My drink was great! I got the passion fruit Chile margarita. It was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. To eat, I got the Baja fish taco and the spicy California roll. I enjoyed both. I really liked the sauce on the fish taco and the fish was fried well and came out hot. The spicy California roll was good too. I'd definitely come back again for happy hour. Happy hour review. My wife and I came with our little one during happy hour one of the weekdays. They provided a table attachable seat which was nice, made watching the baby simple. We got a couple cocktails each and thought they were good. I got an equivalent espresso martini and I think the lychee cocktail, and both I would recommend. For food I got the sticky ribs, wife got the pasta which comes with chorizo, and we got a sushi roll. I thought the ribs and pasta were great, sushi were was good but nothing amazing in my opinion. I went to Earls twice this week -- Saturday and Monday. While the food was good both times, the service was unfortunately terrible on both visits. What should have been about an hour and a half dinner turned into almost two hours because of the slow and inattentive service. We waited close to 15 minutes before our server even came to the table to take our order. We specifically asked for our appetizers to come out first, but they ended up arriving at the same time as our entrees. To make matters worse, our waitress barely checked on us during the meal, which then delayed us getting the check and being able to leave. The restaurant also wasn't very crowded on either occasion, so the poor service was even more disappointing. If I could give Earl's 0 stars, I would. I went there today, Mother's Day 2026, with my family, a party of 9. I'd made our reservation about 3 weeks ago and when we arrived, I was pleased with the decor and lighting of the restaurant. I didn't love the very loud, booming disco music. When they brought us out to our table, it turned out to be 2 separate tables. We requested to have the tables pushed together. They said they couldn't do that because the tables were bolted to the floor. There was no attempt to accommodate us. Yet not too long after we were seated, I saw the staff slide 2 tables together for a party the same size as ours. When our waitress came over for our drink orders, she spent several min taking my 25 yr old daughter's order and more time taking my husband's and my young sister-in-law's order. So, on Mother's Day, she took my order and my mother-in-law's order last. The waitress who brought our drink orders spilled my husband's entire mimosa. It landed on him, the table, and the floor. She, like the rest of the wait staff, was very young and very good looking. And the waitress who spilled the drink was wearing a low-cut top and a very short skirt. I was surprised to see her actually shove her cleavage at my husband as she helped mop up the sticky drink from the table. It was weird. And it was striking how the entire wait staff was unusually attractive and dressed very seductively. Before going to this place, I had the impression it was family friendly. Instead, the booming music made it impossible to hear each other, and staff looked like they were hired for Hooters. Another interesting aspect of our visit was the balloons they'd set up as Mother's Day decor. Pretty, right? Yes, they were. But minutes after we were seated, the balloons started popping. First it was 1. A few minutes later, another. This continued at random intervals more than half the time we were there. And it all sounded like gun shots. Really terrifying. And someone in our group asked salt and pepper six times, but never got it, someone else ordered sour cream a few times, and never got it, and several people had coffee, but never got spoons to stir it. Then the bill came. My husband had ordered steak and eggs with a 4 oz steak. He was charged $55. My brother in law had ordered the same dish with a 6 oz steak and was $charged just $19. When I approached the manager, and explained some of our issues (left out the cleavage and the bursting balloons), she proceeded to comp our entire meal, which was around $330. While I felt that was fair and I appreciate that she did that, I would still never return to this restaurant. read more

I have eaten at Earls with family and friends on multiple occasions. On this Mother's Day visit, everything was going well - good server (forgot a couple of things), very nice host and ambiance was pleasing. We started our meal with 2 appetizers and cocktails. I ordered a second cocktail and a short while later, a guy (not our server - maybe a floor manager??) comes to our table, leans down to me and says "So you're getting "drunk" for Mother's Day?" At first I couldn't believe my ears so I said "What?" and he repeated it. I was so much in shock that I couldn't believe what he said. We are African-American and so is he. So, at first I contributed the comment to him thinking he had license to joke with a "sista". He certainly would not have said this to any other ethnicity. Then I started to get upset. His comment was constantly on my mind so it ruined the rest of my meal - which included the most expensive steak on the menu. Our meal for 2 people, including tip, was just little under $400.00. Thinking back, there are several actions I should have taken at the time. But, I didn't and that's my mistake. But, I can tell you that I will not be visiting Earls again and when its recommended we eat there I will suggest going elsewhere. If it weren't for that one incident, I would have rated Earl's as a 4 star. I could address each food item, but instead, I just say that the food was Good. But, it was not Excellent. I recently made the trek back over with some friends after many years of not visiting and it did not disappoint. As a group of 6 we were able to be seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered the truffle fries and avocado/corn dip as appetizers, both were very good. I grabbed a deluxe burger without bacon and it was delicious. The burger was juicy and had the right amount of sauce. I also tried the Italian Spritz mocktail and really enjoyed it. Our waiter was super knowledgeable and made a point of being very careful about the allergies at the table, asking about the severity and making sure to note it for consideration across all the food being ordered. Overall I think this is a great place, it's just too bad it took way too long to get our food. Even the people who sat down after us got their food and finished before us. Considering 2 out of 3 of our dishes were cold dishes I find it unacceptable. Amazing service at this Earl Kitchen + Bar location. Ambience is friendly and sophisticated decorated with 2 bars at the restaurant. There are ample parking spaces and someone did have us a tip to park on level P2 for direct access to Earl's. Our servers name was David and he was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable on the menu along with drink selections, throughout our evening, David was very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thank you David! The hostess was so helpful and was able to accommodate us. I had a Moscow Mule which was standard. I had the Truffle Fries and Street Corn with Avacado Dip and totlrtilla chips. The dip was amazing. There was bits of feta chips and thin slices pickled red onion and sweet corn kernels throughout. I was thinking, whatever guacamole this is, it's AMAZING. Our waitress was excellent. The dessert was also delicious, the textured and flavors of each component blended so well. However, the service was definitely lacking. My party waited 15-20 ish minutes for our dessert to come out as well as the check and a box. The only reason this is a 4 and not a 3 star review is because the managers were very helpful and they seemed a bit understaffed.
