We had short notice: I had 150 boxes in my brother's basement, and he needed to have his furnace replaced, and my boxes were blocking where the furnace sat. The cost is reasonable. The check in went fine. It took a bit of fiddling on the website to set up everything for my wife. That is user error and not the best user interface. The manager also kept calling me, not her, but that was due to my not having her listed as the emergency contact, due to the foregoing issue. It was all resolved soon enough. I happened to see the manager, Michael, using a broom and dust pan to sweep around the premise. He has been the manager since the first day I started my monthly rental of my storage unit there. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card.
