One thing I really appreciated was that they identified a honey bee colony on my property. Instead of simply treating it, they let me know so I could have the bees safely rehomed before they started producing honey inside my walls. That level of care and attention really stood out. The quarterly exterior treatments have been well worth it for me. Wasps and ants are a recurring issue around my home, so keeping up with regular service has made a big difference. If I have a specific problem between visits, like a wasp nest, they're quick to come out and take care of it. Most of what I need is included in the annual service. Mosquito treatment is an additional charge, but that's separate from the standard plan. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary interior treatments when there aren't any issues. Their pricing is competitive, and their payment and scheduling system is excellent. It's easy to manage appointments, and they're very responsive by text whenever I have a question or need service. Overall, I've been very happy with Atex and would definitely recommend them.

We pay for the regular treatments, but if critters start popping up between the service, they'll come out and re-treat (usually for free) - we cannot recommend Stride enough, if you're on the fence and reading this right now, you won't make the wrong decision to go with Stride. All of the technicians have been stellar, but specifically I wanted to mention Burton - he has come to our house on multiple occasions and is always very polite, informative and thorough. Burton always goes the extra mile to check everything out around the house before he leaves, beyond the areas we've mentioned, and always chats with me on his way out to let me know what was applied, how it was applied, and any follow up steps (an engineer's dream). He even mentioned we should shoot him/Stride a text in 1-2 weeks to let him know if our attic ant issue is resolved. Thank you Burton! Stride really cares about their customers, and they do a killer job. There's a reason they are rated 5.0 stars on Google, Yelp & Facebook, and not 4.9 or lower.

I do not see any more termite activity either. So the big question is, was it worth the cost? Well that depends on your finances and whether you can spare the $53+ monthly charge for 4 annual visits. Overall, the service did what it was supposed to. They can also come out to do a single treatment which we will keep in mind.

Basically looked around the exterior of the home and noted potential areas where bugs can enter. After talking to a few pest companies, not only did they get the species of ants wrong (acrobat vs carpenter) which affects the bait being used, but they also can't get their story straight. I contacted them about an ant infestation inside my home. The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate colony. He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.

Wow, please before you waste your money read this... Two years ago we called accurate to come and do some pest control at our house; we had an infestation of fleas and needed it under control. I spoke to brandon who had a gentleman come out and spray our yard for $300. 13 days later our yard still was infested. We called Brandon again and he seemed incredibly annoyed that we were asking them to come spray again (they have a one month guarantee). All the sudden, they were so booked up even though when we first rendered the services somehow they were incredibly flexible! Anyways, they came out a second time and our flea's finally went away... This summer brandon called me TWICE in regards to getting my yard sprayed again and at the time my husband and I did not have the money... when we got the money we called Brandon and for the same services, the prices raised.... which was fine because our experience in the long haul from the first time, was pretty good and the goal of not having fleas was met... My husband and I had accurate come out, and I swear, the tech that came out was one of the biggest idiots I've ever met.. he seemed HIGH out of his mind and couldn't remember things I had just requested and asked 10 minutes ago... I was not even impressed at all... After he left, we called 13 days later and spoke to brandon ourselves... we told him that the flea's were still around and never went away.. at that time Brandon stated it would take TWO additional weeks to totally work and to call him if we had a problem,.... this was really strange for us because the first year they told us to way twithin 7-10 business days to really see results...anyways, we waited additional time and gave them a call, in which we never ever received a call back... after that our daughter had been hospitalized and we hadn't been home in several weeks.. we called brandon and it took him four days to get back to us... oh wait... WE HAD TO CALL HIM. he seriously did not return two of our calls, as we always had to be the ones following up. At that time it had been TWO months since our first service, but we had CALLED TWICE in the MONTH timeframe that he promises, in which once he told us to wait,a nd the other he never returned. -Finally we reached him today, June 25th and told him of our situation.... Brandon was VERY DEFENSIVE, COMPLETELY IMMATURE, AND HAD NO TACT OR CLASS. - He started to tell us that it's just been too long and we would have to pay to render the services again (let me make it clear, we paid 300 DOLLARS FOR A PRODUCT AND SERVICE THAT NEVER EVER WORKED FULLY) - When I started to protest to what he was saying, he raised his voice and told me that he would do his best and could charge me an additional 100 or so dollars to come back out..... EXCUSE ME? 100 ADDITIONAL DOLLARS? As business owners, we know that if someone is not happy with our services, or our products/services did not work properly, that we would rather take the hit than loose a customer.... Anyway, I was trying to make my point and was interrupted SEVERAL TIMES. He was incredibly condescending and would interrupt me by saying "MAAM MAAM MAAM" and literally would not let me talk. I had my husband call him in which when my husband let him know we would consider reporting this to the BBB, he started to BRAG ABOUT HIS A+ RATING and literally laughed at my husband... my husband is the nicest man on this planet and wouldn't do anything that wasn't reasonable... - I called him back and he had the audacity to tell me that my husband was THREATENING TO REPORT HIM? seriously? Because you can brag about a rating and laugh, but when someone says they will report you it's considered threatening? - I let him know that my father and grandfather are attorney's in the georgetown area and that we would file not only a BBB report, we would be going online to make sure everyone knew of this.... and we would highly consider taking him to small claims.... he seriously then called me a "f-ing bitch" and disconnected the call. I don't know if anyone deserves to be called something like that, but in return I left him a voicemail and told him as a business owner, i could never imagine treating someone like this, and out of anger let him knowt hat he is not a man and that he was a coward... in which I still believe is true.... I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST EVER USING HIS SERVICES, NOT ONLY DOES HE RIP YOU OFF AND SCAM YOU, HE will call you names and treat you like a rat if you even question his services.. spend your money elsewhere, with someone WHO WILL appreciate your services and treat you the way you deserve the be treated as a paying customer... read more

I was ripped off by over 300 dollars. - Brandon the owner told me to call within 7-10 business days if we still had fleas. - When we did he told us to wait an additional 2-3 weeks. - When we called back after 3 weeks, Brandon tried to charge us over 100$, stating it was too late. - We only followed his direction in our care, and had used him before. - When called to confront him, he was a child, completely disrespectful, and called me a "f***ing b**ch" for stating I would report him to the BBB. - He laughed at my husband when he said the same thing and said " good luck touching my A+ rating" - When have sent a certified letter, reported to the BBB, reported it to the attorney general's office, and have met with our lawyer to receive our funds back. - His services never worked, we have an infestation of flea's now because of him. save your money and go to someone who cares. read more

If I have any questions, he comes over and helps me figure out what to do, without charging me for his time. If he quotes a job, he follows through and makes sure the job is done to my satisfaction, no matter if it involves extra time or materials. His employees have never missed or been late to an appointment, and have always been kind, efficicient, and respectful. On his last visit today I was almost sad to see him go, but he did a job well done.
