was given on the products that were used for scorpions, was that they were a cheaper diluted product and would not offer very good control. I was offered many other products to regain some control, I hope they work, or at least effectively minimize, and slow down and eventually kill scorpions. I never stated that I expected them to be eliminated 100% ever, because I actually do know how it works...but I did ask for help and extra attention or what else was available to up the level of control, even just slow them down, anything!! When the customer starts being accused of things they never stated, and there is a lack of professionalism, that's when I move on. I wish I had been told that dusting an attic could possibly result in spreading poison throughout the home unless Air has been shut off for an hour. Whether this is true or not, I was advised this would happen with my next treatment with the company I am using at this time. Joe was great. I had another company come down yesterday and tell me their was rats in the attic. I wanted to get a second opinion and joe who let me know that there had been rats previously. However I had just gotten a new roof and he felt that the new roof insulated where the rats were coming from. He made some great recommendations. I have had Georgetown Pest Control servicing my home monthly for over a year now and I can't recommend them enough. They are quick, easy to reach, timely and always helpful. I have had Patrick and more recently Jeremy treat my home and they are both extremely professional, helpful and diligent. In the past year I've only had to have them come re-treat my home one time and that was today (due to the weather and the vacant lots on both sides of my house bringing all the bugs out). We've been using Georgetown Pest Control for more than a year and the service is always great. First, we haven't had any scorpions in the house since we started using them, so that is a big plus! They also treat for fire ants, spiders, wasps, and other annoying bugs. They also give you a heads up a few days before they arrive. One spring our dewberries were still ripening around the house, so I pushed them back a few weeks so the fruit didn't get sprayed with chemicals and they were very accommodating. They always let you know what they find around your house in the way of bugs and and we find the service people (most recently Jeremy) are always very polite and competent. read more

As well as being professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He checked inside our home and around the outside.
