They have a special where you get the first month free. Now this can mean the first month where you move your junk errr treasures into the place. Or in our case the first full month after you've moved whatever it is into your unit. We chose the latter. You do need to buy their basic insurance to be eligible for this offer, but that's $14. So $14 or $140. It's a no brainer! They have carts to help you transport your... stuff to your locker. 6 carts in total. 4 flat beds and 2 of those carts you tend to see at Lowe's fir transporting lumber. The place is very clean too. Another huge bonus you don't want your... stuff to be stored in a dirty facility do you? Happy so far. Now who wants to buy some gym equipment.

Spoke w a supervisor. He apologized and said they found my container and i would have it delivered on Nov. 18. No container showed on the 18th. Got a voice message that it would be delivered on the 19 due to unforeseen circumstances. Here we are on the 19 and still no container. I call again. Agent said they can't confirm where the container is and it is now scheduled for December 2nd for delivery then he hug up on me. I am sure you can sense my utter frustration and disbelief that a company goes no contact and changes their delivery without any notice or communication. I am now in my new home without my container of belongings for 3 weeks. Very unprofessional. Users beware.

Gave us a time frame of hours and even a possible target time. **Trucking assistant: Kevin was prompt, helpful and professional. He called prior to arrival and was well within his time frame. He gave us the instructions for opening and locking the unit and answered any questions we had. **The POD was deposited where we needed on our driveway with the door opening toward the garage. Cons: **No call the night before delivery **Confusion as to where the truck was coming from; Fredrick, MD or Washington, DC The only issue I have that could have shortened his time with us was if customer service asked in which direction we wanted the door/opening. The POD could have been loaded the requested way verses having to reload it on the truck in the desired direction. FYI - Make sure you read the packing instructions, hints and hacks - the truck does move a bit when it will be picked up for shipping. I believe it will save your precious items any damage or harm if packing is done correctly.

I started renting in february 2024 and my rate has gone up now for the 3rd time. The notice I just…read morereceived gives a new rate that is a 41% increase. I had a leak in my unit twice. The first time the customer service person gave me a plastic sheet and made excuses about the roof construction. I am storing high value art in a climate-controlled unit and I have water dripping onto my work. I was told the problem would be addressed. For a period of time all was well until I came in to find the leak was worse and had drenched my art and the floor of my unit. I was then moved to a new unit and while completing the paperwork the clerk bragged about the number of locations they have, something like more than the number of Taco Bell locations in the US. And I'm thinking, if your company is making that much money, enough for you to brag, then I expect to have a unit with no issues. He then proceeded to ask me to leave a positive review, as if his bragging made my experience any better. I would NOT use this facility again. I'm terminating my contract with them this month.

The property manager on site was complaining about me staying too long in my storage unit when I only spent 1 hr organizing my items and clothes and told me I'm only allowed to be at the storage unit for 20-30 min a day. Then today as I was walking off the property the property manager harassed me telling me I'm banging on his office door with no proof it was me and was definitely racially motivated because he told me it was hard for him to pronounce my name when I first checked in. at this point I refuse to use the bathroom on site due to being harassed everytime I access the storage unit and it being an issue for just renting a storage space wouldn't recommend to anyone I suggest purchasing a U-Haul next door.
