I found Aries through Yelp's quote feature. I appreciated how quick they were to respond. They first visited when we had a rat living in our attic last November. Tony was super knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He cleaned out the droppings and came back multiple times to check the traps. What I loved was that they have a one year warranty. Last month we heard some scurrying and contacted Aries and they had Tony back at our house that same week. Their service is incredibly valuable for what you pay. Prompt communication, easy to get a visit scheduled, thorough service. We also had a raccoon living in our chimney and Tony handled that too! Between the endless noises coming from our attic, and the droppings found once we went up there, we knew it was time to call in a pro after already filling in every possible entry point, we could find. We arranged for Aries to visit our home and inspect the situation and provide us with a cost estimate. This was all done free of charge. Aries was great at sending us updates via text letting us know when their service tech would arrive at our home. The service tech arrived as promised and was very friendly from the start. He listened to everything we'd already tried and decided to begin his inspection on our roof. He returned with photos on his phone showing us exactly where the entry points were (mostly where the roof slant joins the main body of the house). He inspected the rest of our home but stated it was only the roof issues that needed to be addressed. He presented me with a cost estimate which included all entry point repairs, trapping and removing any remaining rodents in our attic and a warranty should they need to return should the repaired entry points fail. The cost estimate was a bit higher than I expected which I politely explained to the tech. I then offered a dollar figure I was comfortable with. The tech was able to "meet me in the middle" which I greatly appreciated and ultimately agreed to. All repairs were done in the manner and time framed promised. New photos were shown to us detailing the repairs and traps were set in the attic. The tech would then return every two days or so until the traps no longer held any dead rodents. Aries again kept us updated via text as to when the techs would visit to change out the attic traps. It's been a couple of months now and I'm happy to report we are still rodent free! I highly recommend Aries for any of your pest and rodent needs. They are very professional and definitely know how to get the job done quickly and correctly the first time. read more

I had tree roaches showing up behind my stove and I thought I had a hole back there. Turns out it was just one little gap. Nick filled it in with some caulk. While he was here I had him go around and fill in all visible weep holes. He said there were quite a few. Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable and has many years of experience. He also put on booties when he walked in my house. How thoughtful! The situation was taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable price. I have another company that comes out for maintenance services and Nick didn't try to get me to sign up with Aries. Such a great experience with Aries! I wish I was not writing this review, but this is just ridiculous! Had to call three times before someone answered to find out why they were not coming out for the quarterly service. Schedule new service and appointment set for 11 am. At 1135 finally get a call and driver says he can "possibly" make it at 12:45 or so! Really! Wow, possibly...and only after calling late past the appointment time. Listen - if you want return business - be on time; be in contact; be consistent. I have always done my own pest control, but I recently had a number of pests that seemed invulnerable to Ortho. I contacted a number of companies and selected Aries because they were responsive, professional, and affordable, and they did not require a lengthy contract. They sent appropriate text messages to let me know their ETA, etc. Their tech arrived a few minutes early and waited in his truck for the exact appointment time. If I could give 10 stars I would! I called around and got several opinions and they were by far the most affordable but the service did not suffer for it. They were professional and friendly and FINALLY fixed my rodent problem for good. I had tried 1,000 different things and they always came back but they've been gone for over a year now. I even called back a couple times to have them come check the traps (even though they ended up being empty) because I was traumatized by my previous rodent experience lol. They were prompt and happily checked without being annoyed by my paranoid self haha. One last thing - ladies, I met them alone in my home and never felt uncomfortable. Kevin and the team at Aries Pest Control are reliable, fast, and so kind. I never thought that I would feel so at peace when my pest guys are over but I really do. Every technician that has come over has been so kind and considerate to listen to my problems. They even take off their shoes in my house at my request! Kevin replies to me so quickly. I love how they don't force me to go into a contract but their rates are still very reasonable. I've had a few times where they had to come in between our quarterly sessions and they don't charge me when I see cockroaches in my house, ew! I've tried their mosquito prevention and I'm not sure how much it helped (might be because I'm so close to my neighbors) but it was very reasonable for their member pricing. They told me they are going to try a new version soon and I will be keen to try that. They take care of other pests too - last time the technician showed me two baby raccoons he caught! I had many well-rated local options available, and not knowing who would offer a one-off inspection and treatment service (most of the competition only lists subscription services online) and for how much, I used the Request Quote feature in Yelp. Others offered a "free" inspection but made no mention of how much it would cost to treat, and requested that I email or call separately. Kevin with Aries was the only one to make it easy: He responded quickly with an actual dollar amount for a one-off service. Kevin also made the scheduling part easy by using the chat. The actual service was handled by Joey who was fantastic. Showed up on time, was very pleasant, polite, friendly, and patient with me. Did the work quickly (but not rushed). I was impressed so I signed up for a mosquito treatment as well. I'm very happy with their service, I liked that they made it easy and were good value.
