Donut selection was very poor. They don't offer a better selection of donuts. Small, tasteless and not that jumped out that looked appealing or appetizing! Their coffees were better than the donuts. I had a Boston crème donut, hardly any crème in it. I also had a iced coffee that was so strong, that I was getting a caffeine headache. The place was clean, all the employees were working at their stations. This particular location is inside a bank, so there wasn't any loud noises. Just wished they had a better selection of donuts! read more

Simi's Dunks is great. I sigh with relief at the fact that they opened one here. The staff is friendly, and helpful. When my coffee was leaking they re-did it. I'm always looking forward to my coffee here. It is clean and well maintained inside, if there is one person I keep in mind that they complete my order the best to their ability. read more

Any place that just opened is going to have its kinks to work out but this place has been powering through. Friendly staff, large variety of menu options, delicious coffee. If you're coming on here to write a 1 star review remind yourself what it's like to work in customer service, be brand new at something and take on super busy crowds right off the bat. I wanted to love Dunkin' Donuts but it's nowhere near the overall quality of the mom and pop shops in Simi. 1) It's tucked away in a maze of parking lot 2) It feels like you're walking into a gauntlet, first you must pass the bank employees who also want your business... 3) The ambience is sterile, much like the feeling of a hospital lobby, I can't explain it but it's off putting the moment you walk in. 4) The food is really gross, weird microwaved soggy hashbrowns and donuts that taste like they were made in a factory far away and shipped here. 5) The sandwiches are legitimately worse than the frozen options at the grocery store. If you respect yourself, your taste buds and your stomach. Find a different place to eat. This sounds harsh but I can't think of a single compliment to give this company other than the fact it felt so sterile, cleanliness is definitely a plus! read more

So happy this opened in Simi! My husband and I are not Starbucks drinkers and as much as we love supporting our local coffee shops we also are huge fans of dunkin. Not a fan of their donuts, Simi's Donut Queen is where you go for donuts! We just love Dunkin's coffee and the availability and easy access. It has become are out go when we're in a rush. Love the friendly staff! Download the Dunkin app for rewards, definitely worth it if you go frequently. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I mobile ordered using the app and scheduled to pick up my order through the drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes behind the single car in front of me, I finally picked up my order. After pulling out of the drive thru I check and look inside the bag and its missing 90% of my order with no donuts and only hash browns in it. I pull back around to get the rest of my order being the only person in the drive thru and it takes 3 minutes for a worker to greet me at the window. After telling them my order had everything missing they didn't even have it ready and had to prepare everything after I told them which items were missing. To make matter's worse they gave me my drink without a straw not even in the bag ? The quality of the donuts were also very poor and any other local donut shop in Simi would have better donuts. read more

Placed an order online and when I went to pick it up. It took about 5 minutes for someone to help me. Once they asked for my name they gave me the 2 drinks and I had to ask about the 2 wraps we got. The worker named Ashley said they'll be out in a few minutes. 10 minutes later I go back up to ask and another person has to help me and they immediately gave me the wraps. By the time they gave us the wraps they were barely warm. The drinks and food however are pretty good I gotta give them that at least, just wish the wraps were warmer read more

I only tried Dunkin once and was really disappointed. Totally didn't get the hype. When i heard they were opening one here i was kinda excited to try again, then i read it was a bank combo... boo i said. Decided to head over the day after they opened anyway. Glad to see they have a drive through so you don't have to go in, but i did anyway. It was so slow maybe 3 people inside. I live nearby and it's still slow. I don't know how long they can last like that. Anyway, i ordered 2 coffees and they messed up one and it was horrible. Went straight in the trash at home sadly. The glazed blueberry donut i ordered was really artificial tasting, but it was fresh. Donuts Plus down the street has a great one. My next visit i ordered a couple other donuts and bagel bites. They were much better and the bagel bites were good. I told the cashier about my messed up drink order on my first visit and she apologized but didn't offer any discount or anything. Kinda a bummer. I also ordered hash browns and they were so greasy and soggy. The only thing i enjoyed so far was the bagel bites, cold brew is pretty good and cheaper than Starbucks, and the sour cream donut. I may go back once in a while. I don't eat donuts often and would rather get those at the local mom and pop places, but maybe for coffee. read more

Did a mobile order and ordered 3 drinks. 2 flavored iced coffees and they did not taste like any flavor at all, it tasted like straight milk. It was also very watery. The other coffee was hot and when I opened it, it was only filled up half way and half the cup was empty. When getting there to pick up order, we were handed the wrong bag of someone else's food since they did not double check orders. Very poor experience at this Dunkin location. read more

Was stoked to see the new Dunkin here in Simi. But what a crappy experience. we got there ( today 1/5/24) and the guy took our our order was very helpful, but otherwise the experience was terrible. we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, a Pink Velvet Macchiato which they feature on their menu and a soda. we got the food which got cold by the time the pink velvet was ready, because they did not know how to make it. so we asked them if they could put it in the microwave which they made out to be a huge inconvenience. its not like they were busy except having their conversation , there was only 1 other family in line and a group at a table who had already been served. So we finally got our food, which the bread was stale. by then several groups of people came in and lined up. The Manager came out ,Saw there was a bunch of people who needed help and Immediately disappeared. there were no napkins or sugar and someone spilled some ketchup which was mutating. this location is a disaster which is pretty sad since they just opened. I drove 15 minutes to this dunkin location because it is the closest one too me... big mistake. I took a look at the app to make sure I was ordering the right things using the right names and terminology for them to understand. I ordered a classic donut and then i was handed a complete opposite of a classic donut, I asked them to switch it out for me and there was an attitude... even though it wasn't what I ordered. Then I took a sip of my frozen coffee and I have never tasted something so bad. I usually will suck it up and drink whatever I ordered, even if it isn't great because I paid for it! No. I had to trash a full drink. I then realized 10 minutes into my drive that I wasn't given 1 out of 4 of then items I PAID for. And for all of this I sat in the drive through for about 15-20 minutes even though only 2 cars were ahead of me and had already ordered before I got there. Will not be going again. read more

Never one to leave reviews but this dunkin has been nothing but a disappointment since it has open. I've visited about 4 times, and every single time without fail they forget something or just flat out give me the wrong item. Food is decent but obviously it's a fast food place so i don't expect it to taste the best. Just feels like some of the employees are lazy sometimes and that service is forced. I'm sure i'll give this place another try in the future, but come on; 4 orders in a row being COMPLETELY messed up over the span of a month is ridiculous. read more
