I've had a great experience with Atex and highly recommend their annual subscription service. Over…read morethe past several visits, Doug G, Carlos R, and Jeffrey R have each come to my home for either quarterly maintenance or targeted treatments, and they've all been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. One thing I really appreciated was that they identified a honey bee colony on my property. Instead of simply treating it, they let me know so I could have the bees safely rehomed before they started producing honey inside my walls. That level of care and attention really stood out. The quarterly exterior treatments have been well worth it for me. Wasps and ants are a recurring issue around my home, so keeping up with regular service has made a big difference. If I have a specific problem between visits, like a wasp nest, they're quick to come out and take care of it. Most of what I need is included in the annual service. Mosquito treatment is an additional charge, but that's separate from the standard plan. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary interior treatments when there aren't any issues. Their pricing is competitive, and their payment and scheduling system is excellent. It's easy to manage appointments, and they're very responsive by text whenever I have a question or need service. Overall, I've been very happy with Atex and would definitely recommend them.

I asked him many questions throughout the treatment, and he patiently answered every one of them with clear explanations. What also impressed me was watching him train a newer technician while working. He explained not only what to do, but how and why, while still keeping the job moving efficiently. Another thing that really stood out was Ramone's attitude. He genuinely enjoys his work, and that positive energy carries into the workplace and makes the experience pleasant for everyone around him -- including the customer. He told me that he really enjoys the process of doing his job, and after watching him work, I can understand why he does it so well. Stride was not the lowest estimate I received, but after seeing the quality of the work, I feel I got what I paid for. If I need termite service again in the future, I would definitely come back to Stride. Excellent work, Ramone!

Well, it's been one year later. The good news is that the carpenter ants are gone, although they…read moredid briefly come back between treatments, but they have not made a reappearance since. I do not see any more termite activity either. So the big question is, was it worth the cost? Well that depends on your finances and whether you can spare the $53+ monthly charge for 4 annual visits. We decided to cancel after a year to cut back on some expenses. And as I mentioned in the previous review, you'll get a text, which gives you the opportunity to also leave review and a tip. Overall, the service did what it was supposed to. They can also come out to do a single treatment which we will keep in mind.

They followed instructions meticulously and E never got ill. Very grateful. Pricing is very comparable, and I think the service is actually better than anyone else in the area. Maybe I'm biased? They offer complementary touch ups in between quarterly services which is fantastic. If I see a bug in my house, it's most likely dead. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I haven't looked closely into just how safe the chemicals are but I'm placing my trust in this company. Beats a conventional exterminator, I suppose. We've only had them spray inside once (first visit) and it didn't smell toxic. What I really appreciated when I first reached out to them is that the owner talked to me himself. He took the time to explain everything and patiently answer all my questions. I also liked how they offered a complimentary vulnerability assessment during the initial visit. Basically looked around the exterior of the home and noted potential areas where bugs can enter. It wasn't extremely thorough but for a free service that essentially works against them, it was pretty helpful. The techs are always really nice and easy to talk to.
