This is the anniversary of me moving into my home and I am reminiscing about the HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I had using Easy Relocation LLC...they were late, damaged my ceiling attempting to move an wardrobe, and never completed the job. I had gotten an estiment mos .in advance paid almost $800.00 in sec. deposit. I was pressured for 2 mos. to give them a moving date , which I did ,not completely sure if it was going to be 4-1 or 5-1 The packers showed up on the 20th ,after the move and unpacking ,I discovered things where broken , damaged or missing . I have an antique washstand that was given to me by a friend that recently passed away.The two bolts that hold the mirror on the washstand have just vanished. I unpacked everything checking very carefully looking for the 2 bolts. I remember seeing the packer wrapping the mirror in paper, I found the mirror shoved on top of a limited edition lamp lighter santa (Lenox) ,the lamp was broken and now will not light.(leaving it worthless ,also a gift from same deceased person. I have tried to see if 3 hard wear stores may have bolts ,or something similar to replace the bolts that were lost. NO LUCK so the wash stand is also useless .Then to add insult to engery 2 days before the move the sales rep. emails me in rush ,asking me to please call them .When I call I am asked if I can move my moving date to the 3rd or 4 of the mo. After I had given notice of move , set up people to help with them taking time off from work ect. My reply absolutely not from that point on it was complete downhill. On the first 0f April , the movers show up The first thing I am met with is the foreman as he called his self ,telling me I have to pay for all packing materials ,boxes, paper wrapping , bobble wrap ect. I had a contract of all inclusive I showed him the contract , and it took another 30 to 45 mins of back and forth about the contract , until I got the sales rep. on the phone.O lets talk about the phone . Every time I looked one of the 3 movers were on the phone. The so called foreman seemed to have it growing to his ear.( padding there time for more money)By 12 pm two friends had showed up to take a few personal things in cars . They could not believe how little had been loaded onto truck. So we packed there cars , and in 20 mins they left ,not living more then 10 mins away ,3 hours later I called them to let them know that I had been told by foremen they would be wrapped up in 20 mins .They came back and about 3.30 pm we finally head to new location. My friend's and I arrive 20 to 30 mins before the movers Then there is the ordeal of there truck not fitting under the garage entrance another 20 mins lost .Then there is the time where the foremen tells me he will not unload until I pay , I reply the move is not finished. There again is another 20 mins of debate, until I give him my credit card. By this point it is close to 4 pm ,I reserved the service elevator from 12 pm to 5 pm which I had explained at the very beginning of this day from HELL. Seemed that knowledge is what caused the foremen and the movers to just drag out the day . (BTW6 years ago I moved into the place I was moving from now, and the entire move took 8 hrs total . that is with those movers having to deal with two flights of stairs) O also BTW these movers decided to unpack furniture that had been packed ,unwrap things that had been wrapped , and then rewrap . empty drawers that I had been told did not need to be emptied ,The movers 6 yrs ago never emptied any drawers and managed just fine. It was anything they could do to prolong this move ,make more hrs of work to pad time for more money. As they moved furniture into new place I was seeing more and more damage. Broken legs off of furniture ,that later had to be just thrown away, absolutely no way to fix .Dinning room table is looking as if a knife fight happened on top of it .dents , sketches ,sofa turn down one pillow ,night stand looks as if it was just thrown off truck 6 yr old $7000.00 bedroom set looks like it is 100 yrs old .bed frame missing bolts .What was once a very study bedframe now just warbles and is very lose They continue to add unsigned charges to credit card small claims court and a lawyer is on its way more to te read more

I had a terrible experience with this company. The worst relocation company that I've experienced. Unprofessional. Charged my credit card multiple times. Disrespectful and a all-around terrible interaction. The manager and the movers are rude and con artist. read more

This company showed up as a contractor from the original moving company I contracted with. Had no idea my company would use a second party to move my furniture. They tried to charge for parking fees, extra stairs, and claim I had hundreds of cubic feet more than I actually have. The quote for my my move was a little over 2k and now they are charging a ransom wanting cash via Venmo totaling over 9k. I am touch with the DOT and MD Attorney General as well as a contractual arbitrator-everyone ruling in my favor. I will be suing as soon as they accept the ransom and I get my furniture or I show up with the Montgomery county sheriff as I was advised verbally to do by the MD attorney generals office, to obtain my things! I am also reporting this company to the office of inspector general, DOT. I am requesting an expedited fraud investigation to include Weight Bumping, fraudulent bill of lading, low-ball estimate to lure customers, threatening and withholding the customers' household goods unless they pay more than the legal quoted price, as well as other activities. The owner of this company, Dimitar Kirilov Temelkov, needs to be shut down! He is rude, makes snide and mean inappropriate comments, and should not be allowed to operate any business! We had an awful experience with this mover. They showed up without masks and were unwilling to use ours. They were surly and argumentative about the whole subject. They forced us to reschedule and had the temerity to charge us a $200 rescheduling fee. When the second try at moving came around we had brand new masks for them, but they kept taking them off unless we were right on them to insist. The final price was almost double the estimate even though we provided exact details on what was to be moved. They even tried to charge us the rescheduling fee twice. The only good thing was they managed to move everything and only broke one minor item. Update: After seeing my review they offered to pay me to change the review to five stars. Easy Relocation. June 15, 2022 · Shared with Public They damaged a great deal of my belongings ,padded there time by working extremely slow, and were just over the top rude. At one point the crew leader stated he would just drive off with my belongings . Please read google lowest reviews , and the better business complents. This is a shotty company . It took many ties just to find there legal address. Seems they have several addresses , one being a Regal Cinema . When adsked at the Cinema and surounding complex, seems no one has hard of Easy Relocation.at 199 East Montgomery ave. suit 100 Rockville Md .20850. Plus there is no suit 100. the Phone number they have given as a second addresd ,is not in service. Do not believe them when they say " We value your business , and contact us so we can make things right ' they are a scam company, most of there reviews are fake. When asked about one review that stated they moved a 5 bedroom house in one day ,,,the next day the review was removed. Please please please beware of this co. Do Not Cal Them PLEASE! They attempted to charge my credit card MULTIPLE times! A total of 7 to be exact when trying to pay deposit. After several calls to my bank to resolve the mess I've decided not to move forward with this company. My response from the Manager Adam was "we need a better system". **BEWARE** This move was ANYTHING but EASY! The only reason I'm giving them 1 stars is to spread awareness to others otherwise I'd give them 0 stars. I'm surprised they're still in business but then again, they scam and call themselves a business.. let me explain. I moved within VA not even 10 miles from one place to the new place (1 bedroom) and the cost I was quoted was not the price I ended up with.. it was 3x the amount that I was given. they charge for EVERY little thing. 200$ "Long walk" even from street side, 150$ for "elevator use" even though elevators are the easier vs stairs. They charged me $65 for tape and "other packaging" when ALL of my stuff was already packed/taped etc. ready to go. They charge $65-75$ for "packaging" the TVs when all they do is wrap a broken down single box around the tvs with blanket and tape and call it "upgraded packaging".. HA what a joke. i could've just done that myself. They charged me $169 for an hour wait when this was NOT true at all. These people will scam and add extra charge to your move and then play stupid when the price changed without explanation 3x the original amount and we're almost forcing me to sign the contract like I was crazy for reacting with multiple questions. the movers were smoking on the job, assholes/unprofessional/ and rude when interacting/communicating. One of the guys used my restroom and since everything was packed already, I KNOW for a fact, he did NOT wash his hands. disgusting. I will NEVER recommend or use this "business" again. I had a true nightmare dealing with this company on Saturday June 4th...that left me stranded and with 3 damaged wardrobes and 2 destroyed bed frames and a hole in my basement ceiling. I feel like screaming and crying just thinking of the whole ordeal. Do not use this company if you want quality and professionalism. I contracted a move on May 10th for June 4th had to end up having to rent a hotel and move my own stuff off their truck and my lawn back into my house. I do not know who Dimitri is but he organized this disaster. The movers spent more time calling him than moving my things to the truck.. They clearly did not want to do this job and had another job they wanted to get to!!Tracie the original person I dealt with was very nice and call she could do was apologize. Buyer Beware! The movers went thru my boxes and retaped them with several items missing. They are horrible. Broke my daughters bed and just left the pieces on the floor in her room. Broke down my tiki bar and grill, broke the tile in the process then claimed they couldn't move it and left it in laying in the back yard and refused to put it back together. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Firstly, one of the men kept taking his mask off in my home which i found to be extremely unsafe because they are movers, they go into other peoples homes all day long. Very unsafe! Secondly, they came hours late to my house and i had to keep following up with them. They were Supposed to call me the day before to give me a timeframe and they did not I had to call customer service from a third-party to get the timeframe. Then they let me know that they would be late only once, originally the window was 2-4 they told me they had to push it back to 5-6 and i followed up nearing 6 and they told me 6:30-7 which they came right at 7. Just like that my day was gone waiting around for them. Third, one of the managers told me that disassembling my table would cost me more money when in fact disassembling my furniture and reassembling for that matter was in my contract. He rudely went back and forth with me and I at that moment stopped and told him i would take it up with customer service. I had a terrible experience with this company. Good luck if you use them. Excellent Service! The movers arrived within the time frame promised. They made our long distance move of two apartments quick and easy. Our items were wrapped securely so all of our furniture and boxes arrived completely intact. They were transferred to two different locations. Our items were unloaded and placed neatly in there delivery locations. The movers were polite and accommodating . We will use them again. read more

Do NOT utilize this company for your move. They will bait and switch the price at the last minute. This company is a second party moving company that will nickel and dime you. The movers will bully into a price that is upward. The movers are unprofessional and will berate the customer. After scheduling a move they tried to triple the rate. When asked to leave the movers stood outside of my door, tried to gain entry and would not leave my property. I would advise everyone NOT to do business with this shady company. read more
