I absolutely loved working with the team at Aries! Their customer service team was prompt and courteous. We were able to schedule something quickly, which was a big plus. The Technician who came to work on our property was so friendly and took time to explain everything. We recently moved from an urban area to a home that has a yard. All of this is very new but they were transparent and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Aries to anyone looking for a pest control service in Austin! read more

Really great experience with Aries today. We had a major carpenter ant infestation manifest itself over the weekend (found dozens in our bathroom on Sunday). They took my call that afternoon and were over within 24hrs to assist us. Their team followed social distancing protocol and were super communicative and put us at ease. We ended up springing for the mosquito lawn treatment bc it looks like these things are never going away in Texas. We'll definitely use their services again! read more

We have had a wonderful experience with Aries Pest Control. They are very Covid compliant and as a family with several at-risk members, it made us feel so much safer! They were always wearing masks & appropriately, no dick-noses! lol This was our first time having them come out to treat an issue and it couldn't have been easier! Their prices are very affordable & that makes it so much better! read more

Awesome employees! Affordable, efficient & professional! Definitely would recommend. They are quick to respond. I had to have them come back to check something out and they were more than happy to assist and come back to o my house a second time. read more

We just began service with Aries. Once again, Yelp did not disappoint. I was a bit skeptical about the "environmentally friendly" products - but they are working well. We had an opportunity to see how they handled follow up calls in between (some ants in the kitchen). That was scheduled promptly - very impressed with the service. Highly recommend. read more

We have no issues since Aries has taken care of our Pest Control Services at our place of business & their prices are very reasonable compared to others in our area. The technicians I have met have all been so friendly & helpful, so much so that some of us even utilize their services at our own homes. Aries is great! You can't go wrong in choosing them! read more

Matthew was right on time and went right to work. He was very thorough , asked lots of questions, was very professional and did a great job.

Thank you, Kevin, and the Aries Pest Control team for helping seal some bird entry points in my house. Scheduling was easy and arrived the next day promptly. Fair and competitive pricing, and overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend Aries for all your pest control needs. read more

Found termites during a bathroom renovation. Came out same day, treated the area on the spot then offered a reasonable treatment plan.

Quick and easy and now dead. The Terminator showed up when they said and charged the amount they said they would.

Basically a perfect experience. *They responded to my request in maybe 5 minutes and provided me with an estimate that was way lower than the only other company that responded. *The appointment was next day and he arrived on time with a heads-up before he came. *The guy checked my entire yard for other ground wasp infestations and took care of a couple of fire ant mounds. Easy peasy. The young man was also nice, polite and explained things. read more

This is a Wonderful company!! Super-responsive, extremely professional, excellent service and value, personable and professional staff ALWAYS. I highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control services. We have used them for a long time. They got rid of the dreaded roof rats when other companies quoted a small fortune to do so. Aries was extremely reasonable with exceptional follow up and didn't stop until our problems were resolved. We absolutely endorse all services offered. The owner Kevin is a rare guy who really cares about customer satisfaction, and that carries through with all employees as well. You can't go wrong calling Aries Pest Control. read more

These guys are fantastic. They were immediately responsive and were able to squeeze me in same day despite them having a full schedule. Kevin was super knowledgeable and friendly. I needed ant and wasp control really badly this year and because of COVID-19 there were a lot of businesses that wouldn't come out. Not only did they come make it but they all wear masks and took care of the problem with 2 applications. The owner is one who comes out and sprays and he's such a friendly guy and makes sure the area is completely done. On top of the regular extermination they also have a yard spray for mosquitoes and with having a pool it's definitely needed and worked like a charm! My son is a mosquito magnet and they've left him alone completely since the first application. Thank you for such great service! read more

I contacted Aries for some needed pest control services, along with other providers that I was also considering. However, having used Aries in the past with positive results, I decided to go with them again. And as before, they were responsive, thorough, and professional. During their service they provide continuing follow-up visits to ensure pest removal is absolute and final, before sealing all entry points to ensure no further entry. Any questions or concerns relative to their service were addressed and resolved in a very timely, courteous, and professional manner. As such, I am particularly impressed with their exceptional customer service. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future. read more

Nima from Aries Pest Control was very prompt in his response, flexible, and not pushy at all with the services. I had a wasp nest issue and ant mound that they got rid of, plus the exterior pest control service. Their service has automated schedule notification and automated invoice that they sent to my phone. They came on time and were very respectful with wearing masks and followed the instructions well. I didn't catch their names as it was contact-free because of pandemic, but they left a card with Kevin Shape on it. I'm happy with their service. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Aries. I've been using them for more than a year and they do a great job with regular spraying for pests. And they've really helped me out when I've had critters get into the walls. They sealed up all the entry points once the critters left and they come back to check traps whenever needed. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is secure. Joey has been our primary technician and he is excellent and always has a great attitude. They make it easy to do business with them!! read more

Kevin gave top notch service and him and his son are super nice. Came in with a reasonable estimate/ price and has truly been helpful throughout the process! I will be using them for all my pest/critter control needs moving forward! read more

Customer service and good work ethics are not a thing of the past. There are still quality companies and great people who work for them. Kevin was very thorough in his explaining of the process for treating our subterranean termite infestation that was very extensive. I don't like or appreciate pushy sales people so it was refreshing to have a normal conversation that was matter of fact and not pushy. The night before the scheduled treatment my wife had reservations. I texted Kevin and he answered all our questions and put my wife's mind at ease. In addition to Kevin coming out to perform the treatment Matthew came first to do the trenching around the perimeter of the house and also the treatment inside the house. He was extremely polite and respectful - again, characteristics that are harder to find today but still do exist. :). Definitely recommend Aries for your termite extermination needs. read more

I had Kevin come out while back because I heard noises in my attic. He left traps with pheromones. I recently noticed a smell coming from the attic and called Kevin - he came out the next day and removed a dead rodent from my attic. Amazingly, he also managed to get rid of the odor! In addition, he does a pest control treatment for my yard that includes fleas and mosquitoes - I feel safe going outside now - and letting my dogs outside - to enjoy the yard. Kevin is professional and conscientious and a nice guy. He also wore a mask and was very polite. I will definitely use his service again and again! read more

There were small flying insect swarming my kitchen window after the last big rain. Someone told me they might be termites, so I quickly made an appointment with Aries Pest Control. The guys came as scheduled, took a look around my house, and said there were no termites. They were extremely courteous and friendly, and I was so relieved to get an honest perspective. And those small flying insects? Just moths. Phew! Thank you Aries Pest Control!!!! read more

This is the first time I've used pest control and Aries is great. They are well organized, prompt and fantastic customer service. We have an ant problem located at our 2nd floor front bedroom. He sprayed, laid traps and returned a week later to make sure that the little buggers don't return. I highly recommend Aries pest services. read more

Great job being thorough and quick. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use their service s again.

Aries responded promptly and was professional. I am happy with their service

Aries Pest Control was one of the first companies to respond to my search. Their quote was very reasonable, and they visited my home to treat it a couple of days later. One treatment wasn't quite enough to eliminate the problem completely, so they returned a week later, all covered by the initial quote. I particularly appreciated how Tony took his time to chat with me about what the treatment would involve and how the critters might have entered my home in the first place. I would definitely rehire Aries should the problem come back (which will hopefully be never). read more
