I love this place. The food they serve here is so unique and the people are so nice! I would really love them to have more business though, because you can tell they work so hard to shine on all fronts (ambiance included) but when we came it didn't look too busy, even for take out. You all really need to give this spot a chance though! This was one of the most well balanced meals I've had in a while and it was a very reasonable price for the portion too. If you're stumped, get the R3! It had me dancing in my seat from all the flavor bombs. read more

I live right above this establishment. So, one day, I decided to try a taste test. I ordered the Congee and instantly fell in love. I return every weekend to sample more dishes. All I have to say is... Everything on the menu is SO GOOD! I complimented them one time, and they were so grateful. They claimed they would give every dish a thorough tasting until they release it to the public. This is definitely my favorite food in Seattle! They are in a soft opening. This means that the menu is small. The owners claimed the menu is not even half what the full menu will be... I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE FULL OPENING! read more

Best Thai in Seattle. Get the P 1. It's so unique and well done. They need to raise their prices this food is way too good for this price point read more

First of all, first time in Seattle visiting from Philly and searching from some good food and came across E-Jae Pak Mor. Whoever comes to Seattle has to eat at this place. First time having Pak Mor and it did not disappoint. Pak Mor was so delicious, the taste is amazing and the filling so savory and crunchy. Definitely a must try!!!! read more

E-Jae Pak Mor - Pak Mor - Thai Near Me - Seattle, Washington

A small shop conveniently right next to the CID light rail station. I walked by during lunch hour and got some beef noodle soup for takeout. The owner and staff were warm and friendly. The food itself was delicious. The noodles were cooked just right, not too firm and not too soft. The beef was tender and flavourful. The soup has a little spice to it and is addicting to drink. All the vegetables were fresh and crisp. I think the only way the food could be better was if I had it right there. The noodles set me back $15, which is pretty reasonable for Seattle prices. I even got try try some pak mor while waiting for my food. They were great, and I can't wait for their grand opening. Will definitely be back again. read more

Impeccable food OF THAIland! Decorated of bubble tea colors--& a fresh lively feel. Counter service. Extra-courteous service. MUST EXPERIENCE while in Seattle read more

Food tasted good but just be prepared that a lot of the food on menu are not available. We ordered one of the popular dumplings but it ran out so the staff said they can make it with pork sausage instead. The dumplings weren't that good but I recommend the braised beef with rice and the rice noodle. read more

Newly opened E-Jae Pak Mor was delicious and an instant classic. Everything we ordered was bursting with flavor, a new favorite spot in our neighborhood. The owner stopped by our table to introduce herself and a sample of her delicious Pak Mor! Highly recommend this woman-owned small business, will be back soon! read more

Wish I could've rated this place higher but for the price I paid it was not worth it. I got the panang curry with tofu for take-out and the flavors were not very compelling. Portions were also lacking, with maybe a couple slices of vegetables. Probably wouldn't come back despite the friendly staff. read more

Really liked this place. Great food, decent portions, and incredibly friendly service. Ordered the pak mor yuan appetizer, guay tiew lohd (rice noodles with pork), another entree similar to the appetizer that included rice and a different sauce, and mango sticky rice. The mango sticky rice is the best I've had in Seattle. The coconut sauce is delicious. Enjoyed every dish. Place is on the smaller side with a handful of tables and some counter seating. Was clean when we went. Will be back. read more

What a gem! Felt like I was back in Chiang Mai. The Khoi was spot on to the tee of what you would have there. The spicy beef noodle soup was also flavorful and delicious! The place felt family owned and welcoming, before we even walked in the owner was smiling at us! I'd say the only thing missing was a chang beer jk but we did have a Singha! read more

E-Jae Pak Mor - Khao Soi Chaing Mai - Thai Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Phenomenal Thai food! Authentic flavors, unique dishes and friendly service! Order the signature dish, Pak Mor Youn! Get it as an appetizer if not a main (it's steamed and fairly light). It's rare to find this dish in Thai restaurants and it's soo yummy. The Khao Soi and beef stew were both packed with flavor and tasted like we were eating in a Thai grandma's kitchen, versus the more common dishes available at most Thai places. Every single dipping sauce and condiment was also packed with unique flavors. Can't wait to try more items on their menu. read more

Formerly the location of Great State Burger is now the new Thai spot in the International District, where orders are taken at the counter with food delivered to your table. You can find a variety of your not so typical Thai dishes on the menu featuring street food like pak mor, which is basically similar to the Vietnamese banh cuon along with various seemingly Thai style noodle soups. Su Kho Thai noodle soup caught my eye since I've tried the northern Thai dishes of khao soi and Spicy Thai beef previously, which really reminds me of boat noodle soup, but staff clarified their differences. Su Kho Thai was not served spicy at all, for those wondering and judging from the color of its soup. I can see myself returning to try their other dishes like Khao mun gai or just for a quick bite whenever I'm in the ID. The interior is definitely Instagram worthy with its vibrant / colorful designs. Great addition to the district! read more

What a treat! I had come into the city to do some shopping at Uwajimaya's and decided to have lunch at E-Jae Pak Mor. As do most, I love Thai street food. But I had read that this little restaurant served Northern style Thai food. I was anxious to expand my experience of dishes from Thailand. No Pad Thai or Swimming Rama here. The charming young lady at the counter patiently explained the menu and the influence of Vietnamese culture on dishes in Northern Thailand. I wanted to try their namesake dish, Pak Mor. The hostess suggested I try a half order of Pak Mor Youn, thin noodle wrapped ground pork with lime and a tangy dipping sauce. As requested, it came out as an appetizer. What a great introduction to their menu and a hint of what was to come. For the main course the young lady had recommended the Khao Soi Chiang Mai, a spicy, sour, red curry chicken noodle soup. A large piece of fall off the bone chicken over egg noodles, bean sprouts, shallots, green onions in a rich sour & red curry topped with a garnish of crisp noodles, cilantro and lime wedges. Marvelous! One warning though, I should have worn a bib. Slurping noodle soup led to a spotted shirt. My bad. I am anxious to return to continue exploring their menu. Next time I'll bring friends and dine family style. Fun, delicious, great polite service, E-Jay checks all the boxes. read more

The food is fantastic here! We had the N1: Khao Soi Chiang Mai, a curry noodle dish and the P3: Pak Mor Rab Rae. Both were excellent but the khao soi chiang mai stole the show, so flavorful! Both dishes fresh as can be. The service was very friendly and helpful as we were not sure what to order when we came in. They explained the dishes and talked about their style of cooking. We will be back! read more

My favorite place to visit in Seattle, and I usually visit more than once per trip (I went back to back this last time, dinner the first night and lunch the next day). Every dish I've tried has been 10/10 and such a welcome departure from what you typically find at Thai restaurants. Super friendly folks working there too. Wish I could give it higher than 5 stars! read more

First, please excuse me for messing up my kao man gai before taking the picture but it was just too good. The chicken is TENDER, the sauce is rich and deep in flavor. The neutrality of the broth brings a sense of homeliness and balance to the dish. Even the rice was just right dude. One of the best things I've had all week (it's Friday). 10/10 We also got the Thai beef noodle soup. The beef itself was also veryyy tender. The noodles were cooked perfectly but I felt the broth is good, but could've used that extra little oomph to make it stand out. I'd give this dish a 8.5/10 The Thai iced tea tasted exactly how you think a Thai iced tea will taste, definitely hits the spot Admittedly, it did take quite awhile for our food to come out (we did have a fairly complex order so I completely understand), but given they're a newer restaurant and still ironing out the kinks I don't fault them. If I could give a 4.5/5 it'd be closer to how I feel but for now I'll round up to a 5 until I come back :D read more

Good Thai noodles, so much flavor and the fried fish balls was delicious. The rice was ok... my least favorite. read more

It is a different take on Thai food, I got the khao Soi which I enjoyed, however it is not the most amazing one that I have eaten. Their Panama curry was decent too. What makes this restaurant stand out is the staff. They are very nice and have really put a lot into this place. read more

Great food! Got the P3, it was so delicious! Flavorful filling wrapped in rice paper, lots of other things to eat with it like lettuce, bean sprouts, some type of fried pork belly, and a delicious sauce. Not super good for big groups, not a lot of big tables. Very busy when we went on a Friday night, many groups were waiting for tables. Employees were super helpful with suggestions and customization. read more

This place has had a special place in my heart since we accidentally stumbled on it doing a Chinatown food progressive with an out of town friend. At this point, I've tried at least one item from each of their categories & I've never had Thai food anything like it. Their specialty is Pak Mor which are tender homemade steamed flat rice noodles that are either used to wrap various fillings or mixed into a salad. My favorites are the Pak Mor Yuan & Pak Mor Rab Rae. Outside of the Pak Mor, their noodle dishes are super flavorful & complex, I'm partial to their Su Kho Thai & Guay Tiew Gaeng, but my husband loves their Spicy Thai Beef Noodle Soup. To top it all off, the servers are friendly, even letting me in earlier when I arrive before opening so I didn't have to wait in the cold. read more

This was incredible!! I came initially because I have a gluten sensitivity and miss dumplings very much. I chose to come her for my birthday and the staff, including the owner, Pen were so nice! We got the pak mor youn (chicken dumplings), pak mor crab stick, P3 Guay Tiew lohd (curry rice noodle), and N6 Guay Tiew gaeng (pork rice noodle). While I came for the park mor youn and they were great (I especially loved the dipping sauces), I think the guay tiew lohd was my favorite! It was so flavorful! It was great to have exposure to Thai dishes outside of those typically see in American Thai restaurants (I love pad Thai don't get me wrong but this was amazing too). The owner Pen also told us her story and she is so funny, smart, and kind. This is a small woman-owned business and also some of the best food I've had in a long time!! Highly recommend read more

E-Jae Pak Mor - a small token provided to me by the owner Pen, when she heard I came for my birthday! - Thai Near Me - Seattle, Washington

The menu was phenomenal and very well curated (you can't choose a bad item and it goes way beyond pad thai) We visited a year ago with some down time before our train out to Leavenworth- and I had to look it up to recommend it to a friend heading to Seattle soon. My partner is Thai and was also super impressed after talking with the team and trying multiple dishes. Wish we were local, Highly recommend to everyone read more

Came here for lunch and this place lived up to the hype! The food was all delicious and portions were huge. The pak mor yuan was our favorite (but we should've gotten the order of 2 instead of 4 because they were huge). Seating is limited though - not an issue on a weekday lunch but I'd previously tried to come here for dinner and couldn't get a table, so plan your timing accordingly. read more

I've walked past here a bunch of times and finally went in. I got the N1 and asked for -1 level of spicy. I was super nervous that it was going to be way too spicy either way, but it was actually perfect! I'm really sensitive and wish I wasn't but this gave just enough heat to let me know it was there, but not too much so I was actually able to eat it. The curry was really rich and delicious and the egg noodles were perfect. I got it with tofu, I'm not a vegetarian, but it's a solid choice for this dish. I would definitely go there again and try other things. read more

You must give this place a try! If you're looking for a unique Thai street food experience come to this place! Casual, artsy and laid back.
