I had to schedule a very last minute appointment with GPC. I was moving out of a rented house and was notified with little notice about the need to have the house exterminated. I called around 6:30 p.m. on a weekday hoping to leave a message and receive a call back the next day. I didn't. Someone answered the business phone from their house and had me set up with an 8 a.m. appointment the following day. Friendly, prompt, thorough, and affordable. I had ants coming into my master bedroom and kitchen. It was so bad when I'd vacuum the carpet they'd come out onto the hard floor of the bathroom. I called GPC who came out the very next day, closed the ants entry point, and took care of the rest of the house and lawn. GPC came out and assisted and offered recommendations and services that my current provider could be doing. Since I had just signed-up with them I appreciated the feedback and felt it was guidance and sincere advise and he was very professional. Lawddddddd did I have a situation on my hands... I'd been INVADED by "Berry"--named after Michael Jackson's Be(n) and (Je)rry from Tom & Jerry Fame... anyway I was terrified...unable to sleep..I saw that CREATURE roaming around my house while I slept upstairs... Fast forward I called SEVERAL places--they were able to come out SAME DAY--I mean afterall how long could I stay locked upstairs in my bedroom. Traps with peanut butter were set and glue traps too! I saw him on video moving around last night around 8pm and NEVER saw him again I KNEW he'd met his fate! They even returned this morning at 6:30 AM to inspect, reset traps and dispose of Berry before I left to go to work! VERY VERY happy! read more

I have used Georgetown Pest Control twice and they've been wonderful. The first time was due to my long-term AirBnB guest getting holes in his wool suits. Joe came out quickly and assessed the closet, determined it was moths and explained to my tenant and me how to get rid of them. He did not charge for the inspection or service call. The second time was due to an influx of water bugs and roaches now that the weather is warming up and drying out. Joe came out, sprayed the interior/exterior and even closed up the holes around the plumbing and a few exterior entry points as a part of the service. He called me afterwards to give me a rundown of what he did. I also loved the ability to pay online, since I was not present for the service. This company will take all the stress out of having to call pest control. read more

We began using Georgetown Pest Control last year and have never wanted to use anyone else. Patrick, the owner, is very polite and prompt in answering the phone and provides a totally complete service like nothing we have ever seen. Joe is our technician and we love him. He is so polite and works very hard to make sure our home is totally serviced, inside and outside with his pest control products. The products work extremely well and we have only had to call once in the last year to come out to take care of a sugar ant issue in the kitchen. If you have an issue and need them to come out on a separate visit from your regularly scheduled visit, they will do this at no charge. This is a quality company that uses quality products.
