started out just being curious about street thai food - this place did not disappoint ! was awesome to see a thai place that didn't have pad thai or pad se ew for a change. the foods were all so flavorful and all had their own unique flavors! it was their soft opening so we ordered half of their limited menu to try everything. would definitely go back again to try their full menu. read more

I typically love supporting small shops, especially one that claims thai street food but unfortunately this food joint also handles food like the street. I was dining with family when a member pointed out the cashier picking up and cleaning tables with a pair of gloves then going back to counter and proceeding to deliver a dish to our table without changing! After seeing that, i quickly got up to try and intervene the remainder of our dishs but waiting near the counter. Since the kitchen is open concept, the food is left on the counter for cashier/waiter to deliever. While standing there, i watch the cashier run the till with those same gloves, colllect cash etc...then i noticed a hainanese chicken dish go to the prep counter...the cashier goes add garnish/cucumbers to the dish WITH the same gloves and add onion to the soup. Then casually placed it on counter and said it was mine. I literally wanted to jump over the counter! Just over all very unhygienic....there is lysol wipes on the tables offered however the real germ killing needs to start with the staff knowing that gloves need to be changed not kept on for keeping their hands clean....! Overall, the other dishes werent bad however imagining how they handled the food probably made it much less appealing... read more

We got takeout. I really enjoyed my food. Service was very nice with a family vibe. Food was prepared quickly. Limited menu but that's really a bonus because it makes service better. I would definitely go back. read more

The 5-star rating is definitely justified. One of my favorite meals I had in Seattle. The Kao Mun Gai was super good. Highly recommend checking this spot out! read more

Convenient location. The Tom yam noodle soup is my go to especially on a cold rainy day.

Service is phenomenal as the owner is almost always there and runs a tight ship and cares deeply about their guests. The food is phenomenal, I have yet to have a single item I was disappointed by, especially the Su Kho Thai noodle soup and spicy Thai beef noodle soup! The ambiance is amazing feels like a modern take on a Thai classic street style with plenty of seating and great takeout bags and Tupperware. Stay and eat or take and go, you can't go wrong! read more

Amazing unique thai restaurant with adorable interior. The ambiance is warm and the service inviting. We loved the curry egg noodles and the steamed rice roll (kind of reminiscent of a Chinese chang fen or Vietnamese bánh cuốn). Would love to be back to try more dishes! Don't sleep on this place! read more

I had the Guay tiew lod and Su kho thai. Both were some of the most flavorful things I have ever eaten. Better than any expensive meal I have ever had. Amazing. Easily a top 10 restaurant in Seattle for me. read more

Very very very friendly staff. I wanted something that wasn't on their menu and they made it from scratch and it is hands-down the best Tom Kha soup I have ever had. I also really loved the inside of the business. Really cool energy in there!! Whoever the woman is cooking deserves a raise and a high five!! read more

The handmade noodles are amazing fluffy clouds in your mouth! The best Thai food I've had in a long time.

Chicken + rice dish so freakin delish, you won't even feel bad watching chicken run. Also, please get the extra skin. So worth it. Service is a 100/100 read more

Superb customer service. Delicious Thai street foods. Pam Mor dishes are all very good

This place has the winning combination of delicious food and wonderful service. Add to that the fair price point and this place is a winner!

This place was a delightful surprise. Food was delicious and different. The Pak Mor Yuan was a lovely balance of rich meat with bright green dipping sauce and the mixed textures of the green lettuce, rice noodle wrapper and meat was lovely eattng experience. Similar pleasure with the N8: Guay Tiew Lohd with wide rice noodles that are very good for sharing. Equally delightful are the owners of this place. The man working the counter made sure that everything was right for our group, from getting a good assortment of dishes to share, to making sure we had our cutlery, and to getting the food to our table piping hot. This rarely happens when I place my order at a counter. Just as charming was his partner, the queen bee and chef of E-Jae Pak Mor. As we finished our meal and were busy rubbing our bellies with pleasure she did the normal question of "how was your meal?" but then followed it up with "which one was your favorite?". And it wasn't for show, she was clearly looking for feed back. Also very rare. This is a place where the owners care deeply and it shows. A complete gem. read more

This is a new spot to CID and offers some amazing food and amazing service, the owners are very welcoming and love to offer suggestions! I come here and get the Beef stew, beef noodle soup, or congee and it's amazing every time! The quality is consistent and can't be beat! The Thai tea is a staple and is always a delicious and refreshing item to pair the amazing food with! Great addition to international district! read more

good food but...carefully check your credit card bill after its been posted for the amount tipped...

We ate here on Sun. Aug. 27 after getting off the Amtrak Empire Builder. We were looking for a walkable restaurant in Chinatown and stumbled upon this tiny place. My advice? GO EAT here! Very delicious food with dishes I've never had before. I had Ba Mee Hang Ba Teng; my sons had Guay Tiew Gaeng. I wish we had a place like this in Texas! I'd probably eat there everyday. And echoing what others have said, the owners and servers are sooo gracious! read more

Food was limited but tasted great. Staff were super friendly. Not a lot of seating but got lucky was able to grab a spot.

I came here on my partner's recommendation and WOW. I love finding a restaurant with unique dishes on the menu and everything here felt fresh and new. I had the tofu curry which was sweet and had lots of fresh toppings. I also had the Pak Mor dumplings which were... *amazing*. I loved the balance of flavors and that each dish had lots of veggies. We got takeout but the ambience in the place was cute and modern - very brightly colored with a movie playing of how the food is made. The service was also great and everyone was incredibly friendly! TLDR, will definitely be back again! read more

Yummy Thai street food with some traditional favorites. I'll definitely be going again.

Fantastic, flavorful dishes with lovely staff. Popped in before a Mariners game and ate so well and avoided 10$ hot dogs! The khao soi is stellar and HUGE but their signature dish, both pork and tofu/mushroom is superb. We will be back! read more

Overall, this is a refreshing Thai experience from your typical American Thai restaurant experience. I ate here twice while in Seattle and received friendly service both times. Both dishes I ate were fresh, with a great contrast in textures and flavors within the dish. The price point is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend the Pak Mor Rab Rae! read more

Tonight my family who is visiting from Denver accidentally showed up too late to the restaurant, but the owner graciously offered to make us food anyway. I can't even express how much I appreciate this, because they were so excited to try her food. I have seen her give free samples to people and me and my own friends before when she experiments with new recipes. I wish every business owner was as kind as she was. And of course the food was amazing. read more

天啊！我刚来这个饭店的一次，每个菜都既 好吃又好看。价格比较便宜。

ordered the chicken rice, chicken was a bit dry. the rice and broth was good. I ordered the crispy chicken skin (add on), but they completely forgot about it. It was a to go order so I didn't realize they missed it until after I got home. I was looking forward to the the crispy skin since the chicken rice doesn't come with it. read more

Pickup was easy and food was really good! Definitely recommend the Kao Soi. It was good

If you're looking for a authentic tasteful Thai cuisine experience then E-Jae Pak Mor is your place to go! Right when you enter the establishment you're automatically hit with a great smile from the staff and the smell of amazing food. The multiple occasions i've been here i've tried many different dishes and they were all amazing in their own way. For example the beef stew with rice, the beef was so tender and fell apart once you took a bite. The flavors were so amazing and highly recommend for first timers. Other dishes you should for sure try is the Kao Mun Gai (Chicken Rice), Tender Beef Noodle Soup, Khao Soi Chieng Mai, and honestly the whole menu. You should also order their drinks like Thai Iced tea and sweet pink milk in the side while you eat the dishes! Overall the experience was amazing with great service and even better food. Ever since they opened i've been coming 2-3 times a week after work. Usually I would gate-keep new restaurants that are tasty but I really want others to experience what I experienced at E-Jae Pak Mor! read more

I highly recommend this Thai restaurant to anyone who has a craving for authentic Thai cuisine. They offered dishes that you can't find them in other Thai restaurants. The food was fantastic and, having been to Thailand several times, I can vouch for this authenticity. I had Kao Mun Gai, which is a boiled chicken served with rice and special sauce. It also served with a clear soup. My wife had Thai beef noodle soup. I tried the beef, and it's fantastically tender. The soup was so flavorful. My wife is Thai and she said it made her feel like home, with the flavor tasted the same as in Thailand. The Thai tea here is also very good. It's not too sweet like other Thai places. It's also has Thai tea aroma that I haven't had anywhere else. They offer other Thai drinks, and free drinking water. They also have a dish called Pak Mor that I attached a picture of. They make it fresh right there just like in Thailand. The pak mor itself has different stuffing in it. My favorite ones were peanuts and chicken. The restaurant is very cozy, with nice decorations. It's very easy to find and there's parking on the side available. The ladies that ran the place were very friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely return with my wife the next time we are in town. read more

Amazing! Friendly and welcoming staff , close to the train station, and fresh delicious food. Never had anything like it. Highly recommend.

Cool spot, the environment is bright and fun and the staff is super friendly. I had a delicious Thai beef stew. It was perfectly seasoned and had very generous large chunks of beef. Come check this place out on a grey rainy Seattle day and warm your belly. read more

Walking into this adorable Thai street food restaurant is a dream! When choosing our order, we had a few allergies to work through, the kitchen was so helpful and accommodating to our needs. We ordered about $90.00 worth of food to go with the help of the owner who was fabulous in his suggestions. Every single dish we ordered was unique, fresh, and unlike many years of eating Thai food uniformly great! I would order all the same dishes again and again. We ordered N1 with chicken, N3, N8, the curry with pork, and P1 Pak Mor Youn. It was so delicious and different. We will recommend it highly and will definitely be back. Thank you for your excellent suggestions. read more
