I love Earls Kitchen and Bar! The restaurant is conveniently located in the open seating area of the Tyson's corner mall. It has elegant decor and the restaurant is overall visually pleasing. My party and I were sat and we were greeted by our server. Our server was amazing! He took the time to talk about specials and was super nice! For food, I ordered the pesto pasta which was absolutely delicious! It is now my favorite dish and I have to go back. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely come back.

The weekend happy hour brought us in as we were looking for somewhere near the beltway to meet up with some friends for a light dinner as they passed through the area. The happy hour menu is expansive! We got the Crispy Birria Tacos, Nashville Crispy Chicken + Pickle Skewers, Sticky Korean Ribs, Charred Corn + Avocado Dip, Crispy Rice Sushi, and Szechuan Shrimp + Pork Dumplings. I had everything except the seafood, but everything I sampled was of the same high quality and very tasty. Each dish was plenty for four people to split. The only downside was the service. The servers were taking care of tables all over the restaurant, not just in a single section, so it took a while to flag down our server for the bill and to correct a billing error.

Okay, I've been to Earls a couple of times now and overall, I really like it. My boyfriend and I decided to eat and have drinks at the bar to the left of the entrance instead of sitting in the middle of the restaurant and I'm glad we did. The main dining area can get super busy, lively and loud, but this section was dimly lit, a little more tucked away and just had a much better vibe for us. Our bartender Aaron was awesome! Super friendly, attentive and made really good drinks. The food was good as well and consistent with my prior visits. Nothing overly complicated here. Good food, good drinks and a nice atmosphere depending on where you sit. I would definitely recommend giving Earls a try if you're in/near the Tyson's area.

Earls Kitchen & Bar is located 2nd floor near the metro. There's outdoor tables for when the weather is nice and they also have an enclosed outside dining as well. Food was very good albeit a little pricier but understandable due to its location and being a more upscale restaurant. Service was excellent as well. Great place for happy hour and good food!

This place is very inconsistent, hit or miss. I have been here a few years times and had a decent experience at the bar with the bartenders giving great service and drinks. This time i decided to try again on a Sunday afternoon. The bartender Aaron was great, very friendly and attentive despite being busy on the rail. His drinks were great! We had oysters which were fresh and on happy hour price from 3-6. However i ordered some food to go and when i got home i discovered the chicken was not cooked all the way, still raw. Also i observed the other bartender lining the sugar on cups using her thumb, which i thought was unsanitary. Overall from my experiences here they are not good when crowded and the food is inconsistent. They are a good spot for a few drinks at the bar before you go somewhere else.

We came here for their happy hour. I really enjoyed the truffle fries and Korean ribs. Both were freshly cooked and very tasty. The one thing I didn't like was that no one ever refilled our water, so I eventually had to walk up to the bartender to ask for some.

The restaurant is part of the Tysons Mall complex. I don't get up there enough so finding the restaurant was a bit of a challenge since I decided to park in a garage attached to the mall. The food and service were worth the trouble though. I had a sparkling lemonade with peach flavor and the Cajun blackened chicken as the entree. I wiped my plate clean it was so good. The staff knew that our group had come there to celebrate a few of our birthdays so they gave us a couple of complimentary desserts. The crème brûlée cheesecake was fantastic. Now that I know how to get to the restaurant I'd definitely go back.

I've been coming to Earls since 2017, and it's rare for a place to keep the same spark it had when you first discovered it, but Earls is definitely one of those places. From the decor and music to the service and food, everything is consistently top notch. Whether you're there for a business meeting, a quick bite, happy hour with friends, a date night, or a celebration, Earls fits every occasion, and I've done all of the above here. If you're planning to go Friday through Sunday, definitely make a reservation because it does get packed. They also have one of the best happy hours in town, so it's absolutely worth checking out. Can't wait to be back!

First time dining in Earl's in Tysons. Great restaurant, nice ambiance and feels upscale. Food tasted great and had surprisingly good portion sizes. The Crispy Sushi with Salmon is a must order for an appetizer. Our server was Mal, she was great and very friendly. Mal was able to remember everything we asked for and always made sure we doing okay. I'm not sure if my menu was missing a page but there was barely a cocktail menu, so it would be nice if they had more offerings. But other than that it was a great dinner experience and I will be coming back. I would love to try the Happy Hour offerings.

One of my favorite upscale spots in Tysons! This place consistently delivers on food, service, and overall vibe. The menu is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality makes it worth it. Standout favorites for me over time include the sushi + steak appetizer, the truffle tortellini, the spicy Calabrian pasta, and really any of the burgers. Special shoutout to the ahi tuna, which they do well in multiple forms: poke bowls, tacos, and appetizers. Service is typically attentive and efficient, which adds to the experience. The only downside is parking...it can be a bit tricky. There is free parking in the adjacent lot, but spots are often hard to find. They do offer validation for the paid garage, which is helpful. Overall, a great go to for a nicer night out with consistently solid food and atmosphere.

Had a another great brunch at Earls Kitchen + Bar last Sunday. The space has a really fun, lively vibe while still feeling comfortable enough to relax and enjoy a long meal. We love the eclectic menu. There are so many interesting options and something for everyone. Yas was our server and she was wonderful. Friendly, attentive, and always seemed to appear right when we needed something. The food was excellent. We tried the new seafood platter, which was fresh and beautifully presented, and the Korean Bibimbap was off the chain. So much flavor. Jessie (I think that was his name) the manager on duty, also took the time to help us when we mentioned we are thinking about hosting our daughter's graduation party there. He made sure we got the name of the event coordinator so we can start planning. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back again.

I gave Earl's a shot for a random date and there were some highs and lows. Ambiance: The outdoor patio seating was great. They have a few tables with umbrellas for cover during the day and even some lighting for nights. Food: The steak and sushi combo was interesting. The sirloin bites were small, but good, the sushi was mid - just not enough tuna on the crispy tuna rice and not enough flavor. The pesto spaghetti (Shrimp and Scallop Spaghettini) was good, but came with only two shrimp and a handful of the smallest scallops I've ever been served. The salmon entree was cooked well. Drinks: The cocktails were the highlight of the night. Several good margarita and martini variations on the menu that were perfect for the weather. Service: This was the worst part of the meal. Our server seemed to be frazzled the whole night. Twice during the meal we had our drinks delivered to the wrong table. The manager verbally apologized, but took nothing off the bill. It wasn't just our table though - we saw several of our server's tables get the wrong food or drinks. It also took a really long time to get water refilled at the table which was an issue in the heat. Verdict: 6/10. If they ironed out the kinks with service and dropped their prices by 10% on select dishes (tiny sirloin bites and subpar crispy tuna rice for almost $50 is madness), they would probably be an 8/10. I'll probably give them one more try and just avoid some dishes.

Went to Earls one evening to celebrate a friends birthday. We walked in and were greeted warmly and taken to our table. The restaurant had two dining areas one with more formal seating and one with higher bench style seating. We opted for the bench style seating as that area had a more casual vibe with TVs and music. Our waitress was super attentive and very helpful. She also made a great effort to ensure that the birthday boy felt celebrated. She out candles in the cake he ordered and a cute topper on his drink! That attention to detail was much appreciated! And as a cherry on top, she made great suggestions! For food, we started with the truffle parm fries which were a great appetizer for the table. For main course, I got a truffle tortellini and it was delicious! Everyone at our table loved their entree. The only downside about this restaurant are its prices. I think given the meal, plating, and creativity, I think it's a little expensive. For 6 people our bill was well over $400 which is a bit much in my opinion for a casual Friday dinner. Overall though a nice gem in the Tyson's area.

I cannot praise enough the high tea at the Ritz Carlton. We gave my daughter a bridal tea shower,…read moreand it was so amazing all because of the staff ! I will say the restaurant is elegant and beautiful, and the food was savory and sweet just amazing, but it is the staff who went above and beyond to make the high tea memorable. This is my third bridal shower. I have given at the Ritz Carlton in Tyson's corner, and I would go no other place. Let me start out by mentioning a few exceptional people. I started planning this in the beginning of the year and Sriram Hariharan is one of the most giving, caring and supportive person I know. He put me in touch with all the right resources. He would follow up to see how things are going. I would say his detail to customer service and experience is exceptional. Next is Rohit Ray who assisted every step of the way helping me with my attendee numbers , the set up design and more. He was there throughout the whole party. Rohit's kindness and grace that is unwavering. Finally, our server Astrid. She oversaw my last shower in January and I know we were in good hands when I saw her last Saturday. she is truly A+. She made sure the event went smoothly. Was proactive in helping us get things organized, and when one of the guests reported she was a vegetarian she made changes so her tea party food was vegetarian. The entire celebration was impeccable. I had 26 people attend and one person shared they've experienced three high teas in London and the experience at this party was the best one yet. After the party ended, I received so many calls telling me how elegant the party was, how exceptional the service was. And how wonderful all the food was. I will give honorable mention to Smail and the director of valet who helped us bring up the party favors and flowers and more. my heart is full. It was a magical experience we will continue to talk about.

During dinner, there was live music which created a nice ambiance. I ordered the half roast chicken and chicken Bryani. The half roast chicken was disappointing. The breast was dry and flavorless. The bed of corn and beans reminds me of something you pull from the freezer. The chicken bryani could use more seasoning and spices. Dinner menu seems to be the same as the dinner menu from last year. Breakfast we ordered the chicken and waffles and also the lobster eggs Benedict. The chicken and waffle was cooked fresh. Chicken crispy and juicy. Waffle fluffy. The lobster Benedict was a let down. Eggs were cooked nicely but the lobster bits were mushy. Overall the room was nice and the food was hit or miss.

Delicious Indian restaurant - great happy hour and brunch spot!…read more The happy hour from 4pm-7pm Monday-Fri is an amazing deal. I ordered 2 dishes and a cocktail for under $20! I requested for the Paneer Tikka Flatbread (not on the menu)- vegetarian version of the Chicken Paneer Tikka Flatbread. The naan pizza was delicious, it was stuffed with cubes of paneer with a side of Tikki Masala dipping sauce. Highly recommend it! You can get the Paneer Pizza next door too! The Paneer Tacos were filling and fun to try, but large chunky blocks of paneer. While I enjoyed the spicy mayo sauce, I wish the paneer was cut up into cubes. It just felt a bit heavy with the paneer. The Spinach Artichoke Fritters (4) were tasty. The Mango Mojito and the Mumbai Mule cocktail weren't that good, but it honestly it's hard to complain when it's only $6/drink. The unlimited weekend brunch at $38 is a great deal and well worth it! You can choose from over a dozen Indian fusion dishe - as a bonus mango lassi, chai, and soft drinks are included! You can order 2 dishes/person at a time and the servers hastily swing by to clear your plates and place your next order! Between the 3 of us, we ordered almost conquered the full brunch menu and had a delightful brunch feast! The food had a spicy kick, but not overpowering and wasn't greasy. The portions range from small, bite-size apps to full, large entree size. There's a lot of vegetarian dishes on the menu with a few non-veg as well. There's a good balance between traditional Indian dishes and Western fusion with a hint of American flavors/presentation. My favorite stand-outs: - Aam Chat Papri with crispy Papri pita like chips with mango, chick peas, and potatoes smothered in yogurt and chutney, and topped with spicy garam masala mix - Chana Bhatura with chick pea curry and fluffy, bubbly fried bread. Large portion. - Spinach and Artichoke Fritters - Crispy bite-size balls filled with creamy spinach artichoke dip, 4 come in an order and perfect for sharing! - Aloo Bravas - Crispy, diced potatoes very reminiscent of the Spanish Patatas Bravas with aioli sauce and mild masala spicy kick - Butter Chicken - My friend enjoyed it, solid full entree size. I didn't order or try it in, but it looked pretty tasty and could easily why she made a happy empty plate! - Nutella Bread Pakora - Tastes like a bites-size Nutella fried donut! So good we ordered another one! - Helluva Hallawa Trio - I enjoyed sampling the 3 types of Hallawa, ranging in savory (carrot) to more sweet and milky (my favorite). - Mango Lassi - The sweetness of the mango lassi helped to balance out and absorb the spiciness of the food. - Masala Chai - Great ending to a meal, perfectG caffeine pick me up! Paired well with the Nutella bread Pakora. The other dishes on the menu were fun to try, but would probably skip and save room for my faves: - Aloo Sabzi and Katchuri - The dense hollow shell katchuri (similar to a round empanada) made of dhal lentil smothered in Aloo potato curry sabzi was very filling and dense. After a couple of bites, I threw in the towel. - Egg Burgi and Paratha - The masala spicy scrambled egg on paratha flatbread was kind of bland and a very small portion. - Mango Mimosa - While the mimosas were only $4, it was quite tangy and didn't pair well with the meal. I wish fresh mango juice was used instead of mango flavored juice (tastes like Izzy). The lunch buffet (Mon - Fri 12pm - 2:30pm for $23 wasn't the best experience. Admittedly, I came to the buffet at 1:30pm and the food was tepid and sadly overcooked under the heat lamp. The plates were very small and it was hard to fit a bunch of food. I went to the buffet at least 3 or 4 times to try out the dishes in search of the perfect bite, which I sadly couldn't. There were 5 main standard dishes with 3 vegetarian dishes (Dal Makhani, Aloo Ghobi, and Mehti Paneer) and 2 non-veg featuring both chicken dishes (Butter Chicken and Chicken Curry) and a galore of fried fritters/pakoras (spinach, onion, potato) with a couple of new rotating stations with Pani Puri (not much going on) and Spinach Tikki and Fish Pakora fried fritters. The Mehti Paneer was quite greasy with a coat of grease at the top and the paneer was pretty stiff. It wasn't tender. The Dal Makhani was bland. The potato aloo potatoes were brittle as they were sitting under the heat lamp too long. The best part about the meal was the fluffy naan, which was made-to-order. I enjoyed 2 rounds! Order the Masala Dosa crispy! When we got it the 1st time on the lunch special, it was a bit rubbery and soggy. After the server asked us a few times whether we liked it, my hubby relented and told him the honest answer. The server got the dosa re-made to go extra crispy, which did the trick! The masala potatoes paired well with the dosa. I wasn't a fan of the Sambar. Based on the glowing brunch and happy hour experience, I would come back to try the lunch buffet with an early start right when it opens!

I love that their naan is thin vs the typical thick kind at restaurants and stores. The lunch special had great choices on it including biryani and butter chicken! Thanks for that! I figured I'd like masala lemonade, and hadn't seen it on a menu before, the server cautioned me and offered a sample before I order it. sorry to say ew yuck but we tried it respectfully. I was verrryy shocked by the taste, almost tasted ritualistic it was so oddly gross. Lol Best service I've ever had at an Indian restaurant and food was delicious per usual of Indian food. Go figure! The decor left a lot to be desired and it was super bright inside. Right away the vibe was off. What speakeasy is bright? Definitely none that I've been to before. We each just ordered a drink and split an appetizer before dinner reservations at Wren. Once again, the drinks were not special at all. The Tokyo Reverie was somewhat drinkable, with Takumi being our least favorite. The server was somewhat friendly. Based on this experience, I have no desire to go back, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Every time we come, the experience is always really good. The staff was amazing, our server was super nice, and I genuinely enjoyed my whole night here. Everything we ordered was delicious. One of my favorite things here is the seafood fried rice, or whatever the exact name is lol, but it is SO good every single time. I also tried some steak this time and for somebody who really doesn't even eat steak like that, it was actually really good. And the crème brûlée? Top tier. Definitely one of my favorite desserts there. The atmosphere is always nice for a date night, birthday dinner, or just wanting to go somewhere that feels a little more upscale without being uncomfortable. I'll absolutely be back again. Also, if you've never been before, the restaurant is on the second floor and there is garage parking available, which is nice.

My son is very particular about what he eats, and the fact that a mini filet with French fries was an option made this an easy dinner outing with a 4 year old. He had a fruit plate starter then the fillet and finished with a vanilla ice cream! Top tier! Bravo and Thank you Eddie V's!

We had an incredible experience celebrating a birthday at Evelyn Rose!…read more The menu is exciting, seasonal, and features a TON of local options and farms- you can taste the difference. We decided to start by sharing the wagyu carpaccio, the fried green tomatoes, and an appetizer portion of the cavatelli- I really like that you can do appetizer portions of both pastas on rotation on the menu here. We were also brought two pieces of focaccia with incredibly flavorful olive oil (yum!). The cavatelli and the fried green tomatoes were standouts for us, the pasta had a great chew and the bolognese was really flavorful. The fried green tomatoes came topped with a pimento cheese that was incredible. For our entrees, we opted for the braised bison shoulder and the scallops. The scallops were perfectly prepared and were a very generous portion. The bison shoulder was so tender and the accompaniments were incredible- this was a perfect fall dish. We also got the charred sweet summer corn, which was delicious and came studded with the lightest goat cheese, and rustic Old Bay potatoes, which were absolutely perfectly fried and came with a side of some honey mustard. We took a good amount of the sides home and they held up for a day or two! I was really impressed with the wine list here- there were a lot of solid options. The champagne in particular was excellent (and I am picky!). Our server, who I believe was Riley, really made it a special night. He was so attentive and had excellent suggestions. One touch that was so thoughtful was that we had declined dessert because we would be having birthday cake later, but mentioned that the banana tres leches sounded so good. He brought over a scoop of the banana ice cream that's typically on top of that dessert with a candle in it! It was so kind of him to listen to us but still recognize that it was a special occasion- and it was some of the best ice cream I've had in a long time (he said it is made in house every day with duck eggs, it was so rich and flavorful). We have already booked our return reservation here! Thanks to Evelyn Rose for a wonderful night with such memorable food.

The menu was explained and the meal was ordered. We started with the seared octopus with chorizo, tomato couli and parsnip purée. Beautifully presented and delicious. I ordered the cavatelli with fresh ricotta and meatballs. It was really good. Only complaint was it was a little salty. The past was so fresh!! My husband has the ribeye with fresh veggies and a side of the beef fat fries. The steak was cooked perfectly and the fries were so good! We passed on dessert as I couldn't even finish my meal. It was all quite good. The service was high end. Ashley was very attentive and our water glasses were never empty. We will definitely be back!
