I've been coming here for a while. This is a franchise location. For the most part the employees do a good job. Sometimes they get a bit busy and overwhelmed with their job. Being a Franchise location they have to follow Corporate standards and make sure they comply with Corporate Ethics. Case in point, the size of the Donuts are a bit smaller than another Donut Shop. They most follow the sizes to a spect. Personally I like their version of their French Vanilla Hot Coffee. Every one Runs on Dunkin. I can't believe what an amazing combination this donut shop has you walk in on one side is a really friendly Credit Union and on the other side is Dunkin' Donuts and we all know Dunkin' Donuts starts a lot of mornings off the perfect way, but I tried their cereal and milk latte, which is an ice beverage and it was super delicious but Zac and Julie turned out to be way cooler than I ever could've dreamed of so I had to have the French donut And the apple pie they warm that right up for me and they had seating and everything and they are absolutely amazing. Came here 7/18/26 at around 3pm. Ordered a dozen donuts and a half dozen through their self kiosk. Waited around 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Only one girl was working there and also doing the drive through orders. Don't blame the girl but they need to have at least 2 people working there especially on a Saturday. However, when the girl gave me my order, she just pushed the two boxes to me and didn't even apologize for taking long, kinda rude. Then opened the box as I got home and she messed up my orders. so I just went with my grandma to Dunkin' Donuts and this rude worker would not take my grandma serious and my grandma was having a hard time ordering and the lady who was taking our order at the drive-through kept laughing. Also, my grandma only has one ear she can hear out of so she was having an even harder time with this rude worker, not taking her seriously. We tried to get a frozen hot chocolate, but the lady said she couldn't understand what we were saying and saying that's not a thing even though the frozen hot chocolate is a thing and we ordered a bagel, but the bagel came with barely any cream cheese and we paid more for cream cheese. With no other customers around, there was no reason to treat a customer with disrespect. He rediculed my daughter and said a 2 yr old could work the kiost. Every time I go to this Dunkin and I have an issue with my order. I've had to send back drinks multiple times because it's been incorrect. Recently ordered a sandwich with no egg due to my egg allergy and upon receiving the item it had egg and I had to throw away the whole sandwich. Hello everyone. I wanted to share that this Dunkin' Donuts location unfortunately gave me a very bad experience. The manager working there was rude and completely unprofessional in performing his duties. Our sandwich order was prepared incorrectly, and when we politely asked him to fix the issue, he responded disrespectfully. Instead of apologizing, he gave irrelevant answers, claimed that we had already eaten the order, and even accused us of lying. AWFUL service & experience from team member Joyce, who works in the mornings. This Dunkin Donuts is right next to my job, and I'm not ashamed to say I am one of their most loyal customers. I buy a large iced latte from there ALMOST every day I work (5 days a week). almost every time I order one, I always kindly ask for a cup of ice on the side (the iced lattes get watered down easily so i need xtra ice). its never an issue. so on this particular day, my manager bought me a coffee already! so I just needed a cup of ice. (we have no ice at work) I got to dunkin at 7:38am, there was one guy waiting for his food and no one else in front of me. the worker (Joyce) said, "are you waiting for an order?" I said "no! I just need a cup of ice please" she says sternly, "yeah you're gonna have to wait for that." before I could even say, "no worries" she says, "NEXT?!" ... I stood there quietly & patiently and said nothing. I then wait for 20 MINUTES. she serves 6 people before me that came in after me. She proceeds to come to the counter MULTIPLE times saying, "ok, whos next?" ALL I NEEDED WAS A CUP OF ICE. mind you... I have to clock in at 8:00am so at this point my patience is running out & I have no more time to wait. she comes back to the counter and asks the guy next to me, "ok what are you waiting on sir?" looking right past me. I interrupt, and say "I'm still just waiting on a cup of ice." She replies, "Um you'll have to continue waiting. I'm helping paying customers." She ignored me for 20 minutes bc I wasnt a "paying customer" even though I buy from them almost everyday, just not this one particular day (my manager PAID for our coffees so we're still customers that day regardless). I worked in the service industry for 11yrs so I am understanding, but intentionally ignoring me and looking over me for 20 mins when a cup of ice takes 2.3 seconds to make is insane. plus, I have my uniform on so she knows im local (RIGHT NEXT DOOR) who is probable to be a returning customer, so why treat me like that over a cup of ice? Not to mention, their employees are frequent customers at my job, and we always take care of them and treat them like NEIGHBORS. Joyce is awful, and I will not be returning sadly. read more

So gave this place 2 chances, terrible experience both times, different reasons :/ stay away. Visit 1: guy takes my order, then my cc at window, was gone for ever. Then finally returns with stuff and gives me back my cc last. I use a specific cc for business food costs and another for personal. Later on that day I get a notice someone tried to use the same cc I gave the guy, online to buy on Amazon and movie tickets?..... very interesting and quite a coincidence. Prior and after dunking visit, I have never had fraud in that card.... just saying..... Visit 2: went inside this time to keep eye on cc. Ordered a HOT coffee with a little bit HOT milk added. Guy gives me cup and it is absolutely colder than lukewarm. At best it should've been at least over 90 degrees, nope Gave me cold coffee sitting their for eons. Also when i entered all employees were in the back talkingv for 8 min, before someone finally popped out. Guy also messed up on order of customer before me. He was probably high or something definitely lacked focus and slow on his feet. This location needs to go. Will never go back. read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but this Dunkin' really deserves one. I had one of the worst experiences here. First off, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese -- simple enough, right? Except they gave me no bacon at all and stuck sausage on it instead. How does that even happen when the receipt clearly says bacon? On top of that, the guy working the drive-thru window had a terrible attitude the whole time. He looked annoyed just handing me my order, almost spilled my food out the bag, and kept giving me nasty looks like I was bothering him just for ordering. Between the wrong food and the rude service, this was such a disappointing trip. Dunkin' should really do better with training and customer service. Location is solid, and provides quick service. Had clean ambiance and great spot to enjoy breakfast with family. The food is consistent and the Bacon Avocado Toast is an underrated gem. Only knock is this spot is very busy early morning and the self service kiosk is broken. Recommend for sure! read more

They seem to just be putzing around and cleaning. I waited for 3 to 4 minutes after not being acknowledged. I just turned around and walked out, my presence not having been acknowledged in any way. Mini chain stores fail in Simi Vallley. The list is long. Fatburger, Smashburger, Applebees, Häagen-Daz. I won't be surprised when Duncan's joins that list. Dunkin had an emotional attachment from my youth. One of my favorite aunts used to bring to our house at every visit. She gave me a gift card before she passed away and i'll probably never spend it. I've been eating dunkin for 50+ years . I came here today with high expectations for what was the best donut in the world and most recognized . Very strange Dunkin. The first thing you notice am I in the right place? This feels like a food court at the airport . It's in the lobby of a credit union or something like that. This Dunkin ( dropped the donut) also has a drive through. I went inside because i was seeking the whole experience asin the "smell" of the donuts and their world famous coffee. This shop noticeable had no Dunkin Donut smell. No coffee smell either . I more than likely wouldn't drive across town again specifically for this place as just down the road about a mile is another bakery that's AMAZING. This is a solid 3 stars . Nothing stood out at the service level except it was super fast . Coffee; Mediocre at best . Donuts that tasted like corporate donuts. Not like they were made in-store that morning by the "time to make the donuts guy" . The only good thing was the sugar coating on the jelly donuts was the soft , fluffy sugar I remember and it's texture is that of what i remember the sweet glitter that sticks to your lips . they cheezed out using coconut dust vs shredded coconut on the chocolate toasted coconut donut. I stopped by this Dunkin this morning to get some donuts for breakfast. I found parking easily since it's in a decent size plaza and not a lot of people were here. When I walked inside, the place is kind of small and doesn't have that many tables so I think most people just get their stuff to go. There was only 2 people working so I had to wait for 1 of them to finish preparing someone order and then they were able to take my order. I got the glazed chocolate donut and glazed munchikins donut. They sell the munchikins donut as a set of 6 so you would need to get all 6. I thought the munchikins donuts were fine but I didn't really like Dunkin own version of the glazed chocolate donut. They also don't cover each donut in the bag so it will likely get mixed with the other donuts inside. Another donut place that I prefer to go to will put a protected sheet to protect each donut from cross contamination. read more

A couple days ago, we went and when I asked about switching donuts (because the one I wanted is always listed as unavailable on the app even though it's available at the store) instead of saying "oh unfortunately there is a price difference between those two donuts so it would be an up-charge to swap that donut", I got laughed at. I asked the question about swapping donuts and they laughed at me over the intercom and said "ummm no." Then we just went this morning, and again, our order was wrong. Just like when people visit the scene of an accident or disaster, we had heard the horror stories about this location and had to see for ourselves. No other customers when we entered but took a very long time to get our order in. Took much longer to receive our order. Coffee and a muffin $8. Coffee was only 3/4 full. We didn't bring that to their attention for fear of the drama we've been warned about. Donuts and pastries are pre-made days earlier and shipped in cold. Plenty of parking and restrooms. This new location is inviting and organized. The ambiance was on point. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The donuts were a bit old as they tasted stailed and a bit hard. The regular brew was water down and not fresh...not sure if I have high expectations for Dunkin, but it was quite a disappointing experience. I'll try to give them another chance in a few weeks when the management has a better understanding of the customer demands and the food quality hopefully improve. read more

I like to go to Dunkin before school in the morning, and having the ability to order ahead and grab my coffee has been a great privilege.
