I called Aries pest control to come out to take care of a roach problem in a rental house that we own. They came out and sprayed and it did kill a lot of the roaches, but two weeks later little roaches start appearing again. Since they had a 30-day guarantee, they came out and sprayed once more. That took care of the roaches for the most part, we thought. One month later, a little roaches started appearing, I guess from roach eggs that weren't killed by the spray, or roaches that escaped. The house has been vacant for renovations. I then called Aries several times to come out and respray ,which of course we would pay for again. I left messages several times, and no one ever called back. I am giving them the extra star for coming out within that 30-day period and respraying it no charge, 2 stars is because no one ever called me back after several messages were left. read more

These people are great. They repaired all of the entrance holes, set up traps, and gave us a 12 month warranty. When we found a rodent had died in the attic after they had sealed the house, they came immediately to remove it and ensure they were no other dead rodents nor that any of the hole repairs had been breached. Honestly, I picked Aries partly because of the name (Ares was the Greek God of War, so why wouldn't I pick them!?) and part due to the honestly and upfront-ness when I asked for a quote. Our technician (bless his soul because I was having a stressful morning) showed up early but took care of everything. I could see him clean/check for nests and such outside while I was working. He spoke to my partner who had concerns about buggy boys coming from our shower drain. We've seen a few buggy boys in the house since but this is to be expected since they're being flushed out. There was a huge (okay probably not huge, but still scary) spider near the front door and he's now dead & gone. Also, no scorpions which is a heavy plus. I hate those guys. Being a new homeowner is stressful and to not have to worry about buggy boys puts my mind at ease. Thank you. See yall in 3 months :) read more

I had birds nesting in a hard to reach spot. Joey came out, verified that there were no babies in the nest, removed it and sealed up the access. He also did a quick termite inspection since I have had problems in the past, and since it was the first one and I didn't need documentation, it was complimentary. I had four ants dare to trespass into my house so obviously I hired a hit man to send an appropriate message. Aries was incredibly fast with a response to a quote, was able to come out literally over Memorial Day weekend, I said no because I wasn't going to be home, and was able to manage everything without me having to make a single phone call which is great as my millennial self hates talking on the phone. I got confirmation texts that they would be here today at 1pm but may not arrive until 2pm, cool no problem. Homie knocked on my door at 1258pm and was masked up and ready to go. He sprayed outside first, was super cautious around the small vegetable gardens scattered about, and then came inside. I feel awful because I was stuck on a phone call working so I couldn't do anything or talk with him but he just went about with the spraying. He was here and gone so quickly, I had to make sure I wasn't hallucinating the whole thing with my sister who was also working in the office. Nope real. Pricing: fair and reasonable based on the other quotes I received Communication: clear and concise, through text (love that for me) Courtesy: masked up without me asking and while I was being the worst because I couldn't hang up on my work call, he didn't seem to take it personally. Effectiveness: unknown at this point as it has been ten minutes since the house was sprayed. I expect good things thoughh. 100/10 would recommend and if I weren't planning on moving, I would have them come out quarterly which was a better deal. read more

Did a thorough job of spraying inside and out and got rid of a giant spider sleeping outside a bedroom window. They were fast and reliable.

Found termites during a bathroom renovation. Came out same day, treated the area on the spot then offered a reasonable treatment plan.

Used them for terminate control. They did the trenching to put termiticide. While trenching, they broke the irrigation pipes in many many places. I fixed broken PVC pipes in three places and every time I think this is the last one, there is more. They did the trenching by hand using an axe. They knew they are breaking the irrigation while trenching. If it is just one place, I would have considered it as an honest mistake. They have broken, the PVC pipes in many many places. They treated the irrigation pipe as, you are on my way, I am going to break through you!!. Hope they will be careful next time. read more
