We decided to switch Pest Control Companies and EvoFoam was recommended to us. I'll say they did not disappoint. The price was reasonable (They offer 3 packages offering different levels of service). The Service tech Damian was great. He spent a lot of time with us doing a very thorough treatment ( even the curbside garbage cans) explained everything he was doing, and the reasoning behind it. This was very welcome versus our prior Pest Control Company that was recommended by our builder who would charge us the same amount EvoFoam did and do 1/3 the service. Sometimes never showing up. Aaron came by to inspect the poops in my water heater closet located in my garage. He inspected the poops with his hand and held up close to him, then he went up to the attic to look for signs of active rodent activities. He honestly told me there are no signs of rodent activities but gecko. So glad I found this company! First let me say that this is by far, the best customer service we have received from a pest control company. They were very communicative, they showed up on time, and they put my wife completely at ease. Having someone go through your home to do a needed service is always a little uncomfortable, but Damian and company were very friendly, very respectful, and answered all of her questions. They were very thorough as well. I purposely neglected to tell them about some wasp nests that were not very obvious to see if they would miss them. When I see Jake from Evofoam get out of the truck, I know he will do a top-tier job. I do not feel I have to follow Jake around or check to make sure things were done properly. If I am here he checks back in before he leaves and lets me know what he found, the condition of the bait boxes, if they needed to be filled, and any suggestions he has to keep my place pest free. This is especially important to me as I AirBnB the house. Not only is Jake protecting my home but he is also protecting my business and my status as an Airbnb Super host. We've been with Evofoam for 2.5 years, and they are excellent. We had a couple of issues with ants at our last house, and they came out the next day and within an hour the trail was gone and did not return. They are very professional and friendly. Wow! Damien, Aaron, and Jake are awesome! We started monthly service in May and they got rid of scorpions, red ants, and other pests in our country farmhouse. We have a red wasp problem and they have come out multiple times to treat the house and nests to get rid of them. They have lots of different treatment ideas, come within 24 hours and we are impressed with their quick service, friendly attitudes and great customer service. EVO foam pest control is family owned but runs like a high tech machine ! First of all you are automatically texted & emailed your scheduled service about 3-4 days in advance and changing via email or the phone is easy. They have a "customer portal" that allows you to see all of your past services, pay your bill via credit card and get the details of EVERY product used that day, including amount of each & it's EPA #, as well as a list of the pests targeted & locations treated. Since the product is foam you get a concentrated application instead of regular liquid spray that is applied less accurately, can dissipate in heat & wind and spatter onto your patio furniture, grill, windows, etc. The best thing is that you have the same technician for every visit. In our case, Bob knows that I want a 30 minute warning so I can get my dogs out to potty, I want extra on the side by my trash cans & empty lot and all the other picky things. He is very thorough and ALWAYS on time. He works around me when I'm moving junk away from where he needs to spray and forgetting to open the garage, etc. What a great team !! read more
