As I walked through our torn up bathroom, a queen carpenter ant fell from the attic onto my chest. A highly reviewed, well established pest control company sent over a guy who looked at the ant (I'd saved her), and asked where she'd fallen from. His solution was to stand on the bathroom floor and spray an overhead circle around the area she'd fallen from. Next I called Accurate Termite and Pest Control. They sent over Devon who looked at the ant, looked at the place she fell, and said he needed to walk the property to see where they might be coming in from. He found them coming in from a tree, used a machine that looked more effective than a sprayer on them, and then recommended I trim the tree back from the house. I am lucky to have called Accurate Termite and Pest Control. Brandon, the owner, is responsible and honest. Devon is an experienced exterminator. He's also smart, and friendly. I called to have bed bugs treated in my short term rental and they sent someone out to spray. After they left my blinds were on the floor and bent. When I called the owner he said this : "we had to open the windows so maybe the wind blew them down. "He will not help pay for the blinds which are around $150.00. Also, I had to call another company to treat the bugs because after ( Accurate) sprayed we seemed to have more bugs visible. I payed $378.88 for 1 spray from this company and I am really disappointed in there treatment of my home and the lack of accountability for something they damaged. THIS IS NOT OK!!!!! read more

As of this review, I've used Accurate at my home for just over three years and at my business for just under one year (no contracts required). They did a preventative termite treatment at my house when we moved in and have been doing regular/quarterly pest treatments ever since. I used this company last summer and we still had a ton of mosquitoes. I am trying a different company this summer, but am still being harassed by Accurate. I loathe pushy sales people and this is beyond what I've ever experienced. They call, leave a vm and text each time they reach out. I kindly replied no thank you and please take me off the list the first 3 times. Now after 5, I'm leaving this review in hopes they'll see it and take me off. They've led with "we have a technician scheduled to come out this week" even though I never scheduled it and told them no. It's nuts!!
