The customer service rep from the service center who I spoke to was also very friendly and helpful answering all my questions, the staff I met in person were professional as well. You can make an appointment that works best for you during operation hours. And if you're unsure of a certain date of move in after you reserved, they're pretty flexible to hold it temporarily for you, about a week I think. They're very well with getting back to you when needed. Even though I don't think I'll need it at this time. I would definitely recommend it and try them again in the future.

My payment ran late and rather than letting make one payment I am being forced to make 2 payments even though the second month payment isn't even past its grace period. The site manager says she cannot accept less than 2 months payments now. So I asked for a few more days to pay the 2 months and now they add $200 charge. This company makes money off the fees they force onto customers. It is a scam. The manager did say they would remove the $200 fee if I paid the two months and moved out in 24 hours. So she wanted me to pay for a month I wouldn't be there? Rude. This person does not understand her job only exists from customers. Customer service should be the goal of this company. I will start making arrangements to find another company to work with. Cubesmart does not add additional fees past the late fee. I requested for a district manager to respond and no one responds.
