Not only were they so helpful and transparent about getting me a truck right then and there, but they made sure my previous contract with Food World was voided so I wouldn't get charged twice. We had short notice: I had 150 boxes in my brother's basement, and he needed to have his furnace replaced, and my boxes were blocking where the furnace sat. The cost is reasonable. The check in went fine. It took a bit of fiddling on the website to set up everything for my wife. That is user error and not the best user interface. The manager also kept calling me, not her, but that was due to my not having her listed as the emergency contact, due to the foregoing issue. It was all resolved soon enough. The interior common space was clean and tidy. I have no complaints.

I went back to my storage unit on November 2, 2023. I found the premise to be super clean. Not a single piece of trash. I happened to see the manager, Michael, using a broom and dust pan to sweep around the premise. He has been the manager since the first day I started my monthly rental of my storage unit there. He has done a superb job managing the Public Storage at the 807 South Frederick Ave., Gaithersburg location.

Honest on delivery and pickup scheduling. Honest about where/how we could save money. Our items were delivered w/o issue. Nothing lost. Nothing broken. Our driver was in constant communication with us as to when he would be arriving at both our old and new homes. The office was a bit out of sync but the driver kept us in the loop... and he was spot on. If you're looking to contract for a stress free (or less stress) mover, Moyer is about the closest you're going to get. Everyone at Moyer was helpful and cheerful. These guys know their stuff.
