I'm grateful to the Georgetown team. Nick has helped me most recently, and like his colleagues, he is super! He knows what needs to be done and communicates those needs clearly. He's ready to answer my every question and always does so patiently. I'm grateful for Nick, the team, and their collective expertise. read more

Been using their services for a year now. Prompt, helpful, and goes the extra mile each time they visit quarterly. They are also incredibly responsive and helpful for in-between quarterly visits as well! read more

Insanely expensive. His price was 3 times more expensive than what others quoted me for holiday lights. These guys quoted me $1100+ while others were under $450. Absolute waste of time waiting for them to come get us a quote. read more

Highly recommend! Scheduling was quick and easy. They came out quick and made a huge difference.

I am definitely recommending this business to everyone that reads this. Nick called me before arriving at our home and arrived on time. He is a very nice young man. As well as being professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He checked inside our home and around the outside. After applying insecticide in and around the outside of our house, he answered all our questions, showed us where the ants are coming in from and will do a follow up next Friday. Nick also told us if we see any ants before next Friday to call them. read more

I'm very happy with the complete package I received. I received a prompt response to my questions without all the pushy salesmanship very evident in their competitors. They showed up on time, did an investigation into my pest problem then gave me a concise quote for the work they were going to do. They displayed a professionalism throughout the job. I highly recommend Georgetown pest control! Joseph is the one who has been helping me to treat general pests in my house. My purchased my home sep 2019, I did not know who to call as a first home buyer to treat pests in my home. After doing some careful research and Georgetown pest control caught my attentions. Had a very good experience with Georgetown Pest Control! Getting somebody out ASAP, was super easy. In the past I've used other company's who are in and out in less than 5 minutes, but they seemed to actually take their time, which was much appreciated. It was raining the first time they came, so they just treated the inside and came back a few days later and got it all knocked out. read more

I had to schedule a very last minute appointment with GPC. I was moving out of a rented house and was notified with little notice about the need to have the house exterminated. I called around 6:30 p.m. on a weekday hoping to leave a message and receive a call back the next day. I didn't. Someone answered the business phone from their house and had me set up with an 8 a.m. appointment the following day. The technician was on time, thorough, very respectful of Covid concerns and guidelines. I had a fantastic experience with this company. read more

Jeremy was very professional, courteous, and punctual. He explained what he would be doing and addressed all of my concerns. I'm very satisfied with the customer service! read more

Friendly, prompt, thorough, and affordable. I had ants coming into my master bedroom and kitchen. It was so bad when I'd vacuum the carpet they'd come out onto the hard floor of the bathroom. I called GPC who came out the very next day, closed the ants entry point, and took care of the rest of the house and lawn. I have been enjoying a pest free home for the past 9 months thanks to GPC! read more

I had an opening in the garage and I called Georgetown Pest Control (GPC) to assist as my current pest service doesn't provide barrier protection (physical). GPC came out and assisted and offered recommendations and services that my current provider could be doing. Since I had just signed-up with them I appreciated the feedback and felt it was guidance and sincere advise and he was very professional. If I have a further need to switch I will be calling GPC as I feel they're honest, fair and treat customers right. He provided the barrier protection at a fair rate. read more

Lawddddddd did I have a situation on my hands... I'd been INVADED by "Berry"--named after Michael Jackson's Be(n) and (Je)rry from Tom & Jerry Fame... anyway I was terrified...unable to sleep..I saw that CREATURE roaming around my house while I slept upstairs... Fast forward I called SEVERAL places--they were able to come out SAME DAY--I mean afterall how long could I stay locked upstairs in my bedroom. Traps with peanut butter were set and glue traps too! I saw him on video moving around last night around 8pm and NEVER saw him again I KNEW he'd met his fate! They even returned this morning at 6:30 AM to inspect, reset traps and dispose of Berry before I left to go to work! VERY VERY happy! read more

I have used Georgetown Pest Control twice and they've been wonderful. The first time was due to my long-term AirBnB guest getting holes in his wool suits. Joe came out quickly and assessed the closet, determined it was moths and explained to my tenant and me how to get rid of them. He did not charge for the inspection or service call. The second time was due to an influx of water bugs and roaches now that the weather is warming up and drying out. Joe came out, sprayed the interior/exterior and even closed up the holes around the plumbing and a few exterior entry points as a part of the service. He called me afterwards to give me a rundown of what he did. I also loved the ability to pay online, since I was not present for the service. This company will take all the stress out of having to call pest control. read more

We began using Georgetown Pest Control last year and have never wanted to use anyone else. Patrick, the owner, is very polite and prompt in answering the phone and provides a totally complete service like nothing we have ever seen. Joe is our technician and we love him. He is so polite and works very hard to make sure our home is totally serviced, inside and outside with his pest control products. The products work extremely well and we have only had to call once in the last year to come out to take care of a sugar ant issue in the kitchen. If you have an issue and need them to come out on a separate visit from your regularly scheduled visit, they will do this at no charge. This is a quality company that uses quality products. We would never even consider using anyone else. read more
