Much better than being at the other end of the show up window. Super polite and professional. Very careful of all your items. Moving blankets and taped or plastic wrap on everything. Hard working and men with a plan. I've done all the homework and went through speaking with many movers and knew I might have the best with AJ. Take my word for it, I could not have found a better operation to trust this 200+ mile move. Many thanks. John L. Germantown MD

Seriously, I could not say enough good things about how Hassan and his team helped me navigate the process of obtaining compensation for damage during shipping. Without a doubt, I will continue to use this business every chance I get. Even though I had purchased insurance, Hassan had the foresight to proactively take pictures of the package as it left his store on the carrier's truck. Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey! The key here is that the service at Postal Place, and just plain old-fashioned thoughtfulness at this business, is a value that I could never have put a price on for my very expensive shipment. Thank you Hassan! I really don't know what I'd have done without you.

Their positive attitude and teamwork really stood out and made the day feel far less stressful. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises at the end. We used Two Men and a Truck for our move in December, and the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. During the move, the crew dropped our couch on our hardwood floor, causing several scratches. We were assured that someone would come out to assess the damage and make things right. A few weeks later, a flooring technician inspected the damage and determined that one of the scratches was too deep to repair properly. He explained that the damaged flooring would need to be replaced, but because an exact color match was unlikely, he recommended sanding and refinishing the entire floor to ensure a consistent appearance. Two Men and a Truck refused to follow the flooring professional's recommendation. Instead, they sent someone else to simply apply stain to the scratches. The flooring technician had specifically advised against this approach, and the result was exactly what he predicted--the scratches looked even worse. Applying stain to a deep gouge does not repair the damage. After that, the company refused to acknowledge the issue and eventually stopped returning our calls and messages altogether. To make matters worse, this entire process dragged on for nearly five months without a resolution. Accidents happen, and we understand that. What is unacceptable is the way this company handled the damage afterward. They ignored the recommendations of their own flooring professionals, failed to properly address the problem, and ultimately stopped communicating with us. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. They showed little concern for our property, customer service, or their reputation.

They showed up on moving day with a truck that wasn't big enough for all of our belongings. The staff stated that someone should have come out beforehand to do an in-person inventory, but no one ever did. We had to pick and choose what we wanted moved, which resulted in us having to rent a U-Haul and move the rest ourselves. They then proceeded to drop our couch on the hardwood floors in our new home. They did send a flooring contractor out a couple of weeks later to replace the floor, but he was unable to match the wood and made his recommendations. Two Men and a Truck did not want to pay to fix it properly and instead sent someone else out to throw some stain on the hardwood floors. Even that contractor said he did not recommend doing that, and it honestly made the floor look worse. You can't put stain over a deep gouge in hardwood flooring and expect it to look better. The floor needed to be replaced. This entire process took almost five months, and now they will not answer any of our calls or messages. We have pictures and messages from the flooring company documenting everything. I will make sure I leave a review everywhere I can because of their terrible customer service. Please use someone else if you want both you and your belongings to be treated with respect!
